I've used then now three times to move large individual items. The most recent move was for a large hutch/curio cabinet that is far more glass than wood. Having great success with similar items in the past it never entered my mind to use anyone else! They showed up on time, took great care in disassembling, wrapping, packing, and moving that beast across town in what had to be record breaking time! I can't recommend them enough for this kind of move. While 'Rocky' made my first couple of moves, his successors 'Greg' and (I'm sorry I can't remember your partner's name!) :( clearly are continuing the tradition of great service at affordable prices. Worst moving experience ever! Over three hours late to start the job, didn't get to my house until after 3 p.m. Today i went to my old apartment and they left over $700.00 worth of artwork in my garage and never shut the garage door. They also stole my garage opener which i will be charged for. I am sure they paid people to give them good reviews because they were so unprofessional and arrogant. Told me they would only charge me for two movers and lied. Never told me their were extra fees. My quote to me me was $1290.00 and when they were finished tried to get another $300.00 out of me. I paid them cash and they wouldn't give me a receipt. Ganged up on me and slammed my door. I have a terminal illness and was very important for them to be on time. I stressed that several times. Didn't know how to plug in my wifi and television. Simple, take a pic before you unplug it! Sloppy job and tried to take advantage of a disabled senior. We have used this company twice. The first move in 2021 was excellent. The movers were quick, efficient, and respectful. The second move this past summer was not so great. We had a few issues come up that bothered us, but it wasn't terrible so I was not going to rate them on it. However, we got an email asking for a review, so my husband responded with an issue that occurred at the end of the move. The response we've gotten from Rocky has been pretty passive aggressive and defensive. I feel like the response of a company given negative feedback is a big indicator of the customer service, and based on that alone, I would not recommend them nor will we use them again. Just a simple sorry and what can we do to help resolve this is all you need to have good customer service. read more

Before tearing up the hill like other delivery drivers we've had, they called to make sure there would be space for them to turn around later. Michael and Angel brought us furniture from a local consignment store. They showed up on time, were so polite and super helpful. We had a crib that had to be dis assembled, they quickly took it apart, put all the pets together and even carried it downstairs for me (I have a broken foot so I appreciate it so much!) the store gave us the wrong part, they brought the correct part back, installed it and even put the mattress on for me which was not part of their job (it was already here). I have moved many times and this could have been the most complicated move I've had with many different pieces including picking up and dropping off at multiple locations.
