He took the vehicle back to have them investigate. They explained to him that the radio was shorting out and was causing the battery to drain. When my father arrived to pick his vehicle up, upon leaving noticed they completely destroyed his dashboard. He immediately turned around and took it back. They claimed his dash was already like that and said they never touched it. This is a complete lie. I know for a fact his dashboard was not tore up like this at all. They completely destroyed the dash when they tested the radio and then claimed they never touched the dash.....you can't test the radio without removing it, you can't even get to the wiring without removing the head unit. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Instead of them owning their mistake, they chose to lie and claim it never happened then said they took pictures of the dash when it was dropped off because they knew he would blame them, again another lie. We will be reporting this to the BBB. Taking advantage of people and damaging property then claiming it's not their fault.

Looking for a new truck brought me to Don Ledford because they had a midsize truck that was close to what I wanted. When I called to inquire they put me in touch with Lucas Norman. Luke was young and that worked in his favor for me, because he has yet to take on the typical car salesman vibe. Very polite and personable. He did a great job of explaining all the benefits of the truck I had my eye on but a used full size truck caught my attention and I decided it going to be my new vehicle It took a little negotiation to meet at a price we both were ok with, but overall the experience was pretty painless and I drove away happy with my new truck.

I had them check on my Blower Motor after I had gone to MAXI Auto who charged me way too much for a diagnostic that didn't even sound right. Jonge? I believe his name was, was VERY helpful and so nice, after explaining everything to him he offered to look at it right away and gave me his second opinion which sounded a lot more plausible than what MAXI said. I asked them that if I bought the part would they put it on and they said yes. MAXI wanted $170 for the part I found online for $50... the estimate for labor and parts (and filters they wanted to add on that I didn't even need) was almost $400...yeah MAXI is a rip off anytime I need anything else I'll be coming here.

I would consider exploring other options…read more Upon having our transmission rebuilt and rear main seal replaced by Gears we had an immediate oil leak from rear main seal (approximately 1 quart every 2 hours). Gears Transmission indicated they were not obligated to warranty rear main seal leak (in which they replaced). After 4 weeks of constant calls, broken promises to remedy, paying for repairs out of my pocket and pursuing legal action for reimbursement I finally received reimbursement for warranty work. To make matters worse, a broken bolt was discovered from seal install, meaning they broke a bolt and attempted to hide during installation. In addition, a loose bolt in transmission bell housing was also found. During transmission repair and warranty claim, Gears was horrible about providing updates; they only called/ returned our calls two times over this 9-week process. Granted, we travelled cross country day after receiving truck with rebuilt transmission and Gears had to use another shop to perform warranty repairs; however we had to take truck to 2 different shops of their choice so they could obtain multiple quotes and we ended up paying for repairs out of pocket after they reneged on paying their bill to vendor of their choice. Only after beginning legal proceedings did I receive reimbursement for main seal replacement.

I took my truck to a reputable shop. I then found out that top tech didn't do the work i was charged. They replaced injectors but didn't clean the fuel tank or fuel line. They did not change the fuel filter. Thats why the injectors stopped working after on 6 months and 15k later. The new shop did the full job and got me on the road for 7 thousand less. Their solution was to tow it to the dealership. Thankfully, my tow truck driver asked if I had tried Top Tech. He called them, explained my situation, and they didn't hesitate.
