This is my third time using them and it seems the quality has really gone down. The postcard stock was a lot thinner than last time (which I also paid less for). So, I originally went with a "business" very close to me for business cards and brochures. I was looking to move up from using Vistaprint and their templates, to having my own unique look for my spa. I wanted someplace close convenience and accessibility. Long story short... It took the other business 6 weeks to just show me a preview! :( Seriously? Bad business! These guys were unbeliveable! We needed some Post Cards for a convention super fast. I called Gary at 10:00 PM on Wednesday night to get Post Cards printed for a Friday morning pick-up. Not only did he offer to change the design free of charge... but he did it over the phone, sent it to me...and he did not design it! It gets better. Gary said we could pay when we picked upt the 1,000 Post Cards on Friday morning. ($80) He emailed me Thursday afternoon to let me know the Post Cards were ready - ahead of schedule. I got all the prices for all the printing orders I had in mind. I initially wanted business cards, but I also was interested in two banenrs and brochures as well.
