He even gaslighted me, actually three times serially he gaslighted me as I tried to get 5 or 6 simple questions answered and insisted that I write just him when for the last few replies I did just that, even though HE WAS CC'ing his lawyer. I still have no answer to the 5 or 6 questions, so off to arbitration we go and I'll go after all the $12500 of gross repairs-I gave them nay outs, but they want their release to get me to stop posting this stuff and buy me off, but nope. They have to earn my trust, and they refuse to. These guys are double dealing cheats and liars, they bill for useless services, and take NO RESPONSIBILITY for THEIR FAILURES and all their in writing BROKEN PROMISES, they just try to make their problems your problems and cheat you--AVOID THIS dealership at all costs. This owner is arguably even worse than his managers I worked with before because he ADMITS IN WRITING TO ME even as he gaslights me that he can and would have gone over the top to make things better and work, but he just PUNISHED ME BECASUE HE CAN AND ignores and dissembles with me and wont deal honestly with me BECAUSE HE CAN, the actions of a bully and an intimidator. Thats who you're really dealing with--and he owne other businesses too like Route 23 Nissan per his email address domain and simple internet searches, so watch out there too. So I leave their pathetic offers with gag orders attached (see my pic for the exact "release" on the table not to sell out to these cheats and liars and write the BBB next about this this week. Off to arbitration so they can lose and lose REALLY BIG and lose bigger with the BBB and other organizations' involvement. 6/5/26 update. Renegotiation not possible, apparently. Well one day is all it took to again breach trust and back to take it or leave it level ultimatums and finally to a lose lose failure for all. ~$825 worth of additional repairs were needed to get the top and trunk properly locking and operational, and the car failed smog when I was asked to get it tested by Luxury which should have been a slam dunk pass. I noted I will need a concession for this additional proper FULL trunk/top-systems repair to pay nothing else out of pocket for getting and keeping the car legally and usefully drivable as a convertible and for another breach of trust on the title and reg new issues and they noted they would cover the top-trunk systems repair that are documented as related (same core issues of incompetent past fixes to top/trunk latching system and a related-failed electrohydraulic pump for full fix, the bad fix before caused these failures almost certainly on delivery, verified). Response from Luxury--take the 4000 we offered or leave it for 'top repair', key replacement and PARTIAL REFUNDS on $1995(sonsio for key fixes and tires etc insurance=unusable no contract number) and 499$ (window etch=not done but invoiced as done on 4/7 with a bogus receipt) for useless/non-rendered/fraudulent services and you(I) will take down the reviews today and sign the release, no ~$840 additional, no guarantees to cover the making the car smog legal open ended costs and the title/reg isn't fixed yet and I'm not sure they are honestly competent enough to fix it all much less take responsibility for it. So this breach of trust AGAIN came today as I prepare today to go to Oklahoma until June 2 to help my cousin bury and cope with the suicide of his oldest son, no joke. So again, I'm eating $4000 plus because Luxury management cannot act fairly and keep trust and act in good faith, and FYI the 604hp engine only reliably produces 329hp and less than 1 pound of boost TOTAL, not 8 to 9 per specs PER TURBO. SO Three deals made, trust broken 3x, turned a mutual win win 3x to a mutual lose lose 3x and again trying to get me to sell out. Nope. Unbelievable but all true. So what do you think now? Looking for that zero star option and to press send on the NEW and updated (but not sent yet until 6/6/2026) BBB report. I didnt think the already bad reputation of used car/car dealers could get fully validated or worsened, but Luxury management and ownership 'playing the victim card' false_accusers they all blew it again and again. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THESE DOUBLE-DEALERS, you'll REGRET IT they're insincere odious scum. Even the $1300 key replacement promise from the GM was a written lie. Tomorrow is two months after sale, and the car has $12,500 of repairs it needs to be functional fully and pass smog, and the dealership ultimatumed me to take $4000 and sign the release or leave it and "fake apologized" while taking no real responsibility. Nope I'm not selling out but the BBB et al will hear of this now. And since June 1 the car has been legally undrivable and no more temp/reg extensions given by management....

That's my opinion of the organization overall but I will base this review on this particular branch. I visited today with my daughter because she's been sailing coins for months & it was finally time to make that big deposit. Now I've been down this road before, usually when you want to deposit a large amount of coins the banks will tell you they have to be all rolled up first then send you home to start the tedious task but not today. I was pleasantly surprised when the teller gave us wrappers, sorting machines & a little coin holder that allows you to slide the rolls into the paper very easily. Then.... get this.... she points us to a lounge in the back with tables, chairs, a TV, tea & coffee where we can sit and get down to business!!! How about that!?!? Every time I interact with Navy Federal they surprise me in a great way every time! The staff was so pleasant and friendly. Brooklyn Chinese Car Broker Danny Lew Accused of Scamming Customers - Turning Car Purchases into…read moreLeases and Stealing Over $400,000 As more victims come forward, it's becoming clear that this is not an isolated incident but a well-planned, systematic scam. We are determined to hold him accountable by organizing a class action lawsuit and working with a legal team to recover our losses and pursue criminal charges. According to reports from the China Press and Sing Tao Daily, a car owner claimed they were scammed by the same Chinese broker, Danny Lew, who tricked them into leasing a car instead of buying it--resulting in a loss of over $27,000. Danny Lew, a Chinese car broker based in Brooklyn, allegedly set up a fraudulent scheme targeting Chinese international students and local Chinese residents. He claimed to help them purchase new cars but instead fabricated fake purchase contracts and forged their signatures. Victims only discovered the fraud after paying significant amounts and receiving the vehicle, only to find out it was a leased car. One of the victims, Ms. Zhou, sought help from the Asian American Community Empowerment (BRACE) group on the afternoon of May 5. According to her account, her husband met Danny Lew back in 2014 through a friend when Lew was still working at a dealership. They purchased cars through him in 2014 and 2018 without issues, which built trust over time. In April 2023, Ms. Zhou decided to trade in her 2018 car for a brand-new Lexus 450e electric vehicle. She contacted Lew again, and he came to pick up her old car, estimating its value at $27,000. He also claimed the new vehicle would qualify for over $7,000 in federal tax credits. They agreed to use the $27,000 from the trade-in as a down payment toward the new car. After deducting the tax credit, the total cost would be around $50,000. Lew later delivered the new car to Ms. Zhou's doorstep. Throughout the entire process, she never received any contracts nor signed any documents. However, she created an online account with the Lexus financing website and made monthly payments, fully believing she had purchased the car. In February this year, a friend from Pennsylvania called and warned her about being scammed by Danny Lew in a similar way--the car they thought they bought turned out to be leased and was repossessed. The friend urged Ms. Zhou to check her own vehicle's status. Alarmed, Ms. Zhou contacted the car finance department and was shocked to learn her vehicle was indeed leased, with a three-year term ending in 2027. She then logged into her account and discovered the same: the car was listed as a lease, not a purchase. Ms. Zhou admitted she had trusted Danny Lew so completely that she never closely examined the account details. After realizing what had happened, she repeatedly contacted Lew. He initially denied everything, then claimed that a different account--one she did not have access to--was used for the purchase. Eventually, he stopped answering her calls entirely. Ms. Zhou now hopes to share her experience publicly to warn others not to fall victim to similar scams. Asian American Community Empowerment President Thomas Chan stated that they have received complaints from at least five individuals who say they were scammed by Danny Lew in a premeditated scheme. BRACE is helping Ms. Zhou file a police report and encouraging other victims to come forward. This will assist the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office in launching a formal investigation and bringing the perpetrator to justice. BRACE's Director of Administration Wang Mengxin added that other victims revealed the broker goes by the name Danny Lew, though he may have a different legal name. They urge anyone who may have been scammed to contact BRACE. Victims can call BRACE at (917) 309-5603 or (929) 999-8800. The organization is located at 476 Bay Ridge Ave, Brooklyn, and is open Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The staff were friendly, and we were assured both cars were inspected and in good condition. That was far from the truth. Before making the final payment, my boss (a mechanic) and I looked at both cars ourselves since their policy limits test drives to a 5-mile radius. We did what we could, but real issues surfaced after taking them home. 2019 Nissan Sentra: Within a week, it needed an oil change, filters, new tires, and brakes. By March, the transmission started slipping so badly I couldn't accelerate on the highway. In April, the check engine light came on with all transmission-related codes. While it was under limited warranty, the dealership only offered $1,500 toward the $3,500+ CVT replacement. Luckily, Nissan had a recall, which they never told me about, so it was covered by the manufacturer. After getting it back, the car died in the street due to a dead battery. Clearly, the car sat for too long without being maintained. 2017 Hyundai Tucson Eco: During the test drive, I pointed out a rattling in the rear. Abdul claimed he'd take it to Hyundai for a recall and 27-point inspection (done by Lynnes Hyundai in Bloomfield). We were told everything was fine. Not true. The windshield had a visible crack that had been poorly repaired and is now spreading. We were promised it'd be covered, then later told it wouldn't be. The car shakes on acceleration and the exhaust system clearly needs replacing (I confirmed this at my job, I work for a mechanic). The door lock didn't work, I had to replace the actuator and remove a piece of metal jammed in the cylinder. The battery also died, and the tire pressure sensors weren't programmed correctly even after new tires were installed. The worst part? The dealership stopped responding. My dad's texts and my calls went unanswered. I had to call from a different number just to get someone to pick up. Once you drive off the lot, you're on your own. I understand these are used cars, but we were repeatedly told everything would be taken care of. It wasn't. We were misled, ignored, and left to fix problems they should've disclosed. The trust is gone, especially with Abdul. They present themselves as helpful and kind, but that changes the moment something goes wrong. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Due to ongoing disagreements over warranties, pricing, and repairs, the deal was not finalized until March 22, 2026. Since taking delivery, we have continued to fight for repairs. The dealership only agreed to address two tires, despite an official Tesla inspection confirming all four tires had poor tread and needed attention. We were informed the vehicle had only a light accident with no damage, yet upon delivery we observed a scratch in the wrap. When we attempted to negotiate based on this, our concerns were dismissed. We also asked about warranty options and were told only one package was available. After doing our own research, we discovered the provider offers multiple coverage options, which were not disclosed to us--leaving us feeling pressured into accepting what was presented. Now, with our first payment due April 22, we have no fully executed final documents--only draft/review copies. Over the past week and a half, we have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership, but our calls have gone unanswered, sent to voicemail, or we were told we would receive a callback--which never happened. We have informed the dealership that we intend to return the vehicle, but at this point, it feels like communication is being delayed or avoided to run out the clock. To add to our disappointment, we have since found a 2025 Tesla with the same options, lower mileage, and a lower price than what we are currently paying. We will be uploading photos of the tire condition and the damage referenced above.
