I said he didn't do any diagnostic on my machine before. This company is a huge rip off, do not care about their customers or the customer experience. You guy said you can either replace that yourself or I can order one but that involves another trip. I looked up the piece he said was worn and I said I can get it online tomorrow for $10. Your guy said that is what I would do because if I order it then it would be $75 and not sure when it would be here. He said it is not creating your problem but I would replace it. When you pay $136 for a diagnostic fee that to me usually means checking out all the systems and see why my water pressure in the unit is so low. Your guy did no assessment. When I said here is the problem your guy said oh I already know what the problem is. He never bothered to check any of the systems in the unit.
