I waited for about 20 minutes before I finally saw someone working out back. He helped me get my rental but offered zero apology or explanation as to why a professional business would be left completely unattended in this way with customers waiting. Incredibly unprofessional and they seem not to care at all how customers are treated. Gives a really bad name to Hertz. I'd give it a zero stars if that were an option.

Needless to say I don't recommend any human or animal try entering a vehicle while it's moving. The deer didn't survive trying to hitch a ride on a moving vehicle. The guys that were present during my rental were simply amazing. They offered a very generous upgrade, the Batmobile, which I politely declined. They even offered to give the rental a car wash, unfortunately it was late in the day and the car wash business was closed but that was a really nice gesture. The small rental car they loaned me fulfilled my transportation needs and when we returned the rental they guys were just as amazing as when we rented in providing us a ride back home. I don't rent often but our vehicle was being repaired from the tragic deer impact and the staff at this Enterprise location made the rental process easy peasy. They did put a hold on my credit card for like $800 but I was completely ok with that since it was just a hold and not a charge. So if your credit limit isn't high then you may want to ask what kind of holds the rental agency requires but I was ok with whatever hold they wanted since my credit limit is insanely high. I was only charged for the exact amount I was quoted during the rental and any credit card holds were released.
