    My first time renting a car from this location. I discovered that they are both Avis and Budget. I booked the night before, and they have inventory to provide me with a car in the morning. They were able to give me a car that I like, and it was very clean. There was no smell inside the car. The staff was not as friendly, and he seemed to be in a rush with me. When he handed me the car keys, he told me that "all the damages were noted, and you are all set." When I walked to the car, I saw quite a number of scratches, so I did not feel comfortable. I walked back to the office, and requested a walk through with another staff. She is very patient, and noted all the damages with me, which I appreciated. I was supposed to return my car at 11:30, but I was running behind. I called and asked if I can drop off the rental at 12:30pm. Another staff approved it. Took 1 star off because of my experience when I was picking up my car. Otherwise, good experience overall.

Customer service was great, the minivan that we got was pretty amazing. Upon picking up the vehicle, there were a lot of dings and scratches all over the car (wear and tear I get it). The interior could have been cleaned a lot better also. I ended up having to clean the interior myself, all the cup holders were sticky and covered in residue, some cup holders in the back still had trash and Kandi bracket beads in them. It just didn't seem that the car got cleaned thoroughly. Also, getting a plug in hybrid I was expecting a charging cable that normally comes with an electric vehicle when you purchase it to be in the vehicle for our convenience so we can utilize the charging electric capability but when I called them after realizing it's missing, they told me that the van is just used as a van and they don't provide the cables, so my question is what happens to the dealer provided cables that come with the car when purchased? Besides that great place to get a rental car easy check in and check out.

    First time here I was referred from my dad. My experience went really good. The guy upgraded me for free so I got a jeep Wrangler hybrid it was really nice.

    Daniel ( new owner) is amazing , always good clean vehicles, pick up is easy and Covid 19 conscious. I never just pickup or drop-off and just leave Daniel is such a cool guy, with great conversation. I take all my rental business here and I wish him much success in his new business venture with Budget/Avis.I highly recommend this location.

    Called to see if they had full size cars in stock. They said they did. Showed up and they had absolutely no cars at all.

I'm a very step-by-step person, so understanding the process matters to me. Being told "we just handle the rental, the collisions department will handle it" without further explanation felt dismissive. Clear guidance would have been helpful. If you're not a people person, perhaps not work at a customer facing job? And the fact that she said mam to me was so rude. Mam you're older than me!!

I was charged $371 on my Citibank card, then the clerk tried to run my card again for the same amount. The second charge declined, and even after I showed proof on my phone that the first charge went through, she said she didn't remember processing it. I waited over an hour while they tried to fix it. Citibank even confirmed to them that the charge was approved--but they still did nothing and attempted to charge me again. I ended up leaving without a car, had to call an Uber, and arrived 1.5 hours late to Skid Row where I feed the homeless every Wednesday. That delay affected real people who depend on us. After 12 years of loyalty, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. Do better

Someone else on yelp recently complained about the exact same situation, so Enterprise has a major problem. They connected me with their "customer service" line and the rep escalated it to a district manager. I never received a callback. Fortunately, Hertz had a last-minute cancellation and I was able to get the same minivan $100 cheaper. Needless to say, I will NEVER use Enterprise again. Please do not use your cut & paste answer letting me know how sorry you are and how much you value me as a customer. Save it for someone who believes you.

She was so smug and unhelpful . I have no idea why they would have someone working like that, what is there to be mad at so early into the day. It's so sad because I was going to rent my car for over a week but due to their employee I canceled my reservation and walked out.
