The restaurant is sit-down and can take up to an hour, so definitely plan accordingly. You can also order it for delivery, but make sure you specify that you want it sliced. We learned that the hard way! I guess they're worried the pizza will slide around during transit. We go back every time we're in Chicago and have even had it shipped to Florida. That probably says enough about how much we like it!
