Horrendous service horrendous did not explain the terms and conditions at rental I rented through Uber and they didn't explain that it wasn't gonna be taken out of my Uber account. They said that I had to be automatically deposited from my current my personal account then they charge me $195 for returning one day late. Ridiculous manager total failure, like total failure, horrible service horrendous. These people do not know how to operate a rental service and deserve to be out of business. read more

This is another go to place for us. Centrally located and always has a great experience with the gentleman behind the counter. Some cars need to be aired out more because moronic people smoke in the cars and not supposed to but the cars are always clean. We rent all the time when traveling. Good cars, newer cars and always a good experience. read more

My husband and I went in twice in the past month, my husband rented a car from there. The location was really busyyyy but LET ME SAY!!! The agent was so patient and helpful! She was so professional and stayed calm throughout the whole process EVEN THOUGH many of the customers were giving her a hard time and were so rude! We stayed patient and felt so bad for her because she really was working hard it was just so busy at the time. She brought our car (which was clean and smelled really nice too) and checked us out kindly and she wished us safe travels. We will definitely be coming back and we recommend it 100%! read more

Just turned in a truck we had for two weeks. When we picked up the truck we were told we had to match the gas to the same level it was when we picked up the vehicle. When we got the truck, it had approximately 1/4 of a tank which we did return at that level. We looked to verify the level of gas needed in the contract and no where in the contract did it indicate the level of the tank when we picked up the truck, we did scour the contract several times. So as we are turning it in we were advsied we would be charged $10 per gallon to fill it up. So I had to take it back to the gas station and pump in another $71. The counter rep said, 'sorry, nothing I can do and to call the office tomorrow.' We know how that will go, they won't do anything. So I ended up spending $71 to fill the truck. I assured it I wasn't upset with her and she understood. read more

Unfortunately, there is no option for no stars. Every year, I take the family on a road trip vacation in June. In the past, I've rented vans from Hertz and Enterprise. This year, I'd gotten a 30% discount code from Avis/Budget if I reserved and paid in advance online. BIG MISTAKE! All is well, I assume. We drive 40 minutes to get there and find it they have no mini vans they're only option was a Buick Encore, or, we can drive a half hour away and hope that a corporate store will honor our reservations. The only thing we were told is sorry, call the 800 number. I did and just got angrier. In broken English, I was told, so sorry, we'll refund your money in 3 to 5 days. I'm not unreasonable. I know this happens. But when it does, you put the customer into an upgrade for no additional cost. I've had the same happen with Enterprise in years past and they took care of us. Lesson learned Avis/Budget. I won't be back for a 100% discount! read more

Don't waste your time. I had just returned one rental from another location and was coming to get a new one from this location because I was told they had a small car available. Mina told me on the phone that in order to reserve the last small car they had, that I needed to reserve online. I did it while still on the phone with her. When we arrived they did not have a small car, and she failed to tell me that before she asked for my ID,and card for payment. As she processed the transaction AND charged my card, she saw in the system that I "had another rental" already ( the one I had just returned to the other location) and told me she would not be renting me a car, and that the car I reserved wasn't available anyways. She would not hear anything I was saying when I told her I had just returned a car, and was told to come to that location to get the preferred car I requested. I had to pay to get to the 2nd location (since I currently dont have a vehicle of my own) and then pay to get home because Mina refused to rent to me. It has been 9 days , and I still haven't recieved the funds back from the pending Avis charge on my card. read more

This location has never been good, but current ownership is the absolute worst. Usual issue is lack of cars, lack of clean cars, long waits, etc. But most recent experience topped them all. This location decided to lock the doors for two hours during business hours because their only two employees needed to deliver a car to a corporate account out in Marysville. This left 12+ people (who had made reservations to pick up during this time) standing outside waiting for their cars. No apology from anyone. Tried to call the franchisee of this location but (like both of his locations) completely unreachable. No one cares. I so badly want to use this location (as I travel a lot and this location is very close to my home) but will have to switch my business to enterprise. Hopefully they can live up to my lofty expectations (have cars people reserve and be open during business hours). read more

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Horrible experience. Arrived 10 minutes before pick up time on Friday which was within their normal business hours and they should have been open. Doors were locked and location was unattended. Waited 20 minutes for them to arrive and instead of being apologetic for not being there when they are supposed to be, they were rude and belligerent. I've been a loyal Avis customer for years. I will never rent from this location again and I urge others to take their business elsewhere. They were awful. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would! It started off very smooth, with them being willing to pick me up as my car was needing repair. I verbally declined any additional coverage, but was charged $9.95 per day for Personal Accident and Effects and $5.00 per day for the Emergency Sickness Plan. When I inquired about these, I was told that these were not optional coverages and that I could not decline them and that it was to cover the key FOB replacement and that they charged everyone for it because they were so expensive to replace. Upon reviewing what these items are on the Budget website, I realized that what he said was a complete lie. The Personal Accident and Effects covers medical expenses, ambulance services, accidental death and personal effects. The Emergency Sickness Plan is only available to Canadian renters and international renters with valid non US Passports. I am a US citizen born in NY. I called customer service to confirm that these are optional and they said that they were. They offered to discount the Personal Accident and Effects coverage by 50% and give me credit for the Emergency Sickness Plan. I told them to contact the rental car place directly to set them straight and that they are giving Budget a bad name. Do not rent from here! read more
