They handled everything carefully without me having to hover or stress about my stuff getting wrecked. Nothing felt rushed, but they still moved efficiently and kept things going. Parking at my new place could've been a mess, but they figured it out on the spot without making it a whole ordeal. Just handled it and kept moving. They were also super patient throughout the process and just easy to work with. Good attitudes, good communication, no weird energy which honestly makes a huge difference on a moving day. Moving is a nightmare, but they made it way smoother than expected. If you get Tim and Akuul, you're in good hands.

On moving day, the movers arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and were very thorough and efficient. Any question I had Russell and his partner (forgot his name) were quick to help out and made things easy for me so I could focus on other things. Once they got to my new place, they were even more efficient with getting everything in (including reassembling my bed frame and sofa). They were absolute professionals from start to finish. They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! Different work habits of crew. A couple of the movers were careful and considerate, while another…read morepair who acted friendly enough were often careless and irresponsible. They dumped boxes in the carport when they were clearly marked for the house. They put clearly marked boxes in the wrong rooms. They failed to reassemble a bed after they've taken it apart. They gouged walls as they moved around the house. They damaged the concrete front steps with their dolly. Each day as we unpack we discover more problems. Boxes labeled fragile beneath a heavy box of books. More boxes dumped on the wrong floor of the house. On the day the crew loaded the truck, one of the two locked himself into a bathroom (which still needed to be packed) for a half hour and wouldn't respond when we asked him to finish his business and get out. Moving is stressful enough without having to monitor movers and their every action. You trust they'll do a competent job and only find out they didn't after you pay the final bill and they drive off to the next job.

They arrived on time and got right to work. They went above and beyond to ensure my belongings were protected with shrink wrap and moving blankets. My move also included disassembly of several furniture pieces and they handled that no problem. They took great care to ensure everything was organized and secured in the truck. Finally, the unloading and reassembly process went even faster than I had originally anticipated. Whenever I move again, I will no doubt go with Movex.
