    HUMMUS SALATIM SALUF BREAD
    Annie R.

The nicest staff! We had a wonderful waiter and he was super helpful. He was a very positive part of my experience here. The vibes make you feel like a celebrity, and so does the service. They had super delicious vegan options that you can tell are well thought out in taste and presentation. Get the hummus and salatim! It was the perfect amount for 3 people. And the bread, on my gosh, the bread was delicious. Be careful to not fill up too fast on the bread. The mushroom dish was mentioned by multiple waiters as a favorite and they were so right! Loved by vegans and non-vegans. I also ordered the rice pilaf, but we really didn't need it. It was good, but I was pretty full by that point.

Fresh bread from dough that's been fermented for 72 hours!

We now know why Jesus was Jewish: the food is from heaven. This place has thee best Israeli cuisine I've ever had in my life--and I've been to Israel 6 times! Every bite felt like a unique texture and flavor, yet came together in harmony. We did the Tayim--tasting menu--to ensure we could get a sampling of lots of items. It was worth every penny. Cannot wait to come back.

Elegant ambiance, flawless service (thank you Douglas) and the best Mediterranean food ANYWHERE combines at Aviv to create an elegant, delectable dining experience in the top tier of my lifetime, and that is saying a lot. As a chef, lifelong hospitality professional, and serious foodie, on holiday with 2 best friends, Aviv was the peak moment of my 6 days in Miami. Aviv is a destination in and of itself. Magnificent.

Love this new addition to Miami Beach. Restaurant is beautiful with a neutral interior and soft lighting. Service was efficient, waiter made good recommendations but you could tell he was upselling. Would have been way too much food if we would have listened to him. Food was delicious. Hummus and bread were perfect. The mushroom dish was my favorite. Also loved the tahini soft serve though a little too much salt. Definitely on the pricier side but it is the 1 Hotel. Publix parking 2 blocks south or you can valet. Drinks are about $25 but didn't try any.

A fantastic Mediterranean meal for friends and family. The restaurant setting is stunning, warm and inviting; I could sit here and talk for hours. The drinks were delicious and carefully curated; they are all creative and a great expression of Miami mixology. As for the food, everything was delicious. You cannot go wrong with ordering Salatim; it is perfect for sharing and incredibly delicious. Huge bonus points to the staff who kept my eggplant allergy top of mind and constantly made me aware of dishes that contained or didn't contain eggplant, really thoughtful! I already have plans to go back!

What a great restaurant Aviv is, with really good food. Everything that was served to us was simply delicious, from the hummus to the skirt steak, the grilled chicken, and the desserts. Everything on the menu was just great. If you appreciate great food, this should definitely be one of your goto spots.

I'm always excited to try a new place and I knew this would be good at One Hotel. The ambiance and vibes around the bar were nice as soon as we walked in and the hostesses and bartenders were personable. When I say the food was so good that I have been rubbing about it all day. I can't wait to go back to try more menu items, but I had the smoked sweet potato with caviar and the Moroccan cigars. Chefs kiss is an understatement. The flavors were so bold and the Moroccan cigars melted in my mouth. I've never had that twist on a sweet potato, but I may not be able to eat it any other way now. I also enjoyed my cocktails. I chose a pomegranate mocktail and added a prosecco floater and it was so good. I can't wait to go back!

We went to Aviv on their third night since opening and it exceeding our already very high expectations. We have been a huge Michael Solomonov fan visiting all of his Philly restaurants. If you've been to Philly, Aviv is like a nice balance between Laser Wolf and Zahav with a pinch of Miami added in. The ambience is very nice, with warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a nice open kitchen concept which invites you to check out whats going on. We had a party of 4, and we all order the $75 tasting menu which included 1 Hummus for the table, salatim, 4 mezze, 4 Al Ha'esh, and 4 desserts. Being a fan of Solomonov, my wife wanted to go with the traditional Hummus, which was as great as always, but our waitress was really nice and brought out the Turkish Hummis also, which was completely different and amazing. For one, it was hot hummus; two, it had a brown sugar base and crispy caramelized garlic chips. I ended up eating it with a spoon. The salatim is probably my favorite part of a Solomonov experience, with his double cooked eggplant being one of my favorite foods ever. The mezze came out next, and these are smaller appetizers, but so delicious. I've had Moroccan Cigars at other middle eastern restaurants but this one blew those away with flavor and not being overly greasy. The haloumi baklava could have easily been served as a dessert. The Blue Cobia Crudo tasted amazing, but was also presented really cool, in that they poured the sauce table side which "cooked" the fish. Lastly was the cauliflower, which was crunchy and flavorful, but light. I could've ended my meal with these and been happy spending $75, but then came the main courses. The Dorade was very good, but was a little spicy for me, and I probably wouldn't order that again, but only because I want to try everything else. Similarly, the Bulgarian Kebab was a delicious Middle Eastern Spiced Meatball, that I loved, but also wouldn't order next time, just so I can try the other entrees. The lamb merguez was my second favorite entree, which was more sausage tasting than lamb tasting, if that makes sense. #1 for everyone at the table was the Beef Shishlik which I could've just kept eating and eating. Wrapping it up, the desserts were where the Miami flavors came out. All 4 desserts were great. The Key Lime Knafe maybe could've had a little more key lime to it, and the brown sugar soft serve was the most vanilla of the dishes. The guava sorbet was light but creamy and had a nice guava tast, and it went very well with the Key Lime Knafe. The coconut malabi might have been my favorite dessert, but all were pretty close. The Malabi was like a yogurt with passionfruit pearls and shreds of dark chocolate. For drinks, I really enjoyed the Limonana which was wild turkey bourbon, lemon cordial, and mint. If they weren't $20, I could see myself drinking way too many of them. My wife and mother-in-law had the Pinot Noir from Cloudline and it was one of there all-time favorites. If you're still reading, I'm sure you have no doubt that I will be going again as soon as possible. I recommend booking on Resy. They validate valet parking at the 1 Hotel, but even with validation it was $30, so there are likely better options.

Fantastic dinner here! Service was smooth and generous- servers with humor and class. Great space inside and out. Would work for any diet type and loved the tasting menu! Tayim!

Had high expectations for Aviv based on reviews I'd seen. The food definitely met and maybe even exceeded them, but the service unfortunately left some to be desired. When I arrived, there were two women complaining to the hostess. Apparently, they didn't arrive on time or there was some sort of misunderstanding. There was some back and forth before it seemed that the hostess gave in and offered them a table inside the restaurant. Meanwhile, I was waiting for my table - which it appears was maybe given to the two women causing a stir. I was offered a table outside although my reservation was for inside, which initially was fine but after a few minutes at the table outside, I noticed a strong sewage smell and requested to be moved. Long story short: there were multiple times throughout the night that I had to ask for something more than once (from the hostess and our server), our server was friendly but very often absent. Maybe with a bit more service training, this restaurant would get five stars from me. The food was amazing but unfortunately the experience and inattentiveness of the staff made it less enjoyable than it should have been.

Excellent experience here!!! Our server was very friendly and accommodating! The food was delicious, and even though my husband is hesitant to try new cuisines, nothing was too "out there". Everything we tried was so good. The beef "cigars" were great! The restaurant was spacious, stylish, and not too loud inside. I would absolutely come back!

Good food, but it takes forever to get your food, 2.5 to 3 hours and there were only 2 other tables seated.

The the quantity of food was minuscule and covered in an abundance of olive oil. Wouldn't recommend especially considering the cost.

We ordered the falafel plate to share and it was plenty. There's rice was absolutely delicious and the falafel were made on the spot served perfectly warm and crispy. We were sat inside near the bar/kitchen area. The restaurant overall had a very quaint vibe, close seating and bright vibrant decor. Yellow was a primary color through most of the decor. I really loved the tree aesthetic that looked like an old tree that was growing from the corners of the rooms up the wall and across the ceiling. I wasn't able to catch our server's name however they were very well knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. We decided to do several apps versus getting individual meals as this restaurants theme is to have shareable plates. So many dishes, got the French and Turkish oven pita. Both were good and had different highlights. Loved the gold scissors provided to cut strips for sharing. Classic hummus which had to have been the smoothest hummus I've ever had. Zucchini Latkes were one of my favorite along with the Cauliflower. The seasoning on this was amazing, a bit sweet, and crispy outside. Crispy artichoke I could have done without. It was kinda like eating rice paper, odd texture. Had to try the baklava for dessert along with the pistachio cheesecake and the vanilla, mango and Nutella gelato. Nutella was my favorite. I'd keep on the short list next time I'm in the area.

We had the Humnus (tasty and fresh but a bit too creamy for two out of the three us at the tabel) with Laffa (served hot, it was yummy), Morrocan Cigars (yummy and good for at least two people), the Chicken Shawarma (which is dark meat and is seasoned perfectly) with grilled veggies (that tasted just a little bit too smoky), and the Harissa Honey Salmon with Greek Lemon Potatoes (they were super lemony but thats been par for the course at all of the Greek places I've ever been to).
