We've had an excellent experience at Avalon Vista - from move in to our day to day stay, everything has been smooth and welcoming. A huge shout out to Joseph Drewer, the onsite manager, who was a big reason we decided to come back to Avalon after living here a few years back. His attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly refreshing, completely different from what we've experienced at other places. These are some pictures of our landscaping area by our stair entrance way. I have been a tenant since 7/4 and I have asked them to clean this area and have suggested many options. It is still the same. They said they are going to add to maintenance routine but nothing has changed. To go to my Garage to go up and down the stairs I have to walk on pee cement and dirt. They have other areas on the property with a water hose and artificial grass for dogs so I have suggested that for this area. They have to offer something so that we don't have to step on pee every time. The outside landscaping is nice but our area of the inside doesn't get touched from what I see. Management will say things get taken care of but I've sent pictures saying pictures don't lie. They also say the gym and common areas get cleaned but they must not clean deep enough. I use these areas and for the money we pay things get neglected. At this point I would think they would appreciate my feedback because I care. If the owners walked around this area they wouldn't think this was acceptable. The apartment is nice but even that on move in date my floors weren't cleaned, the paint on the doors , white trims, bathroom is chipping off after 1 month. The back and under my appliances weren't cleaned. The same for my neighbors down stairs. Our stairs and hall way floors outside are stained look dirty. My down stairs neighbor says she can hear me walking and I don't have shoes on. We talked and she has been here longer than me. I can hear there conversations at times or when they do laundry because washer and dryer are super loud and there bass it makes my walls trememble. The bathroom fan stays on all the time. No way to turn it off. It's loud. I have to shut my bathroom door. The dog park smells really bad and other dog owners have to pick up poop so that their dogs don't eat it. There is no shade in that area. When I e-mail management they email back. They aren't rude in there e-mails. Maybe I should work in apartment management....haha I would definitely take complete ownership and do my own inspections to ensure community exceed expectations. I appreciate humans and this is not a personal review on the staff. If people don't do their part it's because someone maybe isn't setting the bar high enough. I am grateful I have a home. We just moved in and love our new home! Joseph was so helpful with the renting process and so personable!

We lived in this community for about 6 months. Right from the time we moved in, we had plumbing issues, gas stove not working. They said it's a brand new carpet when we moved in, but we were charged for carpet replacement (yes, replacement and not cleaning) in spite of taking good care of the carpet. Also, the heater doesn't work evenly in the apartment. While the heater is on, the bedrooms get colder during winter season. Unless you really want to move in here, I would not recommend this place. read more

If you value safety and peace of mind, avoid Avalon Vista. Setting aside the everyday issues of being able to hear your neighbor's conversations, music, or what they're watching on TV, the bigger issue is safety. During the final months of our time there, we saw a tenant threaten to kill another tenant's dog, witnessed late-night arguments in the parking area that included threatened gun violence, heard as two tenants (with windows open) shouted to each other about the graphic sexual things they'd do to women, walked by a building to hear tenants (windows open) shouting the N word in reference to other tenants, and saw a tenant openly carry a weapon in the waistband of his pants so other people could see he was carrying. All of this was reported to management but nothing changed. As they advised us, they can't control what other people say and they enforce only what they can under the lease. In other words, it's easier not to engage than to try and enforce some level of safety and respect in the community. Since they refused to resolve any of these issues, we found another place to rent (at an increased cost to us). We asked for a partial rent refund considering everything we dealt with (and our new higher cost of living as a result). Not only did they refuse to consider a partial refund, the management team tried to tell us how gracious they were in letting us leave without penalizing us. In the end, they sided with the misogynistic, racist, dangerous tenants over the respectful tenants in the rest of the community. read more

I have been here close to two years and there is banging of the doors all day and nite .I have complained but nothing has been done to fix the problem so far .This place is not peaceful and I regret renting here . I lived in Avalon for just over two years and it's easily the best apartment I've ever lived in. I would have stayed longer but I ended up relocating to another city. The entire community is extremely well taken care of. The maintenance crew is always going around the community to keep it clean and it's also very quiet. The construction was also top notch. I pretty much could never hear my neighbors -- above me or next to me. The community was well constructed, appliances worked great and felt high quality, and I rarely had any problems. When I did have a few small problems, maintenance was also very quick to take care of anything. Many units also come with a personal garage which is amazing and I always felt secure living in the complex. It's a beautiful community and I always enjoyed coming home to my apartment. Even the move out process was enjoyable. The management walked me through everything in advance; I knew exactly what to expect and they even did what they could to help reduce move out costs since I had to break my lease. I can't speak highly enough of Avalon and it really gave me a great home for the past two years. I hugely appreciate the awesome staff and great apartments. read more

I would not recommend Avalon Vista unless you are prepared to pay for new carpets, painting, etc. when you move out. Be aware that a small deposit up front is likely not reflective of your charge when you leave. My carpets were left in very good condition, I shared photos with Nick the manager. There was one very tiny circle in the corner of a room that was lighter than the rug that needed to be replaced. Other than that-all rooms were in the same condition (good) as when I moved in. Painting was certainly ordinary wear and tear. As a single person, I took excellent care of the apartment. I received a bill for over 800. in damages. The photos Nick sent me showed no issues other than ordinary wear and tear. "landlord may not make tenants pay for painting, new carpets or curtains unless they are damaged beyond ordinary and reasonable wear and tear" (California Courts Judicial Branch of Ca). As soon as I informed the mgr., Nick Hunting, of above, he emailed me that as long as I have "counsel" he referred me to an 800 number CCC??? to discuss my dispute. Nick apparently doesn't understand that this is not counsel but a CA ruling that can be found on the internet. Nick also froze my ability to make a partial payment on Avalon Access. I would certainly not recommend Avalon. I have lived in several apartments over the years and always had an excellent experience. It seems that Avalon is not adhering to CA ruling and perhaps they need to be challenged by more residents who are going through the process of checking out. read more

Avalon update aug 13 2019 Aug 13th - Update I went over to the Avalon office today and explained my point that the photo's provided showing a stain could not be ours as it was physically impossible. The photos show a right hand swinng door and all the doors ti the rooms in our place are Left hand swing doors. They agreed that something was amiss and have since conceded to rescend the carpet charge ompletely per Nick and Hilary. Thank you for correcting the situation and doing the right thing. Recently moved into Avalon Vista and couldn't be happier. Fantastic place to live with the apartments being spacious with top quality finishings. The communal areas and swimming pool resemble a top class holiday resort. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with a kitchen appliance which was dealt with within the same day. My husband and I lived here for about a year and a half and overall our stay was pleasant. There are just a few things that we really didn't like. First thing was the open permit parking, if you return home late you will not be able to get a spot close to your apartment. Other residents with dogs leave their dog poop around the property (even though there are provided poop bag stations around). Once someone even left poop in front of our garage and it's not uncommon to see poop on sidewalks. The community being gated is a huge plus, but the vehicle gate always seems to be broken somehow which is a huge inconvenience. The leasing office is friendly and helpful when they actually answer the phone. Whenever toy need them during their hours they seem to not be there. Maintenance crew is great, but we hardly needed them since we didn't have any issues with the apartment. Honestly, this complex isn't bad and we wouldn't have moved out of it weren't for some unforeseen circumstances. Apartment layout that we had was great (1 bed one bath 3rd floor) and had a nice kitchen and huge island, gas range and the freezer has an ice maker. Decent sized balcony, but when you hang out out there you can hear clear as day the el pollo loco drive thru. We moved to a different vista apartment complex and we wish we stayed at Avalon. I'd recommend this complex as one of the best vista complex's, we've lived in 3 so far. Also they have holiday crafts for the residents, like Halloween pumpkins and decorations. Moving out was a good experience. (Other than us scheduling our move out pre inspection online and the leasing office having no record of it). Pre move out inspection went smooth and we talked to maintenance and scheduled our clean sweep for the apartment (professional cleaning and carpet cleaning). A few weeks later we got our deposit back and and itemized list of charges. We didn't get any additional cleaning costs due to the clean sweep program and the only other thing taken out of the deposit was the last of the utility Charges. read more

Avalon vista NEVER answers the phone. I've literally seen the men in the office while I call and they don't answer the phone. I've been a tenant for a whole year and I gave up on calling them and walk all the way to the front office to receive assistance. I left the apartments about 2 weeks ago, have been calling almost everyday to check up on my deposit and they have not answered the phone. Have left voicemails and not 1 call back. I had a good experience at Avalon for the most part until I found out the move out policy at the end. I have rented in (more) expensive communities for over 10 years and have never had such a bad experience moving out. I feel as if I am paying to get the apartment ready for the next tenant. RENTER BEWARE. Pros: Hillary, the leasing agent, is very nice. The pool area is nice, although some people from outside communities (the one right across the street) regularly sneak in and let their kids play in the pool. Not a big deal except when you are trying lie out or enjoy the quiet or if you want to get into the pool without kids cannon-balling near you. The community is well kept and pretty clean. Many BBQs. The apartments are large and spacious. Cons:. Cabinets in kitchen are an older light brown color and the appliances aren't as new as some of the other surrounding communities. No soft close drawers or a full size W&D, and the master closet was pretty small. Very small compared to the size of the apartment. Not enough room in the closet if you have someone living or staying with you. The fan in the bathroom is automatic and runs all day and night so that will reflect on your electricity bill. The location is more inland than I prefer, and I am not a fan of Vista in general, but I did know that going in. The Issues: For starters I paid my rent in full every month on time, never had a complaint against me, nor filed a complaint against anyone, did not cause damage to my apartment (aside from wear and tear, and stuff to the carpets) or community in any way. With that being said 1.5 months before I moved out I received an offer to renew my lease, which I was considering at that point, until I saw the price adjustment. I had a 1BR for just a year and next year's lease in the same apartment went up $220. $220 increase in a year is extreme. I lived in East Village and Little Italy before this place and my increase was less than $70. The next, and bigger, issue came with the final walk through inspection. I had an appointment set for 3PM and left work early to make it. Gave them a call on the way and asked if we could bump it up to 2:30 but the lady I spoke to said one maintenance guy was at a Dr's apt and the other wasn't answering so I would have to keep my 3PM apt. Not a big deal. 3:15 rolls around and still no one so I called the office to ask what was going on. Was told they would be there in a few mins but after 3:45 came I had to leave for some afternoon appointments. Guess there was a mix up on their part and I missed doing the walk through with the guy. HUGE MISTAKE. He totaled my move out expenses to $1,720.... Half of that was to replace the carpets. I won't argue with that bc my pregnant sister had her dog over for a few days while I was at work and he must have gone in a few places (but it was cleaned up) so I will give them that although I should have paid to clean it myself bc I could do it for about $150-$200 instead of $900+. Next I was charged $125 for paint. Only paint issues would be in garage where my car door was, or near where the bedframe touched the wall in the bedroom, or the tiny holes where I hung a picture. In all my years I have never been charged for paint. It was standard for communities I lived in to repaint units after a renter moved out and you were only charged if there was damage aside from normal wear and tear. I was also told a couple of blinds on the patio door weren't straight (was like that at move in) so that totaled $100... Keep in mind they weren't broken, or had a hole, or discolored and they were on a door that opened and closed many times a day for a year. They also said there was a small dent on the fridge door, totaling me $375 to fix, which I remember being there at the beginning. It was so small and unnoticeable I didn't think to report it. When I called to discuss this Stephanie (who did the initial walk through) refuted all of my claims and said she would have noted it (she is trying to cover herself and Avalon will certainly back the employees over their paying tenants) and was very rude to me on the phone. In the middle of our convo she said "sorry, what? I wasn't even listening. Someone else was talking." Conclusion: In short this is a B or at best B+ community but beware of hidden move out costs and large rent increases. I am sure the office will respond to this saying ("there was extensive pet or other damage so all costs were related to fixing that or blah blah") but I am not arguing about the carpets, rather the other stuff that has nothing to do with children or pets. My suggestion would be to take a picture of every single thing in the apartment at move in and have 2-3 friends come out and inspect every single inch noting anything that looks even slightly out of place. I won't be renting at an Avalon Bay community again, nor would I let any friends, family, or anyone I care about either. read more

Moves in in Aug 20'. So far the apartment and community has been great. Maintenance request was dealt with quickly. I am on the 3rd floor and the noise outside on the parking lot can be a bit loud. But it is understandable. Due to COVID restrictions, I haven't had time to check out other apartment amenities, but will try as soon as things get better. For the past year my husband and I have been very disappointed living here. Per the leasing contract smoking is not permitted. One must cross the street to smoke. This was the main reason we moved here. We wanted to live in a smoke-free housing community. However, some neighbors moved-in and started smoking cigarettes. All the smoke would enter through our windows. Now our downstairs neighbor, who also happens to work for Avalon leasing office (Nick), smokes marijuana and all his smoke comes into our windows. I have seen Nick smoke marijuana, and once he heard my footsteps he quickly slammed his door shut. My husband and I are forced to run to our windows and close them, we can't get fresh air because he is not abiding to the leasing contract. Avalon I urge you to please discuss this with Nick or have him tested for THC. read more

In the past 5 years, I've lived in 4 different apartment complexes due to being in the military and then getting out. I am so incredibly thankful to all the maintenance technicians at the Avalon Vista complex! Patrick, Mina, and Ernesto have been so helpful and make every other complex I've lived in, look horrible. I've lived here for a year now and only had the need for one maintenance request. Patrick saw my issue through the Avalon access website and called me less than 30 minutes after I put in the service request. It was the quickest, most efficient, and best work I've ever seen someone do in any of my apartment home. If this wasn't enough, he also takes the time to talk to me and my baby dog when we see him on our walks. Every morning when I walk my dog, I see Mina diligently working outside but she always takes the time to greet me and my fur baby. She has been so very sweet ever since I moved in. After having my ankle surgery Ernesto will see me outside and checks on how I'm doing. He's also been so kind as to pet my dog whenever we see him (she's a little needy). read more

Only minor issues have ever arisen and they dealt with them as promptly as they could. Both are always walking with a smile and a wave. We are one of the first tenants that moved into this community in 2015. I have to agree that Avalon have always had the best people for maintenance. Brian used to attend to our maintenance requirements and he was really good at customer service. I believe he has now been promoted to a well deserved managerial role. After staying in the same apartment for a few years now, we have had a few maintenance related requirements. Patrick recently came to fix some issues and we found him equally talented, courteous, and efficient. Terrible management practices and the "luxury" facade is fading rapidly. Avoid unless you want to pay exorbitantly high renewal rates after they charm you into signing. And they'll gouge your deposit when you leave. I consulted an attorney after Avalon withheld over $200 of my deposit, citing that amount in damages after only 6 months. They ignored the demand letter I sent, so instead of taking them to court, I'm leaving this here instead. read more

I'm relieved that honest reviews are finally being written! I've been wanting to write a review for a long time but feared retribution since Avalon Vista is UNFORTUNATELY my home. Also, I have addressed my issues/concerns with staff numerous times re the noise, but I don't get results, so I have resorted to writing this review. If you like your sleep, use of a commode or your sanity...DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've been a resident since May 2015 and I don't even know where to begin about the nightmare of living at Avalon Vista. So let's start from the beginning. The complex is subject to several construction defects, specifically with the plumbing. My first couple of months here my guest toilet was clogging and overflowing on a regular basis. The staff, specifically the head maintenance person Brian, blamed me and my kids for the toilets overflowing and clogging. He said we put baby wipes, hair and tampons down the toilet. Which wasn't true because it's been at least a decade since I bought baby wipes and the color hair he showed me is not the same color as my daughters hair. The problem continually occurred, the toilets kept filling up with bubbles and overflowing (see pics). The staff told me if I continued flushing things I wasn't supposed to down the toilet, that I would be charged for it. Maintenance staff was constantly in my apartment unclogging toilets and the problem persisted even though my kids and I didn't do anything to provoke the situation. I was going on vacation and I specifically asked the Brian "Should we turn off the water so the toilet doesn't overflow while I'm on vacation?" And in a cocky tone he told me it wouldn't be necessary since I wouldn't be there doing anything to clog it. Sure enough, a few days into my vacation I get a phone call at midnight from Israel saying that my entire apartment has been flooded. To be specific two bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom, the laundry room and the hallway. On top of it my cat was home alone terrified during this whole ordeal and walking through black sewer water! And the poor neighbors below where the ones who found out that my apartment flooded because water was seeping through their electrical outlets. Both apartments had extensive damage. My home was destroyed! (SEE PICS OF BLACK SEWER WATER DAMAGE AND THE DRYWALL THAT WAS RIPPED OUT OF MY APARTMENT.) Avalon put me up in a hotel and hired movers, but it will still a HUGE burden to do two moves within a couple of months. Many of my personal items were damaged but to Avalon's defense they did replace most of my damaged items. So here is the kicker...IT WAS A CONSTRUCTION DEFECT that was causing the problem. During construction, there was a small pipe that a worker accidentally dropped into the main sewer pipe which was backing up the toilets. So after being accused of clogging toilets, I was really pissed. Even though they hired movers, I was on disability and had to unpack my entire apartment by myself. I asked Eileen at the front office if they would unpack me and she was absolutely opposed. So now I'm in a different apartment and my toilet in this apartment didn't work for a month...I don't know what the problem was this time but Israel fixed it in a timely manner. I honestly have never had staff or maintenance enter my home so much, at any place I've ever lived. If you value your privacy, this is not the place for you. Lisa P.'s review was spot on accurate about the noise and the complex being more like a college frat house. I would not recommend Avalon for families- often times there are drunks and girls running around in g-strings at the pool. The apartment looks pretty and fancy on the outside but were poorly built with lack of good insulation in the walls. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors every footstep, every word, every door slam, their TV's etc. I lose countless hours of sleep and have to take sleeping medication to live here. The lack of sleep from the noise has truly affected our quality of life. My daughter, a student, has difficulty sleeping and even doing her homework from disruptions (she gets a lot of noise from people walking up and down the stairs). It has affected her grades. Since I've lived here I have probably addressed the noise issue at least 10 times with the front office. The front office tells me that they have made contact with the noisy neighbors but it quiets down for a short time, then goes back to what sounds like is a circus going on upstairs. Even my 10 year old asks to move! My more courteous, respectful, and quieter neighbors are miserable from the noise too. In fact, one neighbor told me that she specifically asked when deciding to move in, if it was a noisy complex, and Avalon told her NO. Another neighbor of mine just moved after living there for 2 months because of the noise. In conclusion, Avalon Vista is OVERPRICED, OVERRATED and a horrible place to live! read more

I LOVE LIVING HERE! I don't think the photos they have online do Avalon Vista justice. They really did a great job with the layouts and finishes, and the units have such big windows so there's lots of light. One of the big draws for me to move here was the salt water pool and spa... and of course the cabanas. I feel like I live at a high end resort! The gals in the leasing and management office are awesome. They are all so down to earth. I never sense any type of pretension. Anytime I've had anything come up with my move in or in my unit, it's been addressed super fast. I was living in Cardiff, on the coast, and was a little concerned about moving inland, but I've found that it only takes me 10 minutes to get to the coast. The town of Vista is really cute, too. They've really done a great job fixing the town of Vista up. There's also an adorable Farmer's Market right next door at the courthouse parking lot. My daughter and I enjoy walking over there on Saturdays. I should mention that there is still construction going on in the complex as they finish the other buildings, but it hasn't been a big deal for us personally. I feel like it's worth it to to deal with a little extra noise to get in early and get the unit that we really wanted. I've been very happy with my experience here so far! read more

I just moved in a little over a week ago, the staff and management are so attentive and helpful. I love the facilities and how clean the complex is. I had a real hard choice to make between all the different floor plans but finally settled on one of the town homes. One of the biggest reasons I moved here, over and above I love Vista is that I can walk to several places to eat, the pharmacy and the farmers market next door on Saturdays. The complex is very pet friendly too. The maintenance crew is super! If your thinking of moving definitely check this complex out, Vista has really been missing higher end apartment community. read more

I have only lived in my new unit for about a week or so but so far the staff has been helpful and friendly. The neighbors seem to be happy and friendly so far. The construction is supposed to be done around July or August i believe. Even with the construction, things have been as peaceful as they can be. One thing to be cautious about is that when you move in and order someone to connect some internet. You need to be sure and use the references they give you on the white sheet of paper when you move in. Also be sure and mention it is a new community! Those phone numbers are not just for your convenience. I made the mistake of thinking i could simply call Cox or AT&T and have just any technician come set up my internet. It needs to be the specific person from that white sheet because they are trained to install equipment into this new community. Hopefully over time the companies will train more technicians, but for now it needs to be a specific person. Also, we currently need to get our mail through the leasing office until a mail carrier will add our new community to their route. Its not a big deal, the leasing office emails me when i have mail, but it is something worth mentioning. read more

We moved into Avalon Vista only a few months ago and in these few months I've been nothing but impressed. This place is BEAUTIFUL. For me, is the efficiency and attentiveness of the staff is what first drew me in. The only "problem" we've ever had was our ice machine not working. This was before we even moved in. We told Eileen about it and she notified maintenance immediately and the very next day Israel came by and BAM fixed! On the occasions I do walk through the front office everyone in there always says hi. It truly is a community here and that is what I love the most. Other pros: 1) My apartment is the bomb. I live with two other people and never do I feel like I don't have enough space. The kitchen is what sold me (Gas stovetops?! Yes please). Lastly the finishes, from flooring to the quartz countertops, you can tell everything is top notch. 2) Online rent payments (super convenient when you have roommates!) 3) Fitness center. So beautiful and is always clean. Not to mention PERFECTLY AIR CONDITIONED. 4) PARKING. There's always parking and it's the best thing ever. 5) BBQ and pool areas. Grills on grills on grills. 6) Pet friendly. I don't have a dog, but LOVE them, and love seeing all the dogs around here! (Stalker much? Haha) Cons: 1) NONE. Thank you ALL at Avalon Vista. I have been a resident of Avalon Vista from Jun 2015 until Jan 2016 and it is extremely well managed by the office and maintenance staff. The apartment complex has many amenities that I have actually been unable to take advantage of due to my long hours at work, such as a small workout center, pool, barbecue areas and a lounge (with a pool table and shuffleboard). The amenities I have been able to take advantage of is the amenities they include for dog owners. They have a small dog area as well as a multitude of dog bags/disposal station around the apartment, and the apartment complex is very dog friendly. However, overall the reason for the 5 star rating is the amazing staff at the front office. Both Eileen and Jordan have been tremendous in their duties and constantly go above and beyond to help me as a tenant. read more

I just recently moved in and while I would normally wait some time to post a review. This place has far exceeded my expectations. I have to give kudos to Jordan and Elieen but most importantly Hannah. She worked with me and I feel she went above and beyond to ensure that my first home in San Diego was the right fit for me. I was truly impressed by the finishes and the value for the dollar but what officially sold me was the fact that Hannah allowed me to stand in a second floor unit while she went to the third floor to allow me to gauge how the sound filtered throughout the stacked apartments. While it was an acceptable level considering all units come with gorgeous hard wood floors the fact that she addressed my concern head on and went that extra mile to ensure my satisfaction really cemented my decision. I really suggest you visit this complex and make it your home. All the ladies have been exceptional to me but Hannah stands out for her 5 star quality approach thereby making me feel with absolute certainty that Avalon Vista is indeed home. read more

I'll be Damned for waiting (or rather forgetting) to write a review for Avalon. Right from the time my fiancee and I moved here, it's been pretty nice Virtues: 1. The leasing staff - Eileen (showed us the available apartments), Jordan (who is also my neighbor..Howdy..!) and Hannah (just recently met her). These guys are immensely self motivated and every time I've had any issue with the apartment have made sure it was taken care of 2. An online payment portal for monthly payment and maintenance requests (usually done in 1-2 days) 3. The pool area and grill. It's gorgeous 4. Proximity to the CA-78 5. The community itself is socially responsible too with community helping/food collection initiatives 6. Referral credits Possible problem 1. Some people may find the rent pricey 2. Not the most private place to live. If you want to pay a lot of money per month, have the employees who live on property, consistently watch your every move then move in here. My husband and I moved in a year ago and we have had nothing but harassment from the lease office the whole year. One particular "housing assistant" would always keep a "hawk eye" us. They would watch every move we do and complain to the lease office. We pay around $2600/month per month to live in a beautiful place. But the leasing/employees ruined our experience. We will never move into another Avalon property again. read more

Mina does it again! I'm so thankful for her. I ran in to her at the gym and she advised me she would be deep cleaning it. This meant it would be closed. She let me know the time and day so I could make sure I got my workout in. read more

The service that this community has provided is nothing short of outstanding. I've had zero issues while living in this community. The overall staff is excellent and you really get what you pay for. Some notable features include: 1. An outstanding grilling area that gets cleaned daily 2. The pool area is luxurious, relaxing and spotless 3. The community as a whole is respectful 4. I love living here! They really do make life effortless and easy. The ladies that work the front desk are really friendly and helpful. The apartments are well laid out and there is plenty of room in the neighborhood to hang out and enjoy your time off. Come check them out! LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Its like a miniature resort! Watching NBA finals as we BBQ down by the fire place lounge is awesome!!! The staff Vanessa, Eileen, Jordan, Brian, Israel always greet you with a smile. Willing to help at a moments notice. All very attentive to ones needs. If you have the pleasure of meeting Carrie you'll quickly understand why Avalon Vista has such an AMAZING staff!! I am very pleased with my decision to move here! Such a great feeling to be able to BRAG about where you live! I strongly recommend & encourage to any who are looking for a new home to consider Avalon Vista. I wish i would have done a longer lease!
