I went to a satellite location where my repairs was being done, so nobody was at that location unless previously scheduled. I called them, and they were kind enough to pick me up from that satellite location and brought me to the main branch just a mile away. Everything went smooth and there was no trouble with the insurance lending me a rental car. I was in and out, and they eased any anxiety I had about this situation I was new to. They came out with a very clean and very well maintained car. I had no trouble driving this for two weeks. It was however on the cheaper end that I wished I could've gotten a more fun and powerful car that I'm accustomed to. But hey, you take what you can get with a body shop rental. When I returned the car, the insurance paid for everthing as expected. She greeted me with a smile, which I always appreciate. Overall, I was very pleased If I had to gripe about one thing, it would be the car that I received. My friend recently got into an accident too, and she got a brand new corolla sport with a back up camera and upgraded sound system with Bluetooth. I guess you can say I'm jealous lol.

I always rent from them when everybody ran out of cars. They have compact, medium, luxury and passenger vans available also. Their check out process is easy but be sure to send them your insurance before you go to them or it might take time to process. Cube is the way to go. They sell used cars as well so I thought that is a cool Idea to rent a car and if you like it you can make a deal to buy the car.

Especially "Cardi 3" who was wrapped in matte black and got more attention and more compliments from family and friends than anything I ever drove. Also, even though they say they offer refueling services for rental trucks, they refuse to do so. Even though there are multiple signs up for the cost of refueling (ridiculously expensive), they say those services are only for cars. Brittany at this location is on another level. She gets me in and out so efficiently every time. She's professional, effective, and genuinely caring. Every time I pick up my rental, it is clean, gassed up, and ready to go. The check in process is seamless, and I always receive the keys with zero issues, in record time. What truly sets Brittany apart is her dedication. I was running late one day due to a rideshare delay, and she actually waited for me to arrive just to hand over the keys, something she didn't have to do. That meant so much. Not everyone is understanding so what may seem minor to me could be monumental to someone else. I had a reservation booked today to pick up at 7:30 AM. Upon calling the facility, the representative mentioned they had no cars available and did not have any pertinent information regarding when cars WOULD be available. I then received a call at 10:51 AM stating cars were available. I still needed the vehicle so I went to pick it up. The representative at the facility was nice but I did ask him if there was any type of courtesy accommodations available due to the inconvenience, he said no. Upon getting into the first vehicle I was given (Honda CR-V), the tire pressure light was on. I looked at the tires and noticed a nail in the right side passenger back one. I went back inside and informed the agent. He gave me the Jeep Compass instead. Upon getting into that vehicle, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke! I could tell there was an attempt to get the smell out which I understand is difficult. I informed the agent just so he would know the smell was already in there PRIOR to me getting the vehicle. I do not want to be charged for something that wasn't my doing. All in all, I still drove off in the Jeep but this experience left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I've always used Avis since my job has a corporate code with them. I will say that I have only experienced Avis airport locations so maybe it's a difference with the neighborhood facilities? Not too sure. I will have to have a talk with our Relationship Manager to see if we will continue this collaboration.
