They canceled my last three reservations saying no cars are available after reservation confirmation was made. They blame it on their Inventory system not being updated. Two of the cancellations came in less than 24 hours of pick up, which made it difficult to find another reservation I would definitely wouldn't use the Hilliard location. The two women who helped me were incredibly kind and professional! The first car I got had a flat tire (took it home and noticed) but I called them and they immediately got me a replacement. They handled the situation very quickly and professionally. They answered all my questions and concerns. The cars were clean, no issues with the service. For context: this was my first time renting a car and having only heard horror stories, the agents made me feel comfortable and made the overall experience great. read more

Person that helped me originally was bomb. But they don't test drive their cars before renting them out. Got 15/20 minutes out & finally got on the highway & the car was shaking pretty bad. Not only was I not safe- I had to turn back around & was an hour late to my appointment in Cleveland. Along with the man there seeming annoyed that I didn't feel safe in a vehicle & was switching out when it was DEFINITELY an inconvenience for me & part of his job for him. It caused issues with my time, appointment, & the drop off of the car I ended up taking all the way there. Second person with customer service for the whole industry gave me a spam number to call for directions. Been calling & calling for days to ask things & they aren't answering. Really shouldn't have to drive all the way up to ask a question that will take maybe 2 minutes of time. Wouldn't rent from them again. Rather pay more somewhere else. read more

This branch doesn't provide you with the size car that you reserved. I had reserved a full size car, and per Enterprise's website, this should be a car the size of a Chevrolet Impala or Toyota Camry or similar. I was put in a Hyundai Kona. Never heard of it? I hadn't either. Look it up. It is at best a compact car. Enterprise did the classic bait and switch here. My advice? If you rent here, stand your ground. Otherwise you'll be like me--a 6'2 man driving a clown car. read more

I have used Enterprise Rent A Car for many years now for business travel. Generally speaking it has been an OK service, but this last time will probably be my last time. I specifically made myself clear I need to be picked up at a certain time in the morning. They did not show up so had to call, and they sent somebody to my house 30 minutes later. Then when I got there I had only two cars offered to me to drive 400 miles away, one was a Ford Ranger pick up and the other was a Kia Soul. I had to take the Kia. What a disappointment from all levels. Bear in mind this was a reservation made a week in advance also. The associates were very pleasant which is the only thing that keeps this from going below three stars in a review. read more

This location is incredibly unprofessional. I had a rental car through there. Upon dropping the car off I was made aware of a fee I owed. The employee asked if the card on file was an okay card to use and that I would get charged this fee and then see a reversal in my account for the initial deposit. After waiting 3 days to get my money back I called the store to see what was going on, they then let me know that the second charge was to cover the rest of the total and no refund would be issued. After explaining that I was told something completely different by the employee the manager on the phone proceeded to add the math up for me and ask if I understood. I explained to him that since I graduated the 3rd grade I understand basic math just fine. What I don't understand is how the employee told me I am getting my deposit back and all of a sudden now I'm not getting anything back. He let me know there was a miscommunication between the staff memeber I spoke to and myself and I let him know that I understand that however that's not really on me at this point. Just because she messed up doesn't mean I don't get my money back. He then ignored my statement all together and then said "if there's nothing else I can help you with, have a good day ma'am" and hung up the phone. Absolutely horrible customer service. read more

Staff seemed nice enough when I dealt with them. Biggest issue I had with Enterprise is how filthy the cars are. I went through 2 2018 F150's and the were beyond disgusting. I get that they are rentals and go through lots of people but to find a car with dead bugs, used bandaids and other stuff ..... They got the better end of the deal because I had to fully clean and sanitize both trucks before I would even let my wife and kid in them. read more

Great service! I drive a truck for a living, and needed to get home because my rig was in the shop. Anthony picked me up at the terminal, fully inspected the rental when we got to the rental site, and overall provided a level of service that was fantastic. read more

The Hilliard Ohio location was polite, helpful, and while we didn't get the car requested/reserved (reason for 4 stars) the upgrade provided was a surprizingly very nice ride. I had a better experience with the local dealer than previous rentals at the airport location. read more

Cars are clean and the employees are courteous and presentable, my only beef with Enterprise is the cars not at the airport almost always don't have a full tank. 99% of my rentals are for work so it's not a huge deal but it would be nice to start a trip, I know I can make on a tank of fuel, on a full tank so I can just throw gas in it when I return. read more

Here is my experience. Pathetic and Terrible service I would say. If you have another option then don't rent your car from here unless you would like to screw your fun trip. I booked a car and they failed to deliver the car as promised initially. They delivered car to me after 5 HOURS. than the time they originally promised. The whole delay eventually delayed my trip, but still I manage to complete the trip in 2 days and returned the car. When I checked my bill, it showed charges for 3 days. I called this store and came to know that the guy on the counter is busy in making new customer so he can't talk to the old customer and unfortunately that old customer was me. I then reached out to the Enterprise main customer support department and they promised to solve this issue. That promise seems to ended up false as I found charges for 3 days on my card statement. Now I have raised a dispute on the false transaction and will spend couple of weeks to fix that. OVERALL its a big pain that I rented my car from Enterprise. I will not rent my car again from Enterprise. read more

Checking in and out was easy. The gentleman that helped us was personal, friendly and efficient. However, the van that we paid over $650 for the week had 50k miles on it, as stripped down as you could possibly have, the van felt more like a boat than a car and the transmission probably needs some work. I was disappointed that they would have a Dodge Caravan with so many miles in their rotation especially one that had no features outside of cruise control. The drive to Florida from Ohio was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. When I mentioned my concerns they did adjust 10% off the price which was nice. read more

Enterprise does not always pick you up, but in our circumstance they took us for a ride at our expense. I WILL NEVER rent from Enterprise again. In my opinion Enterprise deceptively and unfairly treats customers like me that do not purchase their insurance. I checked out and rented a car at dusk in the enterprise parking lot with poor lighting. I was told to inspect the car for any damage larger than a dollar bill. I drove the car without incident and turned the car in the next day. I was then charged for "damage" that was smaller than a dollar bill. The "damage" looked like a defective paint job on the bumper and something that was not reasonably detectable at the time I checked it out. I took pictures which show the minimal paint defect that are difficult to see unless you have someone specifically show it. The "damage" was less than the size of a dollar bill. This vehicle was checked out at the Enterprise location in Wexford, PA located at 11284 Perry Highway and checked in the very next day at the Enterprise location in Hilliard, Ohio located at 677 Main St, Hilliard, OH 43026. When I tried to resolve this dispute, both locations claimed the other had responsibility and both refused to do anything other than to continue to charge me. read more
