Instead she gave my dress to someone else in the bridal party without my knowledge. That was extremely unprofessional. I had NO idea the other person even picked my dress up. When someone pays in full. You at least call and check with them to see if it's ok to allow someone else to pick it up. I drove all the way from the Bay area to this Bridal shop. I'm actually not even sure how I had the points as I haven't been to a Target in a long time . There is one product that I can't seem to find anywhere else that I did purchase online within the last year so I assume that's it. Anyway, despite my obvious disdain for this company, I was very surprised at how nice and clean the store is. I really liked that they had size inclusive mannequins and models. That is definitely not something I had growing up and coming here and it's a step in the right direction. They have a grocery section which , although small , was clean and well organized . I found the Oura rings that I have been hearing about lately on display and they had lots of Star wars Lego sets on display as well which was pretty awesome. I hated that they also had some cute shirts that I wanted to get for my husband, but I refuse to spend my money here unless it's absolutely necessary. The lines were short when I went to check out and the cashier wished me a happy birthday as she had to enter my birth month and day to use the target circle points for the purchase. It was actually quite nice. Still, despite my good experience today, I will not return to this store until they make a genuine effort to instill progressive policies and vow to treat EVERYONE with respect.

There were only two cashiers open and one self-checkout, with what looked like 50+ people waiting in line. It was overwhelming and unrealistic for families or anyone on a schedule. After standing there and seeing no movement, I made the decision to walk out and leave our cart. I've never done that before, but the wait just wasn't manageable. I'm not sure how checkout staffing is planned here, but for how busy the store was, I expected much better. Target is usually reliable, which made this experience especially disappointing. I hope this location improves staffing during peak times, because long checkout lines can undo an otherwise good shopping experience very quickly.

It usually goes pretty quickly but they do have internet issues that may make the process take longer. I would like to shop for longer at Kohl's but it is SO stuffy in the store because there is no air ventilation. The stale air makes me feel nauseous and sick, especially if I'm circling around the store looking at things. I feel like I can't breathe well and if I stay any longer I might pass out. Even when it's cold outside, it does not feel nice inside -- just warm and stale. I don't know how anyone could be here for long periods of time. My breath gets more shallow the longer I am in the store and I get very warm. Wearing a long sleeve feels so overwhelming and even though it's cold outside, it makes me wish I was wearing a short sleeve so I can cool off. Maybe it would make it more bearable. I have only been here for 15 minutes and I feel so sick. I don't know how the employees manage their shift here. I think it's better in the summer because their AC is on but it has been unbearable this season when they do not have any air circulation on in the store. The only bearable spot is near the entrance where air occasionally comes through as the door opens. Now I try to quickly get out of the store instead of taking the time to look around. Please turn on your air, even if it is just the fan mode. No temperature adjustment needed. The workers are pretty nice and my experiences have been good thus far but my only problem is with the store and it's stale air. If they want to encourage shoppers and business, they should really consider on turning a fan on so that there is air circulation throughout the store to make their experience more pleasant.

I've both donated and shopped here. The customer service is top tier! The donation process is easy…read more(if you can find parking). You drive up and they take the items out of your car. There are only two spaces where you can park to donate so if it's full you might need to circle the block and wait for a spot. The shopping experience is great. Tons of items to select from like clothing, household goods, books. The volunteers are wonderful and they offer dressing rooms to try on items which is great.
