I was picked up by Shelby at the repair shop and she showed me to her car. It was a quick ride to the rental center off of Everhart. The rental process was seamless and easy. after being aquainted with the 2020 Elantra, doing a walk around for damage and setting up my handsfree I was off. Several days later, Shelby called to ask how I was liking the rental. I will be renting from Enterprise in the future if the need arises. Edited to add... The return process was seamless. I even was told that for next time I could have dropped off the rental at the collision center.

I received a quote and reserved a car online through my emerald club. My wife picked up the car and…read morethe agreement showed additional charges for services that the reservation clearly stated were included in my initial quote. I called and they said that they would reverse those additional charges when the car was turned in. We turned in the car and they did NOT reverse the charges. So I contacted Emerald club and they said they would contact them and have the charges reversed. Needless to say the charges were never reversed. WATCH OUT THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF!

The word marvelous is just an understatement of how I feel each time we pick up a vehicle from this establishment. Each employee we deal with always exceeds our expectations on our vehicle needs and so forth. Patel was the first person we dealt with and I forgot to do the survey for him, however this is one 5 star employee when it comes to accommodations for us. The cars are always clean and smell nice, plus we are always greeted with smiling faces and feel welcomed each time we walk in. Thank you for treating us like family, this is why we always choose this location over any other one in Corpus. I will post more pictures later on.

While driving on…read moreBeach Road (a city street) in Port Aransas I had to turn into a parking area to avoid city construction equipment. The rented vehicle became stuck in sand. I called Enterprise whose recovery people told me it could take 72 hours to send assistance. It was agreed I would leave the vehicle. 3 days later Enterprise told me they recovered the vehicle undamaged, but accused me of abandoning their vehicle. Which was not true as I left with their permission. And, have refused to do any further business with me. While business disagreements can occur I don't like deliberately false accusations. My advice is to be very careful when renting from Enterprise and document every interaction. All turned out well as Progressive Insurance saved the day by arranging another rental through Hertz. A lady named Lisa from Enterprise reached out to me about this review and asked I go to their webpage to leave my rental agreement number and contact info., which I did. After spending 10 wasted minutes with "Pearl the Chatbot" I gave up.

I made a reservation through my company's perk website/agreement with them on my phone (FOR EASE) only to go to the counter and have Alfredo not be able to find it. This always happens at ERAC even when I use them just to get my car repaired which is super irritating. The manager (who's info you can see in my photo) could see I was getting frustrated and came in to handle the situation. Alfredo was going to charge me $150 more than my reservation and didn't have my information input correctly. (Seeing I was dropping off at another location this was very important.) The manager upgraded me to a vehicle ready then and one of the female coworkers assured me and gave me a piece of paper with his information and said to call if I needed anything. I guess they partner with National Rental as well because when a call was made to extend my rental as they we're informed could be expected, I got no one. This happens when you call the main line too.

I had a reservation, which I made on a third party site and she first shamed me for that, then tore me apart and refuses to rent to me because I paid for it on apple pay. Then she refused to honor the reservation if I paid separately, because I have a hyphenated name and my Id is different from my credit card. We left without a car.
