We had been given the dreaded 30 days notice with a 2 year old and I felt like my entire world was falling apart with a planned trip on the horizon and no plans to move we had to think quickly! Enter EZ moving company. We had gotten several quotes in the area that made me want to straight up sell all my stuff but EZ moving company swooped in and literally saved the day. To start they were affordable and the entire package. Once we explained our situation as well they were so KIND offering words of comfort. We put down a deposit and three weeks later on a Friday morning 4 guys showed up on time to pack up our place. They were nice and worked fast, a little over 5 hours and everything was packaged with such care and I was able to ask them to leave out our necessities for the next few days. Saturday morning the crew showed up on time and ready to work as they loaded their truck not once but twice to move our things over to our new place. They took apart and put back together our furniture. Put most things in the places I requested and UNWRAPPED everything! Meaning I didn't have to fight with my nightstand for months later bc it was already cleanly unpackaged. And drumroll.....NOTHING was broken. Not a thing. Not a piece of furniture, not one mirror (we have 3), not a dish or glass bowl, or lamp or anything. Moving with this company was such a breeze they make me feel at ease if we ever have to use their services again. Which we most definitely will and recommend to everyone we know. I had a very bad experience working with EZ Moving company specially with the business owner Allah, when I got a quote and asked her about all the charges she said they are all included in hourly charge and didn't mention they charge $80 for wrappings plastics and $200 for heavy item. She charged me $200 for a dresser which is not considered heavy like piano..,etc, after they damaged it when hauling it to the truck. Be careful checking your invoice details when working with her. The two guys wrapping the furniture spent alot of time wrapping unnecessary items like trash cans..,etc. I have used several moving companies before and never had any problems, I would not recommend using EZ Moving company. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Alla as a business owner. She provided an estimate at the beginning of the project, but the final bill ended up being nearly double the quoted price. When your crappy landlord gives you notice to move out on 30-days notice and you have a baby and it just comes out of nowhere...a silver lining is a good moving company that cares about their customers experience and EZ Moving was just that. Included(not to keep): Pads, bubble wrap, packing paper, art/tv/wardrobe boxes(4 I believe) . With advanced notice you can arrange for more if needed. Box prices were affordable and the size was perfect! 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment that has accumulated +15yrs of items. We ended up using them for roughly 5 hours. I chose EZ moving because the owner, Alla, was warm, reassuring, and even came to my home for a walk-through before giving an estimate. She saw all of my belongings--including the standard-sized washer and dryer--and quoted the job at 8 hours with no mention of extra appliance fees. She was also great before and during the actual move. Unfortunately, everything changed when it came time to settle the bill and address concerns. During the move, I asked them to take extra caution since my floors had just been refinished 4 days earlier and to use protective paper under the dolly. They only covered one small hallway area, and afterward I found a clear gash in the floor where the desk was placed. When I brought it up, the owner became defensive and dismissive, saying "it happens" instead of taking responsibility. There were also billing issues. The move took 14.5 hours--far from the 8 hours quoted during the walk-through. At the end, she said she removed an hour because her team had several eating and smoking breaks and that she wasn't charging the $100 dryer fee. However, when I noticed my deposit wasn't deducted from the total, she reversed that explanation and claimed it was because I "didn't pay" for that extra hour or appliance. She also told me I was considered the employer of her crew and responsible for paying them for their breaks, which is simply not true. The team did protect my furniture well, and the owner was supportive before and during the move, but once I raised concerns about billing and damage, the professionalism completely changed. The lack of accountability, inconsistent explanations, and dismissive attitude made the experience very disappointing. read more

This review is for long-distance moving services provided by EZ Moving and mover Kira between Los Angeles and Tucson, AZ, in mid-August 2024. I reached out to EZ Moving because of the exceptional service provided by them during my move within LA a few years ago. During that time, EZ Moving was managed and run by a Kazakh person with incredibly strong Mongolian men managing each move. EZ is now owned by a Ukrainian family and staffed by Ukrainians too with 10% of their proceeds going to help the beleaguered Eastern European nation defend itself. During my 2024 move Kira was friendly and did exceptional work during the move such as helping me finish packing when I wasnt quite done putting things away. He also stacked my belongings efficiently in those sturdy wardrobe boxes and disassembled a few pieces of furniture without damaging them. EZ Moving delivered my furniture to Tucson, AZ, safely. Kira made quick work of the unloading despite it being an excessively hot morning without any shade. By himself and only a dolly, Kira finished unloading in less than 90 minutes. I strongly recommend EZ Moving for its workers' great professional ethic as well as the amazing value of their services. Pre-tip my move from the beaches of West LA (I miss them!) to the Southern Arizona desert country was well below the other moving quotes I got from LA/national firms and without any delays in delivery. U-Haul and other services estimated delivering my belongings in 5 days rather than overnight as EZ offered. If you want an easy move, please give EZ Moving a try!
