First day was power wash and walk through of what colors my mom wanted and where each color would go specifically. My mom is pretty agreeable to anything and she was going to let Steve decide but he told her "I want you to be happy with it." I appreciated that, shows he wanted his customer to be satisfied and not just get the job done. Steve's team did everything he said would be done, made sure to cover and mask off everything. From the start, there were issues with preparation and masking -- several areas were not properly covered, leading to paint bleed, overspray, and uneven lines. The paint coverage was inconsistent, with visible thin spots and missed sections that had to be pointed out repeatedly. The company returned three separate times to fix problems, but each visit revealed new issues that still weren't fully resolved. Even after all the follow-ups, the final result remains substandard. There are areas with bubbling and poor adhesion that suggest improper surface prep, and overall the finish lacks uniformity. Communication was polite, but the repeated callbacks and the need to constantly monitor quality made the process frustrating and time-consuming. For the cost and time involved, I expected far better workmanship. While the team made efforts to correct problems, the job ultimately fell short of professional standards, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

We had two areas that needed to be fixed. The more challenging one was the speaker in our 12 foot…read moreceiling had been pushed partially down and dangling a bit, breaking the plasterboard. Chase (with helper Andrew) patched it up perfectly, dealing with the fact that one of the 4 speaker mounting points had been broken. The other cuts, in our wall, were also patched perfectly. Texture was applied to both, matching the rest of the ceiling and wall. We were given the option of doing the painting ourselves, or they could come back and paint it. We chose the latter, so Chase came back a few days later (after everything had dried) and completed the job. No one could possibly tell there was repair work done in any of the places. They were on time (or a bit early) both times. They laid a paper runner to the area, preserving our carpeting (and wore booties at other times). Casey (the owner) was super responsive via text, and was a pleasure to work with. The price was a bit more than I had originally expected, but the amount of work involved was also more than I realized. I highly recommend Wallen's Drywall for any drywall job you need done.

They were beyond respectful of my property throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business for any drywall repairs. Unfortunately, we had extensive damage from a leaking roof, but they completed all the repairs in a very timely manner. Their pricing was also very reasonable.
