The second charge declined, and even after I showed proof on my phone that the first charge went through, she said she didn't remember processing it. I waited over an hour while they tried to fix it. Citibank even confirmed to them that the charge was approved--but they still did nothing and attempted to charge me again. I ended up leaving without a car, had to call an Uber, and arrived 1.5 hours late to Skid Row where I feed the homeless every Wednesday. That delay affected real people who depend on us. After 12 years of loyalty, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. Do better

Someone else on yelp recently complained about the exact same situation, so Enterprise has a major problem. They connected me with their "customer service" line and the rep escalated it to a district manager. I never received a callback. Fortunately, Hertz had a last-minute cancellation and I was able to get the same minivan $100 cheaper. Needless to say, I will NEVER use Enterprise again. Please do not use your cut & paste answer letting me know how sorry you are and how much you value me as a customer. Save it for someone who believes you.

I told her that if there's anything we can start now so I can get on the road by 10:30 once the car is there and she said no , she refused to check , to ask or to even look at my acct. she also said I should've called to change it to earlier time ( which I did call 3 times but they didn't answer ) I told her that I did call and she was so smug and said " weird you must've not called I've been here all morning " I had to show her my call log for her to drop it. It's easy to drive and all the functions work amazing. The RV was perfect and definitely wanna do it again . Having your own restroom, kitchen and place to sleep all in one place was so convenient and perfect. RV camping all the way! Here are my top experience with the RV aka Big Bertha. TV in the back helped with the long trip because my wife and daughter enjoyed some movies (DVD player only so dust off all the classics). Microwave & 2 top stove was great for cooking. The awning saved us during some rain. The Furnace at night keep us nice & warm (I suggest keeping the top fan on and open since it runs off of propane) All the storage space was perfect for blankets, luggage, and dish ware. The fridge was a perfect size for breakfast, lunch and dinner. :) The back couch turned into a super comfy King size bed that fit us 3 just fine with some extra elbow space. She called a mechanic's shop and was told it would be about $1400. She called Brian and he told her over the phone that it would be about $1000 but bring it in so he could be sure. She brought the car to him. He discovered the battery was bad and sold her a battery for $200. She was prepared to pay for a new alternator and Brian could've taken advantage of that but he didn't. His honesty is why I tell everyone to go to Brian's. He will be our mechanic as long as his shop is there and he is the one running it.
