    Wine and chocolate pairing
    Nina Z.

Had a lovely chocolate and wine pairing tasting at AvinoDos. Not a common combination, but the chocolates surprisingly paired well with the wines! Chocolates & wine pairings: raspberry & Brut Rosé, pineapple & Riesling, cherry & Zinfandel, dark chocolate & Cabernet Sauvignon, and chocolate walnut & Malbec. The winery is located in a more industrial area, but don't let that fool you! What it lacks in nature, it more than makes up for in hospitality. Service was welcoming. We came a bit earlier than scheduled, but staff had us seated right away. We booked the classic tasting, but they upgraded us to the reserve tasting. We ended up getting a bottle of their 2016 Zinfandel (Don't forget to use the Yelp check-in discount!). On top of that, our sommelier gave us a tour of their wine production room. Excellent chocolate-wine pairing and hospitality!

This place is a really nice start to a wine tasting journey! My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday at 12:00 and made sure to call before. We used a priority wine pass for a complementary tasting if their current releases. The services here is wonderful, the man serving us was very friendly, helpful, patient and welcoming. The tastings go one by one with a detailed description of the wine you're about to taste! Comes with a small board of nuts, dried candied fruit and small bottled waters! :)

COVID TIME REVIEW Smaller tasting room in a business park but that doesn't take away from the experience at all. This may be one of my favorite tasting experiences in Napa because the wine is amazing, the sommelier is knowledgeable, and the customer service is amazing. They included a free small charcuterie plate that complemented the wine perfectly! 10/10 would recommend visiting this tasting room, you'll have an awesome time and feel right at home with the friendly staff. (By the way, my favorites were the Malbec and the Zinfandel! I liked em so much I had to buy a bottle of each to bring home) At the time I visited (valentines weekend), the seating was all patio seating with heaters in between each table. Social distancing and masks were required which was very reassuring. Will definitely be back!

We found this place on yelp after we finished our tasting at Trintas. It wasn't busy at all for a Sunday afternoon around 3 pm. A group was leaving when we arrived. We were a bit confused where it was located. It's like in the industrial area. We found out that Avinodos and J. Moss were the same. J. Moss is the winemaker. We picked the Classic Wine tasting $40 and Library Wine tasting $55. Then we added on 2 more wines for $5 each. So we ended up trying all the wines on the menu. We liked the Oak Knoll District Malbec, Oakville Cabernet, and Diamond Mountain Cabernet. Jasmine was our server and she was nice. The wine pours were generous. She even gave us a quick tour in their wine processing room and barrel room. She was informative. They even gave us complimentary dried fruits, dark chocolate, crackers, and nuts platter to go with the wine. Nice touch. They also wipe down the table and seats before we sat down. We brought our own charcuterie and fresh fruits to enjoy too. They don't seem to mind. Easy to park on the street. It's a pretty empty area.

We visited this winery today for the first time and had an awesome time! We had a priority wine pass per person so the tastings were free. Shirah was the sommelier and was absolutely wonderful! We were celebrating our anniversary, so she started us off with a complimentary sparkling tasting. All the wines were exquisite and Shirah spent time explaining every one to us and answering all of our questions. She even brought us a complimentary cheese and charcuterie platter. It was so good!! Dan, the wine maker, came out to greet us and gave us a private tour of the barrel tour. This location was in a business park, so we were hesitant, but the customer service and the personal touch, made this winery worth going to! I would definitely recommend this winery.

I must say that this is a great spot, I didn't even know they had cookies but when we went in there it was like being a kid in the candy store haha. To add, the cookies are not super sweet which I liked, at least the ones I tried, compared to competitors like Crumbl smh. The Cookie Monster and S'mores are good and now to the drinks, we did a flight (4) which were a good size for a small! I can't recall all the flavors but they were all good (I do remember the Leviosa and Island Time). One complaint I have and I appreciate the owner told us is that the lids on the drinks were loose, basically we lost one drink in the car, yikez lol. So, I just want to add we need better lids otherwise this is a good spot, keep it up! Really 5 stars but I only took 1 off for the lids, sorry!

One had coconut in it and it was super overpowering but the second drink I got was fruity and perfect. The food in here looked very delicious, even the cookies. Disappointing pricing policy - won't be back unless it changes…read more My wife had been telling me how much she enjoyed this place, so I finally brought the family in for our first visit. The frozen yogurt itself was decent, and my family really liked their treats. Unfortunately, the actual experience left a very sour taste in my mouth. I was highly insulted to find out that Yo'Belle charges customers more if they choose to pay with a credit card. Their signs claim a +4% difference, which is incredibly steep. As someone who runs my own small, family-owned business, I find this practice outdated and frustrating in this day and age. In my own business, I prefer credit cards. The actual merchant fees are usually around 2.5%, and paying that small fee is well worth avoiding the extra time, effort, and risk it takes for employees to count cash, balance a drawer, and handle bank deposits (not to mention bank cash fees). Penalizing customers for using modern payment methods feels like a lazy way to pass on the cost of doing business. It's annoying and insulting. My family and I will not be returning to Yo'Belle unless this policy is changed.

I didn't taste salt at all . WHATI taste was delicious meat that was falling off the bone. YAY!! It's a small clean restaurant with window dining. You know , a long thin bistro-type table up against the window with stools, so you can look out, while you're having your meal. There's also outdoor seating, if you're so inclined. Did you hear me say "clean?" I didn't want you to miss that observation. The owners work their restaurant and thank God for that. Teresa is the face of the establishment . She took my orders, I took her suggestions and the chef, Teresa's husband, really knows what he's doing! He in charge is the kitchen. Not only does he know his stuff when it comes to the BBQ but he also makes their Banana Pudding!! Loved his take on the pudding. Oh!! I had their potato salad and It was good. You know you always take your chances with someone else's potato salad but theirs is pretty darn good. Had boiled eggs in it and that is always worth some major points! They offer Mack & Cheese that looked pretty good and I think coleslaw. They have other meats as well. You'll have to look em up. Anyway - if you have a hankering for ribs Biscuits BBQ is right downtown. Easy parking in the shade too. You should try it. I'll go out on a limb and tell ya "you can't go wrong." Forgot to tell ya they're priced right too, especially for this town. Oh!!!! They have beer and wine too. Woohoo!!! I hope you go. Tell Teresa Chatterbox Pam sent ya... HaHaHa.
