This restaurant has several locations throughout Bellingham. This particular one is located in downtown Fairhaven across from a large sunken parking lot. During business hours, there is metered street parking. The inside of the restaurant is spacious and clean. Orders are placed at the counter and the staff brings out the food to you after its ready. I tried the Pork Bahn Mi sandwich for $15. The toasted bread was great, but everything else was only average. One thing I noticed was that the ingredients were all very fresh, although the flavor wasn't quite up to par for the cost.

We walked by on my way to the bookstore and just stopped back for lunch places to eat inside an outdoors Friendly service and a unique list of sandwiches About a 20 minute wait to eat. Interior was old school and good selection on breads We enjoyed the sandwiches. They do have some veggie selections and beef depending on what side of the fence you're on. free water outside. Typical list on coffee they do decade or regular. The eggplant sandwich was excellent

Say what you want about McDonald's, but you have to admit the egg McMuffin is one of the most perfect breakfasts of all time. Fight me. This takes the egg McMuffin and manages to improve upon it without making it too fancy. It's still a simple sandwich but somehow way more delicious. English muffin - now toasted/pressed with three different flavor options. This is a darn good English muffin. Sausage is a great texture and great flavor. And there are vegetables - but not too many. And you also get a hash brown! The cafe itself is large, yet homey. Plenty of window seating and space. If I lived closer I would be here a dangerous amount.

Amazing sandwiches! All fresh ingredients. Sat outside and had a great view of the water and brought the pup.

Quick friendly service! Amazing menu, the cafe was busy when I went & it was raining so it was quite full inside but there is also outdoor seating when it's nicer weather! Prices are fair, lots of local ingredients, will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Service is pretty good. Toasted turkey melt was excellent. Keep meaning to try something else... but the melt is too good every time I get to be there. Nice view.

It was good, not amazing. The gluten free bread is decent and my husband said his was okay.

A breakfast place that doesn't open until 8am. What? And even then things don't heat up until 8:30.

They've renovated recently, but kept the heart of what makes the place special. It's now more modern, but still feels the same in all the right ways. Every time we're driving to or from Vancouver, this is a must stop for us. Folks that work there always give me the feeling they they like what they do and they know what they are doing. Their wine selection is quirky and fun. And near the register, there are often bottles you just won't see in typical US liquor stores. I usually pick one or two to try. On the food side, we always, always get the beet salad, german potato salad and mac salad- they are all made european style. Those are non-negotiable sides for us. Last visit they had a watermelon gazpacho on the specials menu that perfectly balanced sweet and bright, super refreshing. What they do best is keep things simple but execute flawlessly. A good chunk of the sandwiches you can get half ( then they become slightly expensive halves due to pricing :) )Great bread, great ingredients, no fuss. The Italian sub is proof. It's classic and spot on. My personal go-to, however, is the horseradish roast beef, fantastic combination. And the rotating panini specials are always worth a look. If you're passing through Bellingham, give yourself an excuse to stop in. We certainly do, every single time

This deli plus market is super cute with wall to wall bottles of wine, pasta , olive oil, and canned seafood. We ordered the classic sandwich with ham and cheese and I have to say that that was one of the best sandwiches I've had. The warm soft baguette was perfect making each ham and cheese bite so delicious! We'll definitely recommend this deli for a great sandwich craving!!

I am gluten free and vegetarian and…read moresometimes just don't feel like finding a restaurant and waiting for takeout, so I decided to just go here and see what they had at the hot bar. They had several kinds of indian food, a lush salad bar, and TONS of fresh-made deli items. I was tempted by a grilled salmon salad, gluten free mac and cheese, and the gluten free carrot cake. Ended up getting a vegan tofu burrito bowl and it was so good! I couldn't help but browse the snacks. They had every brand I love here, with flavors I had never even heard of. Ended up somehow resisting the desserts and huge fridge dedicated to olives and pickled goods and just got out with a few kinds of vegan jerky (which is hard to find for me). Again, heaven. I will have to come back on a cheat day when I am ready to sample all the gluten free dessert.

The inside (and out) is well kept and welcoming. I love seeing what the soap sample of the week is.
