But even so, notifying me that they didn't have the vehicle they had promised with less than 8 hours to plan for an alternative is not okay for such a large national company. All I was offered was a terrible excuse for an apology. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. On the other hand, the Enterprise just down the street were really nice about the situation and were happy to offer us a vehicle after this whole mess.

He had a problem taking any other credit cards except my Discover, which wouldn't cover the insurance. So I would have to get the insurance through him which will cost extra. Drove it off the lot got back 20 minutes later, told him I wasn't pleased with the car. He told me everything else would cost more money. Then he tried to charge me nearly $300 for that 20 minute ride. Told me he was doing me a favor cuz he didn't charge me for not filling up the gas tank all the way.
