We hired Avalin after getting a few quotes on an earthquake bracing job on our house, built in 1952 and remodeled with additions in 2005. We had originally had an engineering evaluation and the analysis of the condition of the house that Avalin brought were identical to that data. When they evaluated, they identified an area where washer requirements had changed since we remodeled but were sure that the existing addition would pass inspection - a cost savings. There team members who came to our house were always friendly, attentive, and communicated everything they found and how the project was going once it got under way. They completed when they said they would and coordinated the final inspection and sign off. From my crawling around under the house, the work is first rate and very high quality.
