I'm surprised by this experience, given that I've been a customer for over 10 years. I booked my appointment a month in advance, as they were fully booked, for a full HVAC vent and dryer vent cleaning. Two weeks prior, I missed a call and voicemail suggesting rescheduling to an earlier date, which I declined, as I had the current date secured. Then, an hour before my scheduled appointment, I received a call requesting a four-hour delay. I had meetings planned around the original time. I explained the inconvenience, but we agreed to the later time, as I had other plans that day. However, shortly after, they called back and said they could come during the original time. While I was willing to accept, the repeated requests to change the appointment left a bad taste. I felt my business was a secondary option, and cancelled the service. I don't feel valued as a customer anymore. It's disappointing how scheduling has changed. What's the point of booking so far in advance if they constantly want to reschedule? They could have made the original appointment work, but ruined it with one-sided convenience requests. I cannot recommend them, especially with their current scheduling practices. read more

I have used AWC for years. I have solar panels, sky lights everywhere, 3 story high windows, and 3 story high glass balconies. These guys clean everything to sparkling, spotless shine every year. I used to have them do the interiors (windows & light fixtures) as well. They were extremely neat and tidy. I only stopped because of the pandemic and have not restarted yet. Relatively easy to schedule with and they show up when they promise. I have also used their de-cobwebbing and power wash (sidewalks/driveways) services and am very satisfied. I used AWC , reluctantly, to clean my air ducts....maybe hesitantly as well ....! Well, surprisingly, I was totally satisfied & surprised! I left out sceptically. It actually worked! Once again AWC exceeded my expectations. The two technicians were on time and ready to work. They cleaned my dryer vent at the machine and the vent chimney on the roof. While on the roof, they cleaned the skylight till it sparkled. Then they came inside and cleaned the inside of the skylight. They were efficient and professional. They came out and serviced our dryer duct. We are renters so it was good to have it cleaned out. Amazing how much old lint was blocking up the vent. AWC came to clean my dryer vent. My dryer vent is located on the roof of my house and I don't have easy or internal access to it. Turns out that this is a challenge for a lot of the typical dryer vent service places. Before talking to AWC, I talked to four other dryer vent cleaning companies and once I told them about the limited roof access, none of them were willing to take the job. Thankfully, this wasn't an issue for AWC. Since they also do gutter cleaning, window cleaning, they're already equipped and trained to deal with these situations. They arrived within the scheduled timeframe as promised, and were professional and friendly. My dryer is working great again. And as a bonus, they noticed that the cap on my kitchen exhaust vent (on the roof) was missing and asked me about it. I wasn't aware of this (and it explained why we were getting leaks through our kitchen stove hood during every rain). AWC was happy to install a cap for me right then and there. This is the 2nd year I've used AWC. This year I needed all of my windows thoroughly cleaned inside and out, including the window tracks. I needed my solar panels (20) and solar fans cleaned on my roof, gutters cleaned, 3 skylights (inside and on the roof), and exterior light fixtures. They come in with a crew and are neat, efficient, polite and do an outstanding job. If my son and I were to do this, it would take several days and I worry when he's on the roof by himself. I highly recommend AWC. I'm so glad I found them! Last year they power washed my house exterior, power washed my patio wall (cement) and patio pavers as well as the above described work. AWC had cleaned just my dryer duct a few years ago and did an excellent job. After we had had some bathrooms remodeled we noticed an increase of dust and everybody in the house was sneezing. It was very easy to schedule an entire house ducts cleaning, including the dryer duct. These guys were wonderful: they arrived right on time, did an inventory of our vents, told me what the service would cost (which was a very fair price) and then went to work. They cleaned all our vents, including the dryer vent, and even repaired one of the heat registers.
