Love calling AWC. It's a yearly thing. I use their services for window cleaning, but had to use their sidewalk power wash service again, because PG&E had chalked our entire driveway in order to fix a problem. Now my driveway looks nice and clean. Thanks AWC. read more

Fantastic service. Used them before and they're great. I got my window tracks and weep holes cleaned. Never did it for 23 years. Do it before the rains. Well worth it. read more

I'm surprised by this experience, given that I've been a customer for over 10 years. I booked my appointment a month in advance, as they were fully booked, for a full HVAC vent and dryer vent cleaning. Two weeks prior, I missed a call and voicemail suggesting rescheduling to an earlier date, which I declined, as I had the current date secured. Then, an hour before my scheduled appointment, I received a call requesting a four-hour delay. I had meetings planned around the original time. I explained the inconvenience, but we agreed to the later time, as I had other plans that day. However, shortly after, they called back and said they could come during the original time. While I was willing to accept, the repeated requests to change the appointment left a bad taste. I felt my business was a secondary option, and cancelled the service. I don't feel valued as a customer anymore. It's disappointing how scheduling has changed. What's the point of booking so far in advance if they constantly want to reschedule? They could have made the original appointment work, but ruined it with one-sided convenience requests. I cannot recommend them, especially with their current scheduling practices. read more

AWC was gray to work with and did a terrific job with window cleaning and concrete washing. Very professional team. Will have them back.

We've used AWC'S service for window cleaning, several times. They were efficient, professional, and did a wonderful job. We have very high windows and some areas with uneven terrain, yet AWCs employees manage to reach every corner. read more

We're a repeat customer. They do an excellent job, and your windows will sparkle. Great service, great results.

I have used AWC for years. I have solar panels, sky lights everywhere, 3 story high windows, and 3 story high glass balconies. These guys clean everything to sparkling, spotless shine every year. I used to have them do the interiors (windows & light fixtures) as well. They were extremely neat and tidy. I only stopped because of the pandemic and have not restarted yet. Relatively easy to schedule with and they show up when they promise. I have also used their de-cobwebbing and power wash (sidewalks/driveways) services and am very satisfied. I recommend them to everyone. read more

I used AWC , reluctantly, to clean my air ducts....maybe hesitantly as well ....! Well, surprisingly, I was totally satisfied & surprised! I left out sceptically. It actually worked! They were clean, efficient , everything you want & they stuck to the bid$. AND my wife breathes better. So, I figured I'd hire them to do my windows which were embarrassingly dirty. Well, the same crew appeared with all the proper tools and ladders & did the same great job. This is why they get 5 Stars. Hire them for either job & you will be happy. read more

Once again AWC exceeded my expectations. The two technicians were on time and ready to work. They cleaned my dryer vent at the machine and the vent chimney on the roof. While on the roof, they cleaned the skylight till it sparkled. Then they came inside and cleaned the inside of the skylight. They were efficient and professional. Fair price for great work. read more

On time and very thorough gutter cleaning. The next task will be air duct cleaning in the house.

I cannot give enough praise to the AWS team for the amazing job they did on my windows! I've been cleaning these same windows myself for 30+ years and they have never looked this clear and sparkly! Not to mention it takes me all day and everything in a 100 ft radius is soaking wet. AWS was in and out lickity split! Very professional! They wore masks and foot booties, had all their own equipment and did an amazing job! I will never clean my own windows again! Until next time, THANK YOU AWS!!!! Debbie K read more

I recently had my bathroom remodeled. I called AWC to have my air ducts cleaned out. When I called them, they answered all of my questions without hesitation. I set up an appointment. I asked if I could have an earlier appointment, if a customer canceled. They called me a few days later and gave me an new appointment for the very next day! Miguel and Will showed up, on time and ready! They cleaned and disinfected all of my air ducts in about two hours. I'm very happy with the professional and neat job that they did. AWC is truly the epitimy of honest, reliable excellent service! Joey and his team are top notch! Joey and his father are experts on windows, skylights and air ducts. They are always in time, fast, reliable and honest. When they were done my house looked the best it's ever looked! My windows were spotless, skylights cleaned inside and out and I could sleep better knowing that my air ducts were clean. Being an allergy and asthma sufferer this is very important for my health. I don't write many reviews, so when I do that means I truly am impressed and want to share. AWC is the best! Honest guys who know their stuff. read more

AWC came to clean my dryer vent. My dryer vent is located on the roof of my house and I don't have easy or internal access to it. Turns out that this is a challenge for a lot of the typical dryer vent service places. Before talking to AWC, I talked to four other dryer vent cleaning companies and once I told them about the limited roof access, none of them were willing to take the job. Thankfully, this wasn't an issue for AWC. Since they also do gutter cleaning, window cleaning, they're already equipped and trained to deal with these situations. They arrived within the scheduled timeframe as promised, and were professional and friendly. My dryer is working great again. And as a bonus, they noticed that the cap on my kitchen exhaust vent (on the roof) was missing and asked me about it. I wasn't aware of this (and it explained why we were getting leaks through our kitchen stove hood during every rain). AWC was happy to install a cap for me right then and there. I will definitely be using their services again. read more

This is the 2nd year I've used AWC. This year I needed all of my windows thoroughly cleaned inside and out, including the window tracks. I needed my solar panels (20) and solar fans cleaned on my roof, gutters cleaned, 3 skylights (inside and on the roof), and exterior light fixtures. They come in with a crew and are neat, efficient, polite and do an outstanding job. If my son and I were to do this, it would take several days and I worry when he's on the roof by himself. I highly recommend AWC. I'm so glad I found them! Last year they power washed my house exterior, power washed my patio wall (cement) and patio pavers as well as the above described work. If you want a thorough spring cleaning and are willing to pay for professional work, AWC is well worth it. I will use them yearly. read more

AWC had cleaned just my dryer duct a few years ago and did an excellent job. After we had had some bathrooms remodeled we noticed an increase of dust and everybody in the house was sneezing. It was very easy to schedule an entire house ducts cleaning, including the dryer duct. The 4 man crew was wonderfully attentive to detail and the amount of debris they pulled from the cold air returns and vents was astounding. They worked quickly and efficiently and were respective of my home and wandering dogs. I highly recommend AWC and will definitely be scheduling the next ducts cleaning with them. read more
