For my wedding on 9-21-24, I was fitted by Jose with what he had me try on as a clean off white…read morelong sleeve shirt with plenty of room at the neck while buttoned up all the way. That's important because who wants to be choking due to it being too tight! He also had me try on a black fitted vest which at the time fit perfect. When I picked up my rented tux from him the day before my wedding, I felt confident in him and my rental. After all, it's his job, right? On the morning of my wedding as I took out my tux, the long sleeve off white shirt was so dirty that it had obvious dirt on the inside of the collar and it smelled like someone's old cologne!! So gross! Then tried putting on my vest, but it didn't fit because it was a size small. I'm a size large all day long. Jose failed at properly organizing my order, he failed on cleanliness of the tux and I'm crushed at the fact I couldn't look nice for my special wedding day by not being able to button up my shirt at the neck or wear the vest that I was hoping to wear. He talks fast and rushed around while trying to fit me. Almost like time is money and my time wasn't valuable.
