hello, i am sending this to you to let you know that i have posted this everywhere i can so that everyone will see what me and my company thinks on how you treat your employees!!!! i have tried to talk to eric and he wants to just try and just do things himself and not let people come to you. i find that very rude and disrespectful in so many ways! i will tell you that i have owned my company for 35 years and i would never treat a man the way your company the way you do and think that it's ok to try and make him work under the circumstances that you do with him. you make him wear a mask that makes him so sick and almost darn near into seizures. my daughter is a nurse and that poor man does so much for your company and works so hard for you and your company.  he is there everyday. he has to work and is never late and stays late and he always goes above and beyond his job for everyone that i have ever sent there not just me and my company but my family friends and so much more. i am going to post this everywhere i can till someone listens to me!!!!!  i truly want to thank you to joseph at the south lyon location for all his help to he is one of the hardest working people i have every meant and not only for me personally but he has helped out company and staff he works so hard at his job and i feel that it is incorrigible, brutalize, misuse, maltreat and molest this is how he is treated for how much he does for this company and this is all do to him having to wear the mask! this makes him so sick, it is so hard to see him try to work with being so sick if he had a doctors note then he should be able to work and be safe and healthy but you force he to be sick and work like this he is to amazing of a worker for you to treat him like this yet you do this is not right i not only going to post here i am going to post were every i can that is going to listen to me that will do something about the way you treat the best employees you have he works everyday for you on time stays late and never ever complains about what you do to him but we see it every time we come in here me my staff joseph is the best this you have in your company to bad you treat him the way you do he is in south lyon and we all love that store-- read more

Very knowledgeable and if there is something he doesn't know, he will figure it out for you. This business will price match, with verification, any competitor's prices with a simple phone call. Parts are backed up with phenomenal warranties and I have experienced and heard others' stories about what the employees will do to earn business, including delivering a new battery to someone stranded miles away, taking a part to their house since their car won't start, helping with installing batteries, wiper blades, plugs, bulbs, etc. Anything they can do if they're not too busy - this is not a mechanic shop, but the staff are so great with cars that they're willing to help as much and best as they can, even in snowy cold bitter weather.
