You call and you schedule in advance and sometimes you get a pick up sometimes they are booked! But if you call dispatch the same day you might get lucky with someone else cancelling their ride. So getting a pickup or return is about 50/50 It's a buck a ride if your not a senior. The vehicles are ok...somewhat clean. They pick you up on time for the most part. The drivers are ok...we get picked up by several different drivers...some are really cool and others seem like the really don't like their jobs. Same when you call reservation or dispatch...not very friendly or eager to provide good customer service over the phone.
