While they were looking I asked to check out the front end and see is I needed any work as I was experiencing vibration. They said that I could use new upper control arms and tie rods . Got an esti for 2,800 . No problem, sign me up . I went on back for a week so I dropped off the truck on Saturday, early so they could take there time with the truck work. This was perfectly fine with Joshua . I get a call Friday saying parts didn't come in and they would be able to get to the truck till the following Wednesday. I told Joshua I could have my truck there anymore that I have to work. He implied, I was not be responsible. I picked up the truck on Saturday when I got back into town. I spoke to Joshua and he went off the deep end again, dropping the F bomb and saying amazon has people crazy . Told him it's not my fault the parts didn't come in on time and that I need my truck to work . I told him he is a horrible employee talking to clients that way . I had purchased road hazard insurance on the tires when I bought in Ocala, and the tires were still under warranty. Rob at this Mavis store confirmed my suspicion about the tires and was most helpful. They didn't have the exact tire in house and I needed them replaced quickly because my son uses this car for work in Orlando. Rob gave me a good price on a similar tire and took a percentage off since some warranty still existed on the tires. I asked if a front end alignment would be needed. He said that he would run a check on it. When I received the call to pick up the car Rob informed me that the alignment wasn't needed and had the report (all in green) to prove it. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I was impressed and pleased with the whole staff (Rob, Dante and Steve) for keeping me informed and doing "what they said they would do". I would highly recommend this Mavis Tire store location to anyone!

Cons: 1) I get passed through multiple service people while I'm there, because the one I start with never seems to be around after they get me started 2) I have to keep checking in with them on the status of my car, they never proactively follow up. I was there for routine maintenance and it took 4 HOURS. And that was with me pestering them several times during the time. They told me 1.5 hours max. Same thing happened last time I went. Although they did eventually send me the video inspection. 3) My extended warranty/Maintenance + was expiring in a few weeks, so I asked if they could give me the cost of continuing it. I had to chase them down for that too. I had questions about something they said was included, that clearly wasn't on the service website. They basically said, trust us, it's included with zero follow up. I guess they like losing additional service business. I chose not to extend or renew. Pros: 1) They do have wifi and a nice sitting area with drinks, coffee and snacks 2) There is also TV to watch in the waiting area and clean bathrooms Honestly, if they weren't the closest dealer, I would find another one.
