As others have said, he is creative, helps with design ideas, and is focused on your job and your satisfaction. His attention to detail is excellent, note that he routered the uprights on the patio cover so that the base bracket fits flush. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He also showed my husband how to put up drywall, "mudding", and texturizing. Not to mention his pricing is very reasonable! Hands down would hire again. We needed to paint roughly 1000 interior square feet of our home in Napa…read more After getting bids from several companies, we learned about NAPCO from a family member. We were visited the day after we called their office and were offered an exceptional bid for the job. We were advised that NAPCO would stand by this bid, even if the job took longer than they estimated. At the same time, if the job took less than the estimated time, the price would be reduced accordingly. The two man crew arrived every morning on time, made sure everything in the house was covered and protected and completed the job a full half day earlier than the estimated time. Instead of asking for a reduction in the price we asked if they could use the additional half day to paint a small bathroom. Not only did they complete that job, but the final price was still reduced from the original estimate. The house was immaculate when the job was done and the crew even helped in relocating some furniture. NAPCO will definitely be our choice for any future paint jobs we need...interior or exterior...and are thrilled to recommend them with great pleasure. Thank you NAPCO for an outstanding job!!

I am senior citizen and my eye for details are limited as I have poor vision. A month had past or…read moreso when Sublime Painting completed the work at my personal residence and there were some deficiencies that my realtor pointed out and also a close friend saw these as well. Here are some of the issues that were pointed out: 1. The trim work around the fireplace, trim around the front door, and a large gap of trim was not painted above the window was left the original color. So. when you look at this area you see a large beige stripe between the color Sublime painted. It makes no sense why they didn't paint this area. I felt the fireplace trim wasn't painted because it takes less time and work to paint it all one solid color. The trim cap around the fireplace has a faded discoloration, where it appears that they either missed this area or didn't add a second coat of paint. 2. One piece of trim in my family room doorway was painted, and the other door was not. 3. Multiple end caps on facia boards were not painted. I called the owner of the company, and he basically told me that it would cost $600 to $700 dollars to come and paint the areas that his company missed because they would have to open an insurance bond to protect his workers in the event there was some kind of accident. The area above the fireplace (I feel) is a warranty issue. I had sent several texts messages to the owner along with pics, and he never responded back after our initial discussion. He made me feel that it was my problem because they missed these items. The work that was done was really nice, but because of the lack of support and ownership of not correcting these issues is why I had changed my rating and review for Sublime Painting.
