He showed up to assess the chimney in a very timely manner, gave a reasonable bid and scheduled the work within a week. Despite the sad state of my 100 year old chimney Brandon sorted out the best plan, completed the work as agreed upon and the end product is outstanding! Brandon also helped me out by repairing a broken driveway paver because he had the tools with him to do it. Brandon and Jason were considerate of my garden and property in general. They immediately got to work building me the deck I dreamed of. I was so impressed with their work that 6 months later I called them again to re-build a deck at the back of my house that was failing. Again, exceptional work. Last week I bought an RV and needed part of my fence moved/re-built so that I could fit my new RV on the pad at the side of my house. They came out the same day I called them and gave me a quote. 2 days later they moved an installed my new fence. I honestly can't say anything negative about this company. Tony, the owner, has shown me over and over again that he cares about his work and the quality of work as well as the satisfaction of his customers. Superior had a competitive price, but it was the way they handled the bid process that sold us. Matt was knowledgeable and very unsalesman like. He didn't pressure me or make a hard sale and was patient while we decided how to move forward with this very major project. He just patiently and efficiently answered every question either in person or over text and email. Alanna in the office was great at communicating throughout - from start to finish. She confirmed our appointment for the bid, even sending me a picture of Matt beforehand so I'd know who to expect, then sent me many informational guides, forms, receipts, etc. throughout the process. She never missed a beat and was so understanding and helpful while I tried to choose paint colors - helping out where my colorblind husband could not! Our house turned out to be a rotten mess with no insulation beneath the original siding, and Matt and his crew really problem solved to help us get it fixed without going too far out of our budget. They made it manageable. When we decided how to move forward, they got it done quickly and correctly. It turned out to be a much bigger project than we expected, but our house is in such better shape now, and we've already noticed a difference in our electricty bill. Matt always caught things on walkthroughs that we didn't and made sure his crews came back to fix them, ensuring every detail was done right. They got our house looking so great. I was looking at bids from multiple companies, and SES stood out as one of the most competitive on price -- but what ultimately won my business was their flexibility and great communication both with me and between the various roles within the company. Artie was endlessly patient with my many questions during the initial discussion phase and showed flexibility and creativity in solving problems as we hammered out the plan for my exterior remodel. Both he and Matt (my project manager) showed a willingness to resolve my every concern to make sure I was happy with the result. When I interacted with the company office, both Michelle and Alanna impressed me with their clear communication and friendly demeanor. This really is a quality operation; they're honest and they stand by their work. The crew who came out to do the installation were amazing, showing that same level of professionalism and customer orientation. Mark, who headed up the installation crew on site, went above and beyond to make sure we had shared vision about trim and other details around some of the "quirky" places on my older home. Of course, the quality of the workmanship was excellent -- SES is an Elite Preferred Hardie installer, and it shows! -- but where they really shine is in their communication and relationship style. They refuse to replace saying manufacture defect. Other stabilizing boards cracked as well and I've been told company can't be responsible for quality of wood. They will not provide receipt of payment in full as well. 7 days after completion they will not fix even though I have 12 months in contract. They also refuse to provide a receipt of payment. Very sad I really trusted what they said about their quality.

I…read moreliked working with Dan and he took care of the details with my homeowner's association and brought on a team to do the project. Two days after the driveway was poured, the forms were removed while I was away. I came home to find that the workers had washed too much concrete away from the aggregate pebbles on the sloped step, and several corners in the seams had rocks missing on the driveway. I immediately contacted Dan and he sent his sub contractor over to see what happened. At the subcontractor's expense, he dug up the new sloped step and re-poured the whole thing. He also tried to fix the broken corners on the driveway to some degree. Overall I think the quality could have been a bit better, but they made the effort to make it right and for that I am very grateful. I can definitely recommend them. The work they did for me was not totally perfect, but they did everything they could to make it right and my neighbors have all admired our new driveway!
