I called Saturday afternoon for 2 pedicures( my friend and I),they were able to fit us in at 6 pm.I understand it was the end of the day, I got a terrible vibe from the lady that was doing my feet She rushed through the pedicure and did a crappy job on my toes.Then when my friend was done with hers they sat her down briefly and then rushed us out.I will never accept an appointment at that time. Mediocre work. You get what you pay for I guess but they don't do any cuticle care and don't push them back. Felt rushed and there wasn't anyone there so I don't know why. I was cut when they were filing my nails and the tech just put nail glue directly on my open wound as it was bleeding and didn't say sorry. Just a really bad, painful experience. The pros and cons- Pro- very clean and sanitary Con-they aren't very gentle. When they cut you with the tools and filing boards over and over its ridiculous. Pro- lots of colors and designs Con- when they screw up and you ask them to fix it they give an incredible amount of push back and attitude Pro- lots of chairs Con- not enough employees Pro- great for basics Con- if you want more than one single simple color expect to be here for a long while. The only reason I am giving a single star is because of how clean they are. I tried this place YEARS ago when I first moved to Phoenix and had the same issues with my fingers on all the sides being sliced and butchered by the Dremel and filing boards. And then you get the joy of having alcohol and/or acetone sprayed and poured on your open cuts. Can you say ouch?! Today I came in for a simple gel color change on my tips. They soaked my nails too long in the acetone and my tips dissolved. When I brought it to their attention and told them I needed them to take these tips off and do an entire new set because they were deformed, sticky and so thin you could bend them like a wing up and down they put me in the corner, LITERALLY, made me wait 30-45 minutes and gave me a ridiculously hard time about it. And the entire time we're talking in their native tongue obviously about me but and kept giving me dirty looks. We haven't even talked price yet so I will update this review to let you know how much it will cost YOU for THEIR mistakes! ------------- UPDATE They finally fixed my nails as best they could with the slice and dice job done on my fingers. Luckily the owner and her husband understood and stayed well past closing to fix the mess. I'm thankful they fixed it, best as possible and didn't charge me. I doubt I will go back ever again unless it's the last salon on Earth. read more

Pretty bleh experience. COVID had nothing to do with this situation. ANY other nail place I've been to has given a substantially longer massage than the one I received. I haven't gotten a pedicure in over 4 months, so to say I was excited for this is a bit of an understatement. The only reason this review is 3 stars is because she did an okay job on the nail polish, but the massage literally lasted a minute for each leg. Me and only one other person were in the establishment so it wasn't like they were super busy and in a rush. She had plenty of time to give a quality experience. Still tipped 25 on a 42 dollar bill, but definitely feeling like I got gyp-ed. read more

This is probably one of the better places to have gel nails done at . I haven't had a problem with lifting or breaking . They are almost always without bumps usually almost smooth . I am satisfied with the work done I have never complained. I would recommend this place to all my friends it's priced good and Lee is just wonderful she is the owner and if you pop in she always gets me in and she is very fast and does a great job !!! I wish I didn't even have to give one star after the horrible experience I had this morning! This is gonna be very long as there was a lot that had gone on and i have to explain so just a heads up, lol. Soooo...I went in just for a fill and my uncle was treating me so he paid up front and left since he had stuff going on today. I just had a bad feeling about this place when I walked in. It was pretty run down looking, not as nice as where I normally would go. But I decided to give them a shot since i already had booked my appointment and was already there and it was paid for. The lady at first didn't seem to understand what I wanted. I told her I needed a fill and I wanted more white since I have ombré nails and it's pink & white powder. I also asked if they could be shaped more square which is easily done. She had to get another lady who ended up doing my nails to start on them since she didn't/understand what I wanted. So this lady started on my nails and had cut my cuticle when drilling which made me bleed and she put glue on the wound then continued on and was using the drill to get all of the powder off my nails which was pretty unnecessary since all I wanted was a fill and a little more white powder added so it wasn't dull looking. She burned my nails with the drill many times which hurt like hell! And then she started on the powder and was gonna use some blue toned white which would look weird and definitely not what I wanted- I just wanted a regular white powder. She started one nail and I seen a huge line where the powders were not even blended together which is the whole point of ombré. It looked really bad and I told her I didn't like it. She kept blaming the salon before saying they drilled into my nail too much but I know that's not true cuz my nails never looked like this especially when I've asked for ombré every time. So she continues doing them and remembers she can add the blue tones white where you see the line between the white & pink and make it blend so I let her do it and while this is going on she was being pretty nice but still kept blaming the salon I went to before which was annoying. She applied the powder super thick and had a lot to clean up after with the drill! When I went to get the gel top coat put on, that's when I noticed it looked awful! You couldn't tell when she was doing them the line until the clear gel top coat was put on then it was very obvious! Also, she barely drilled after applying powder which I've gotten my nails done plenty of times to know that they must be drilled around the cuticle more to clean up the nail which she didn't do. So I told the lady who applied the gel top coat (cuz it was the first lady now who didn't know how to do them) I told her i really didn't like them so she waited for the lady who did them to come out since she was in the back. She came out and was pretty rude and kept saying she can redo which I didn't want to since she couldn't get them right as it is and I asked for my uncles money $55 to be returned on his card but since he left I had called him up and told him and she refunded the money it looked like back to his card. Then tells me she can't let me leave the salon like with my nails like that so she can cut them down or redo so I just told her to cut them and I'll go somewhere else. So she did and then wanted me to soak for 10-15 min which I said no thanks and left! Awful place and they don't know what they're doing especially ombré! So after all of that, I had left and headed to my normal nail salon I go to and they did amazing! They even apologized for my experience even though it wasn't their fault! The girl who did mine did so well and they actually blend and look like ombré and aren't all thick! I'm so happy I left and went to my regular salon! My salon said they didn't use the right powder and they laughed when I showed them a pic of my nails when the other salon did them! Lol. They obviously don't know how to do ombré and don't know how to use a drill correctly because I have NO LINE at all showing now! So I knew the lady was full of crap blaming the salon prior on them drilling into my nails causing the line. No lady, you just don't know how to do them! Haha all in all i would never recommend this place! There's so many nail salons in Phoenix so don't waste your money here!!!!! read more

I have been coming here for years for Pedi's and always went to Kim as she was gentle with me when I have had ingrown toenails. I also tipped her well for being gentle. A few times she would cuss me out in Vietnamese (can tell because she gets mad at me and yells out and the other girls don't answer as they do when she's simply speaking). After years of going to her she got angry with me one time because she said I pushed my chair back too far (I have long legs and after 3yrs she had never complained before) and most recently this last time when I leaned my chair back she yelled that I would hit the wall. I looked back and I wasn't close to hitting the wall with the upper part of the chair. Kim dug into both of my big toes on the sides where there was no ingrown toenails and I had an infection for more than a week afterwards. Being diabetic I almost went to the ER. My daughter and I will never return to this place. Kim is awful and needs to get her anger in check! The place is convenient to my place but this is not worth it and Kim is very inconsistent with her Pedi's, one time it could take her 40 min the next 20 min. She's very hurried and very angry. I would give less than one star if it allowed me to. read more

She rushed, wasn't friendly, didn't laugh, and my nails are chipping and cracking not even a week later. Not worth the $25. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT CRAP QUALITY NAILS. I just got my nails done 2 days ago. 2 of them popped off without me doing anything. Lee (the owner) has gotten very sloppy and very rude. I asked for coffin shape (she's done this before on me) and i left with nasty ass looking nails. On top of the fact she kept speaking in Vietnamese and obviously talking about me. I've been around nail salon owners before, also my mom has done nails for over 10 years. She learned from a Vietnamese woman. so I know their tricks, how low their voice gets when they're about to talk about you. They'll mumble in Vietnamese. I didn't even leave a tip. I'm the type of person to always tip because I know how it feels to not get tipped even when you do a good job. Lee just did not do a good job. On top of the fact that all the girls there look like they want to kill them selves. All I got when I walked in was dirty looks and toxic energy. Next time I will be paying either "the polish room" or someone else because I should not have nails popping off my fingers for the price I paid. Just the atmosphere alone should've changed my mind and walk out but I needed nails for a event ASAP. So I went there. NEVER again. read more

Please note this salon is note ADA friendly.... I walked my 82 year old mom over to the shop in attempt to get a mani/pedi as I am no long able to transport her in a vehicle due her mobility issues. I stated she just wanted her nails clipped, filed and painted but would not be able to sit in one of their chairs and asked if the could assist. Their response was a firm NO, she had to be able to sit if a spa chair. Although I understand COVID restrictions, I do not understand the lack of willingness to support the elderly and handicapped. All my mom wanted was to go to a salon to feel pretty and pampered for a while and Ada result she cried all the way home stating that people wouldn't help her due to her age. Along with her mobility issues, she has dementia and does not understand and I could not find the words to provide her comfort.. I am speechless!!! Would not have left a star at all but had to in order to write the review. If your looking for a salon that truly cares how you feel, this is definitely not the place or know they are selective in who they provide services to... what a shame... would of paid too dollar and tipped extremely well to make mom happy. One star because it requires to leave one minimum. I was going in for a pedicure. Which usually comes with basic services. I am absolutely astonished and disgusted at how terribly I was treated and how I was lied to about pricing and what I was being charged. Apparently a pedicure to them is where they literally paint your toe nails and send you out the door. They charged me $20 for that, $15 for gel, $8 for massage, some other price for a callous scrub, and even more for a sugar scrub. Sending me out the door with a $73 bill. The services done were a waste of time as they were half assed and careless about the execution of these. I was treated with attitude and mumbles under the breath. Items being tossed and thrown around after asking for gems to be added on my toe nail. I'm disgusted and will never be coming back again. BE CAREFUL this place is not clear on their charges and what should have been a 60.00 bill for the two girls hit almost 100.00. The other two of us did get the basic service minus having one redone, I guess it was completed. I am in no way the type to complain usually but I trusted this business with my family and had to watch my daughter get overcharged as we agreed to split the bill. She of course refused my help with it and all I can do is tell the world BEWARE this place will take advantage of the youth and charge without explaining. This is know as Misleading Business Practice. Deceptive Business practice. I cannot take back this and it feels like we just walked out of a cheap used cars sale and was completely robbed.
