I chose Avenue to work on a Mini Cooper with peeling clear coat and paint on the rear bumper. I initially walked in without the car and asked what it might cost, and when I brought the car itself in the next day that was the price I was quoted. So I had a good feeling regarding the accuracy of the estimations. I left the car and went on my way. Later in the day I got a call from Joel who asked if I knew about a small dent in the left quarter panel. Yes, I knew but I wasn't going to worry about it. Somehow jewelry and the fact this was my GF's Mini entered the conversation. Joel made me an offer I couldn't refuse and I okayed the extra work. When I stepped into Avenue's garage a week and half later, I suspected the staff had broken the rule about impinging the space-time continuum. The entire rear end looked like the shipping film had just been removed from it after being driven off the transport boat. The bumper gleamed, the dent was history, and they had removed everything including the stinkin' badges from the back and blended the paint so smoothly it would make butter stutter. They also took the extra step of rejuvenating the plastic wheel arch and edge trim around the entire car. If you drive a Mini, you know how that looks tired after ten years' exposure. And yes, they did put the badges back. In all seriousness, the additional cost was money well spent and the extra work was outstanding. The people in the office were efficient and friendly, and Joel and Walter in the shop were straightforward and no -nonsense. Obviously I'd prefer not to have to NEED their services again, but if ever it happens Avenue is where I would go. read more

His team did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle, restoring it to a like-new condition using OEM parts. Additionally, his office efficiently manages direct communication with the insurance adjuster to ensure the at-fault party's insurance carrier covers all repair costs. Throughout the process, I never felt that Noe tried to upsell any unnecessary services; he was honest and straightforward about the repair expenses. Writing this review a little late but wanted to highly praise the entire team at avenue body shop!! Every person I interacted with was extremely warm and friendly and I cannot thank them enough. As a young woman I am often afraid of being taken advantage of when it comes to anything car related (I really know nothing about cars), but Joel was incredibly honest and helpful! I had taken my car in for repair as someone had read-ended me, and Joel carefully inspected my car and noted down every mark of damage, big and small. He explained to me that the damage could be more than just exterior due to blind spot sensors and other sensitive features hiding within the body of the car. He assured me that I had nothing to worry about on my end and that they would handle everything insurance related. The process with them couldn't have been more seamless! I left my car with them and saw through the insurance claim tracking that they went above and beyond with the repairs, making sure to fix everything and requesting additional repairs to be covered as needed as they worked on my car. I also had an unrelated scrape on the side of my car--as my car was in the shop already, I decided to get that fixed at the same time and the repair was immaculate! Right as my repairs for the rear-end were being completed, Joel called me to let me know that they were having trouble configuring the blind spot sensor because a sensor in the front of my car had somehow been damaged (not through the accident). I knew this sensor had issues previously because I had it diagnosed via the dealership; Joel said that he wouldn't charge for labor and would just charge me $500 for the part and take care of everything else (the dealership quoted me ~$1300 for parts/repairs after charging me $300 for *just* the diagnostic fee). I previously hadn't gotten it fixed as I wanted a second opinion, but I'm glad that this experience with avenue body shop has fixed everything and completely given me a brand new car! Amazon contract delivery driver managed to take out my right rear tail light, and (natch) scuff up the bumper and some associated bits while they were backing up. Can't just break one thing. Repaired to perfection by ABS again. Looks like it just rolled out of the factory. ABS also paid attention when I asked them to transfer my aftermarket LED bulbs from the old to new tail light. I own an 89 Toyota MR2 in which, I Got into an Accident. After calling around for body shops that work on older cars, I Finally found Avenue Body Shop. Unfortunately I don't know the Average pricing model of collision as they seem to very greatly. However, they were all Very Nice, & they didn't do any Upselling. They were all Friendly and Upfront with me so I was easily willing to give them a fair shake. The paint on my car was decently Faded in certain places as well & it had some Big dents elsewhere that I also wanted fixed. In the end they told me it would (as a whole) be cheaper to get everything done at once... So- I decided to Also get my car Painted as well. I am a car enthusiast so I did add a A-M bumper as they couldn't source a OEM one. I Also added an A-M Spoiler as well. It was a small Fortune, but in the End the whole ordeal took around 3 in a half months & was Well Worth it. I Would highly recommend Going to these guys, Noue & the rest of his Crew (including the Receptionists) do phenomenal work. read more

Outstanding! A family owned establishment with Noe and Joel at the helm. I highly recommend Avenue Body Shop without reservation. A 5 star service from beginning to the time of vehicle pick up. My vehicle was hit on driver side left rear panel when the other car was attempting to make a right turn. The damage to my car was quite extensive, which affected my rear left tire and threw off the alignment, furthermore the driver side door was also slightly out of position. Fortunately, no one was injured. However, my vehicle required hefty repairs. Shopped around the city for an estimate, and landed at Avenue Body. Initially met Rocio who was extremely welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. Followed by meeting with Joel. He took the time to assess the damage, not just cosmetically, but also the potential damage below the surface. It would take 2-3 weeks for repairs. Which means I would need a rental. Luckily, Enterprise is only few blocks from Avenue. I made the decision to leave my car at the hands of Joel, and I'm so glad I did. When it was time to pick up my vehicle. My car appeared brand new! I was speechless. It was spotless! Not only was the damage repaired, but it was detailed! Not just the exterior, but also the interior, windows, console/panel, carpet, seats, and the trunk. Yes! The trunk! My trunk was a mess prior to leaving it with Avenue Body lol. Truly amazing! So much more than I could have hoped for! I was absolutely floored. So impressed. Wow! THIS (pictures) is what you can expect if you go here. They are a fun but unreliable family, who have low to no integrity in taking care of your car. All good until something comes up, then, slippery. In short, after repairing a dent in my car, which was banged out nicely on the outside but flawed and rough on the inside, they UPENDED my trunk. Now, I am a virgo and super organized and clean. It went from ultra-virgo to THIS (pictures). Even my papers were thrashed and crumpled, including my insurance card! I thought it was broken into! But no, it was their team. And, one of them was drunk one day I noticed. I called and asked about the state of my trunk, they said it's just how things are. I told them are you sure, and if so you will be ok for me to post this and let others know? They said it happens sometimes and offered NO apology. They reluctantly agreed that the owner, Noe, would call me back. He never did. EXPECT THIS if you go. Complete with a stinky sweatshirt and oil stains from one of their drunk workers.
