    do not rent a car here !!!! i booked a car online and i got my confirmation email & everything was set. i pushed my plans out of the way , and paid $40 to uber here , when i got there the lady told me there's nothing available. NOTHING AVAILABLE?! that's not what it said on the website !! she then claimed that there are people ahead of me ?? that doesn't make any sense since you put in a pick up time on the website. had to pay more money to get back home. wasted over $80 on transportation. she was very dismissive with a "too bad so sad" attitude. save yourself , your money & go to to a legit place !

    No car for me when I showed up this morning with a reservation. What a disappointment!

    I understand that people's experience and expectations may vary, but I was surprised to read so…read moremany negative reviews about this particular Hertz Car Rental location. In spite of this, I decided to try it out anyway and rent a car from them for a 4-day family road trip, thinking "how bad can it really be?". Well, wanting to be as fair a customer as possible, I'm happy to report my experience with them was excellent. The staff there was attentive, efficient and extremely courteous. The process was fast, the price extremely competitive, and all went without any issue. I really cannot fault them for anything, except maybe that the car they lent me could have been a bit cleaner inside and out (but I'm a clean freak, so that's on me - no one else in my party complained about it). On the plus side, the tank was full from the get-go. Nice. Regarding the car itself, it was great: I was given the choice between several full-size SUV's, and I ended up picking a 2020 Infiniti QX60 for the road trip. What a great ride!

I booked early and paid ahead specifically to ensure the vehicle I needed would be waiting for us. Instead, when I arrived at the Hertz counter, I was informed that my reserved vehicle had been rented to someone else. There was no phone call, no email, and no notification that Hertz would not honor my reservation. I only found out after arriving at the rental counter with my family, ready to begin our vacation. What made an already terrible situation even worse was the complete lack of customer service. The employee behind the counter showed absolutely no empathy and offered no apology. His response was essentially, "There's nothing I can do. We have no vehicles, so move along so I can take care of other customers." That level of indifference was unbelievable. Hertz failed to honor a prepaid reservation, yet I was treated as though I was the inconvenience. Thinking customer service would make things right, I called Hertz's 800 number. Unfortunately, that experience was just as disappointing. There was no ownership of the problem, no meaningful attempt to help, and no concern whatsoever that Hertz had disrupted my family's vacation. A reservation--especially a prepaid reservation--should mean something. Hertz accepted my money, failed to provide the vehicle I reserved, failed to notify me before I arrived, and then failed to provide even the most basic level of customer service. This wasn't just an inconvenience. It wasted valuable vacation time, caused unnecessary stress, and completely changed our travel plans. I expect companies to make mistakes occasionally. What I cannot accept is the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and concern shown by both the rental location and Hertz Customer Service. Based on this experience, I will never rent from Hertz again. There are too many rental companies that understand the importance of honoring reservations and treating customers with respect. If you're relying on Hertz for an important trip, especially if you've prepaid and reserved a specific vehicle well in advance, my experience suggests you should have a backup plan.

    I had a car reserved from State Farm. I called Hertz and they were supposed to get me a Lyft. Hertz…read morecorporate said the local office wasn't answering and they would "escalate the call" but still they never called back. So I called Hertz directly and still no answer. So I walked 15 to the location and decided to let the phone ring the entire time. When I arrived, the phone inside the office was ringing and a man "Ash" was sitting there ignoring the phone doing nothing. I asked why he wouldn't answer the phone and he became rude and aggressive towards me. Finally he went to help me get my rental and first he went to the wrong vehicle which took about 10 minutes and then he went to another vehicle. He was pretending to have problems with the app. He seemed to be intentionally prolonging the process and intentionally inconveniencing me by making me wait another 10 minutes or so. Then he walked away rudely once he gave me the keys. I will never do business with this location again.

GMC uses this vendor for service loaners . The only complaint is transaction time is Slllllooooooowww. This past time they gave me a freshly detailed vehicle but sprayed a god awful perfume in the car and it even stunk up my garage when i had to leave the windows open. The smell was overwhelming .I returned at my dealer with a full tank so the return is always convenient .
