They build a deck with the wrong materials, the Trex was so old it should have never been reused. The screws weren't correct and the spindles were to wide and not long enough. In the wind, some of the spindles weren't attached and they bang in the wind.They are a safety hazard because babies could crawl under and thru them to their death on the big rocks below which is about a 12 foot drop. They also didn't attach braces under the deck so it can easily fall down. The concrete patio they poured under the deck cracked from one end to the other in less than a week. We could only sue for the amount we paid them. After paying the lawyer to deal with them, we had less than 10k left. It's going to cost over 42k to remove and replace everything. Hire them at your own risk!!!!

Bedrock helpfully explained that while their contracts are with government and business, they redirect work toward Tom when they need to because they trust his work. Tom has been in the business for 20 odd years. While he tends to work with commercial customers, he replied to my text immediately, came to see the job a few days later, and got rid of the concrete the next week.
