This is about my 2nd or 3rd time coming here, mostly, out of convenience, so that I don't have to go out my way to Fedex or UPS print shop. And every time I leave frustrated at the amount I'm paying. Their fees for simple copying and scanning services is just ridiculous. And I'm mad at myself for not asking, so I'm always blindsided by the amount due when the work is completed. An amount that I know it wouldn't have been had I not been lazy and just went to Fedex/UPS smh. Fedex charges $.55 per page, so what would've costed $15.00 at max, coming here cost me $44 for 26 pages. And because of that, I won't patron here again. Next time I'll go out of my way, because this shop is extremely overcharging and for what reason.

The staff is courteous and clearly working hard, but the branch seems overwhelmed by the neighborhood traffic. There are usually only two, sometimes three employees, and once four or five customers walk in, the line basically becomes part of the entrance décor. You get about 6 to 8 feet of standing room before you are suddenly at the counter whether you are ready or not. The space itself is nice and open, but the workflow could use reinforcements. More hands or better coordination would go a long way. Compared to other FedEx and Kinko's locations that run like a well oiled machine, this one feels stretched thin most days. I am still glad it is here and open consistently. Just budget a little extra time and patience when you visit.

There was only one employee assisting customers, and although he processed my return quickly, he rushed through it without weighing the package and left it unattended on the scale in plain view, given the value of the contents. Instead, the employee responded with visible irritation, delayed addressing my request for over 15 minutes and repeatedly ignored it while assisting other customers whose packages he immediately secured without issue, When I followed up, I was met with a rude remark rather than assistance. Notably, I was the only Asian in the store at the time which made the experience feel particularly uncomfortable and concerning. When I called UPS to file a complaint, they refused and said the only way to do that is to go to the physical store and speak to a manager. Do better, UPS.

I was prepared with my Staples loyalty rewards card and earned 67 points with this visited purchase. I purchased the combined black ink / color ink, ergo the price is exorbitant high. I have always suffered PSTD from the exorbitant high prices of printer ink cartridges experience the precipitous path years of financial incline. He suggested to return emptied/ used cartridges for recycling as a sustainable world which I admitted I "chuck" to discard such items for the inability to travel to the nearest Staples.
