On a Friday morning, when the mechanic informed me they probably wouldn't get to my vehicle that day, I decided I needed to rent a car. We've always had good luck with Enterprise Rentals. You can reserve online! Great! Reserved a small/mid-size SUV to pick-up at 1:00 that same day. Everything confirmed. When I arrived, I was disappointed that there were no vehicles available! Ummm! The why do I have a confirmed reservation? "Well, you made a last minute reservation and others had reserved before you". Yes, then why was I able to make a reservation for something you don't have? "You can stick around and see if anything gets turned back in, or we can call around, see if any other shops has an available vehicle." I didn't have time. I was dropped off by Uber, still had to go by mechanics to get necessary items from my vehicle, then drive to Fullerton for my scheduled shift at 2pm. They were very polite, but I was stumped. What to do!! An Angel entered (unfortunately, I did not get her name). She was apprised of the situation. She came over and asked if I would take a Chevy Malibu instead of the SUV. They'd, of course, discount the cost. YES! Please! Thank you! They did a quick wash, walked me through an inspection and handed me the keys. Quick stop at the mechanic and I made it to work with 5 minutes to spare!! I wasn't pleased I had a confirmation for a vehicle with no vehicle available. I should not have been able to make any reservation! However, it all worked out in the end, thanks to the Angel! The Malibu was a zippy little car, but was happy to get back in my van Monday afternoon! Returning the Malibu was quick and easy! I will recommend this branch and will return ... but I will probably call to confirm there is a vehicle available read more

They never picked me up. Scheduled in advanced via online and called the same day to schedule a pickup at a nearby store. Person on the phone confirmed the pickup time and location. Waited and waiting and no one showed up. Called the store again and they said they have zero records of a pickup and that I was suppose to pickup the car myself. Decided to call an Uber instead and saved a few hundred dollars. read more

Had a great experience at this location. Was going on a quick Vegas trip for the weekend with friends. A mix of professional and personal hospitality! He went above the client care and provided an XLE car instead of the base model and I was sold! He took extra care to make sure the cars were in great condition. I had to take my car to get serviced which is already going to be a huge bill and I've Uber to enterprise because they have cars available on their website. The customer service is great. Just make sure to check the vehicle, the one they gave me had worn out tires and it popped while on the highway luckily I wasn't too far from home. I took it to americas tire and they said all the tires were low on air and worn out. They said that I was lucky it popped before I had left for my trip because on the front driver side tire the lug nuts were loose and that tire could've flown off. read more

Evan Lanning was able to quickly get me back on my way and not only that he was able to point out to me all the other issues that were on the car that the original rental place should have marked down as damages to the vehicle, but did not. He went on to make sure that I had peace of mind, knowing that those damages, we're not my fault but the fault of the original Enterprise dealership and he even called the Vegas Enterprise and spoke to them prior to me, leaving with my new vehicle! Great experience. Had to make a long road trip across the country and back. Made appointment for large SUV. When the day came, they pointed out the truck they received did not have a front license plate which would be an issue when crossing toll markers. They suggested a minivan which would hold just as much cargo. It ended up being much much cheaper. I asked for a flexible return date and they were very accommodating. I worked with several of the staff and they were all very helpful and friendly. They also picked me up before the rental and dropped me off when done. read more

my insurance company connected me to this location and my insurance covered a Hyundai Palisade, which was a nice car. Except for the fact that it is not uncommon that the back right trim piece sometimes falls off of these cars as is what happened to me on the way home. Didn't think anything of it. I will just let them know when I bring it back. Little, that I know they would report an actual insurance claim with my insurance company, holding me responsible for the damage to the vehicle that I did nothing to harm. There is no paint damage there is no scratching. There is nothing that I've done to this car to make the part fell off. It was simply due to poor manufacturing as notated in many places on the Internet. Now I have to deal with the paperwork hassle of another insurance claim because of their faulty vehicle. Or even provided paperwork that says if there is no physical damage to the car, it is not due to Renter misuse. It is simply a manufacturing defect and the responsibility of the dealership providing the car. read more

My Triple A insurance recommended this place while my car was being repaired by Collision Auto! Enterprise was amazing from the beginning to end of the process. Enterprise called me to let me know when I scheduled an appointment with collision auto advised me, let them know a time and day and they would pick me up and drop me off at the location! On the day of my pickup they were there in less then 10 mins. We went straight to Enterprise, it took about 5 mins! They had a car ready for me. And they had done everything, like keeping in contacting my insurance. I was in and out in 7 mins! Confirm reservations just to call 15 minutes before pick up to tell me there is no car available similar to the one reserved. No kind of help to get me into another vehicle, only I have this or that but your going to pay that rate. If I wanted a mini van for that rate that's what I would've reserved. Horrible! Sold my car in June and have been looking to buy a new truck.. with COVID and factories shutting down, inventory was low. So I have been renting trucks on a monthly basis until my special order Tacoma comes in. I rented a truck from Costa Mesa location and got a Dodge Ram.. was nice but killer on gas. Filling up every 2-3 days was a bit much. So I booked a smaller pickup like a frontier or similar.. Costa Mesa location (where I rented the dodge) didn't have any so I did new rental from this location in garden grove. Planned to pick it up then have my wife drive the dodge back to Costa Mesa.. I called in the morning to confirm reservation and ask what type of truck they had and see if I had options.. they said they will show me options when I arrived.. once I came in the guy told me they don't have any trucks for me and because I have another rental (the dodge), they won't rent a new one to me until this one is returned. I told them I can't return the other truck as I won't have a ride to get here and asked if they can pick me up from Costa Mesa and he said no it's too far.. when I asked what would have happened if I dropped off the truck first and took an Uber to get here how I would get the truck I reserved.. then he replied they don't have any trucks for now.. a call in morning would have been nice to tell me they don't have a truck, a better attitude, offering to help to find a solution, a ride, anything other than that.. I am not the type to sit there and argue with people who just don't care.. so I just left. Kept the dodge which is due tomorrow and booked a smaller truck for $200 more than my original reservation.. ‍ I'm still renting from enterprise, but definitely not this location.. read more
