    Disgraced employee making his own rule of law for return policy, do not come to this trash store!! I purchased tire plug kit less then 24 hours didn't want return my item telling me I need to go main store to do that!!! Trash racist!!

    Horrible Experience - Racially Profiled by Vince P If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I had an absolutely disgusting and humiliating experience at AutoZone thanks to an employee named Vince P. From the moment I walked in, I was being followed around the store like a suspect, not a customer. Vince had multiple people trailing me, clearly watching me like I was going to steal something. He kept pressing me about what I was looking for, and when I calmly said I was just browsing, he got mad. Literally mad. Then he started gossiping with another customer about me -- while I was standing right there. Completely unprofessional and wildly inappropriate. To make matters worse, Vince took a picture of me without my consent. Like some creep. For what? I was just trying to shop like anyone else. The racial profiling was blatant and disgusting. I've never been treated with such disrespect in a retail environment. AutoZone, if this is how you let your employees behave -- profiling, harassing, and embarrassing customers of THAT ARE NOT ASIAN OR WHITE -- you've lost my business permanently. Do better.This is UNACCEPTABLE.

    I just went to autozone not knowing what was wrong with my car. It's thanksgiving and I had no idea if i would even be able to make it to thanksgiving dinner tonight! With the help of Robert B. the manager I felt very taken care of!! He told me what was wrong instantly and I was able to buy a new battery within that same hour. He replaced it for me and everything. I am so thankful today for him! 5 stars for Robert!

    Went in with a A/c recharge kit to obtain the refund and purchase another one. Yeah not happening. Lot a customer to this store.

The first girl who helped me asked all the necessary questions and directed me to section 8 to find the gas cap. However, I couldn't find it and felt a bit annoyed and frustrated. Determined to help me, Genesis came to my rescue. She went above and beyond, not only finding the model and number of my truck but also searching online for a similar one. Despite the challenges, she didn't give up and kept trying until we found the right gas cap. Genesis's dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. Honestly, she went to the back to pretend to look for the item and came out and decided to go help someone else. She tried to ignore us when she came out and tried not make any eye contact. She wasted our time. So stupid. Shame on her for such poor customer service and shame on her having such a weird, unhappy, and dark attitude. Another gentleman came by to ask if we needed help. He noticed what happened and he was very nice and quick to service us with our needs. We purchased our items and left shortly after. I don't know about returning to this locations I've been to others and they were better. This location is larger, but I still might just go to the smaller location since their service is always great. I value customer service.

    I purchased BMC performance air filters for my new Nissan Z here. I picked them up when they were…read moreready. When I tried to install them, they did not seem to fit correctly. I emailed them and got a response the next business day. After a couple of emails, they were willing to give me a refund. When I went back to get that done, I spoke to the owner, who asked if I'd mind letting him see the issue. I had no problem. The new filters were clearly of higher quality then the ones that came with the car. They also were made withy higher quality materials. That seemed to be the issue. The old filters fit very loosely into the air filter housing and the new ones did not fit easily. After a few minutes and some pictures, the owner discovered that the filters do fit, they are just far more snug. He as willing to give me the refund or have someone trim the filters. After they fit, neither was necessary. They'll work fine. I really appreciated how willing EDO was to deal with the issues I had, including giving me a refund, which I ended up not wanting. I already saw that they have a great selection of high end car lubricants and I will be back here to have them do the oil changes on the car. I came in to buy air filters and I left wanting to be a returning customer.
