Seriously, ZERO stars if that were an option. Car returned and everything inside had been messed with, rear sun screen, seat settings, radio, mirrors. Okay, that was anoying - but, oh well. The big thing is that my hood was out of alignment and the wheel wells were not properly installed. I took it back and the estimator went and looked at it, no apology, no question as to what they could do to make it right - he started accusing me of hitting a curb and knocking the wheel well loose. Keep in mind that I have owned this car a very long time and this has never happened until a few weeks after Gerber worked on my car in this particular spot. He had noe reason my hood was not square (it had been until they worked on it). All he could say was drop it off for a half a day and we will fix it - "I don't want you thinking it was something we did". Here is a hint - it WAS something you did. Seriously, a simple. Hey, I am so sorry your hood is not square, it was our fault and we will take car of that an your wheel well. Nope, I get blamed for hitting a curb hard enough to rip the wheel well loose and felt like I should apologize to them for the inconvenience of having to straighten out my hood - THAT THEY MESSED UP. read more

My E300 Mercedes was damaged in the front hood and fenders by rocks falling from a dump truck. I brought the car into the shop in Spring Hill and dropped it off to be worked on. 10 days later return I , they delivered the car... and forgot to put the new grill and other trim pieces on the car. Plus a damaged item from the last repair they did. NONE was doe. I had to return another time for hours to have them get the extra parts they left off. When I return to get it, the brand new painted hood looked like someone had painted it with a brush in some areas. Fish eyes, flaws etc. I was very upset. The response was give that there had been a death in the company and that everyone was having a hard time. I felt bad for this, but it is still an operational business. On the fourth time back, was because we discovered 4 places on the hood where the repair person had sanded inproperly so it showed a dull 10" spot plus a few others smaller one. They take mt car another hour, fix the marks, and then hand me the car with a thank you and hand shake. I was frustrated. I told the manager that I felt I was treated poorly and that I am the only one who is losing here. 4 trips back to the shop. 5 hours of my time sitting there or driving back to fix poor work. I said this is something you should have taken responsibility for and treated me with respect and picked my car up and delivered it back to me TOTALLY FIXED! I also said that there should have been a credit issued or a refund in good favor for something. I told them I didn't want the money, it could go to my charity. The manager said well email me. In my business that's called a "put off." Still no ownership of very poor workmanship and customer serve. These are "nice" people, but this is by far the worse experience I have had in car repair. I would definitely think twice before bringing mu vehicle here IF you want good workmanship and customer service. In addition, everyone is wearing W.W.J.D. bracelets and I'm pretty sure, Jesus wouldn't do business this way. read more

Great repair shop. Have used them due to unfortunate accidents. Detailed workmanship and professional staff. They kept me informed every day or two and finished in almost half the estimated time projected. I came back after closing on a Friday due to an interior light not working after the repair. The whole staff was eager to assist to make sure all was corrected and working properly. We have used them twice and will again if needed. read more

I took my car in to get a mistake I had made corrected. A relatively simple matter of a stripped screw extraction gone wrong. I brought my car in to get a screw shank removed from the hole used to mount my license plate. However, in trying to do this myself, I snapped the head of the rusted screw off, snapped a drill bit AND the extractor inside the shank, nearly flush. The folks at Autobody Advantage got me in nearly immediately, and had the whole thing removed and put my plate back on with new screws in about an hour. They were very friendly and helpful, professional in their service. They apparently do all sort of mechanical work, not just body work; I will definitely be returning for any work I need done on my cars that I cannot handle personally! Thank you! read more

I went to ABA automotive with the intention on Spending my hard earned money and getting an interlocked device installed in my car... I received a workorder email from inner lock and try to upload it to the department of safety and had no luck... I asked the man behind the counter at ABA automotive is a automotive and he responded to Me with aggression and aggravation.... I was told it would take 2 to 2 and a 1/2 hours I sai set there from 9 to 1.... I had questions with the service tethe service Tech about state requirements for my driver's license and he was very short and aggressive and called the sheriff's department only because because I was asking questions.... The sheriff's department got there and made them conduct yourself professionally and issue me my receipts For the installation but refused to show me how to operate the device the sheriff asked him politely to explain and he refused these are 2 men that do the service ABA automotive.... Extremely unprofessional and possibly violent and volatile I would avoid this shop at all cost read more

I carried my car by to have 3 Accessory Plugs (Cigarette Lighter Type Plugs) and Ground Effects installed on my car. 2 days after they installed them my Car Battery and Alternator gave out. I never had any problems before they installed everything. I told the Tech exactly how I wanted them wired up, but the Tech wired them how He wanted them. Also some how 4 of the Ground Effect Lights came up missing, a box of Heat Shrink Tubing Assortment Kit and My Window Mount Cell Phone Holder came up missing and no one knows what happened to them. The Tech used Speaker wire to wire everything up and that was what made my Alternator & Battery go bad. I couldn't recommend them. If you do carry your car to them do not leave anything in your car and let them get the parts. read more

Be prepared to pay $80 for them to just check the codes for your check engine light. Even if you get services done they will still charge you the $80 for that 30 seconds it took them to plug in to your car and check what codes it reading claiming that its "industry standards". Usually that diagnostic fee is waved if you get a repair done with a shop, but not here. Just be prepared when you go in to pay that $80 on top of what ever it is you have done with them. read more
