We made sure I was getting the right supplies and my purchase was approximately $60, 35 of which are going to be do it yourself repairs that the dealership wanted to charge me $220. Casey went outside and explained things to me as we popped the hood of my car and he even locked the door for two or three minutes (he was the only employee at the time, and it was a slow afternoon ) while he was outside with me. Ford would have marked it up and it likely would have cost me 2 to 3 times as much. I got the part overnight and to Brothers by noon. By closing time it was fixed and ready for pick up.
