I had oil changed/replacement only and one of the car tech opened the air filter element cover even though he was not told to do so, only to report its bad.(Purpose:To squeeze more cash out.) I always check after a car work is done at home,noticed the high and low air conditioner port caps were replaced with "cheap black" caps(theft).The original colors were light green for the low pressure and black for the high. read more

Quick service! Upon arriving they immediately greeted me at my car. I came as a "walk-in" for a full service oil service which also includes: tire air check, air filters check, wiper blades check, and liquid top off. Total paid: $59.34 for a synthetic blend (Brand: Amtecol) Taxes and Fees (environmental fee) included. Overall great experience; took around 20 minutes. There wasn't a place to wait outside but there are stores like Lucky and CVS you can go to while you wait! The mechanics are also very nice. Would recommend. read more

I got an oil change and in a couple weeks with less than 1000 mikes it turned gravy brown and this is with synthetic I went to go complain that something was wrong and the owner just said over and over that he is honest but then didn't do anything about it. I don't think they even changed the oil. They won't honor their work so watch out. read more

Came here for brake replacement. I called and inquired over the phone. I asked how much it would cost for my Kia Sorento brake replacement if I had the brakes with me already. Super good value and the best price I've gotten (one hundred) out the door price. Best if you pay cash. They said it would take 30 mins. That was a lie! They did it waaaay faster!!! I times them and they did it 7 mins faster! So only 23 mins for a brake pad change. Was very fast and efficient. Will definitely come back here. They're right behind the Arco, so just drive around to the back. I called around and got quotes for an oil change. Decided to go with Ayaan for their value + other good reviews. They had the specific oil grade I wanted for my car which was 0W20. One man takes care of the paperwork and conversation, and then him and his coworkers all get to working on your car. There's chairs for you on the side to sit and you can watch them work. It's great because you can see exactly what's going on. They'll adjust tire pressure and other fluids and check your air filters with the oil change. Great and friendly service. It's been a few weeks since my service with them and my car is still running good, no problems. read more

The oil change for the full synthetic oil ($81 including taxes and fees) was quick (15 minutes in and out) and included air and brake check. They were service oriented, because as one guy was changing the oil, the other fellow was wiping clean the dust on my engine (very nice). They also noticed missing screws underneath the bumper area and screwed them on. I really appreciated how they were customer centric and did not try to nickel and dime me and they went beyond the bare minimum you normally experience in a lube shop. read more

Needed to get an oil change, and found this place on yelp. I brought my own oil and filter. The price for labor and disposal isn't that great, but they do a great job. They check tire tread, pressure and top off fluids. One thing I noticed is that after adding the oil, they started the engine and check again, which is the proper way to do oil changes. I always went to the Honda dealership for service. Now my Odyssey is six years old, so I decided to go a cheaper route and simply change the oil. To prepare, I read numerous reviews on different places, how unqualified workers mess up things, spill oil, forget to close caps, don't change filters or the oil altogether. So I was ready for everything. This place was closest to home, with only one review but five stars. It looked good, and I decided to try it. The experience was pleasant and super transparent. In contrast to the official dealership, where you drink free coffee for 3-4 hours having no clue what's going on, here it takes 20-30 min, and you can see every action - what exactly happens to the car. The job was done very well, with no wait at all. I dropped the car, went to UPS nearby, and returned in 10 min. The car was already up, and the oil was pouring out. The guys checked my brakes. I saw how the filter was replaced; no worries on this part. :) They put the recommended 0W-20 oil - another thing I was concerned about. Prices are also reasonable, comparable with Amazon prices for similar oil. 2 air filters were a little more expensive than on Amazon. Still, I wouldn't bother ordering and installing them to save $10-15. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I will continue using their service. read more

Ayaan Quick Lube has quickly become my go-to oil change provider in the Fremont/Union City area. They've never needed an appointment when I approached them and are always happy to take me for a walk-in, rarely with any wait, which is honestly very surprising considering the quality of their services. The folks here are very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I recall coming in for a previous oil change and they noticed I had a steering wheel cover that they mentioned was unsafe since I would not have a good grip on the steering wheel with the cover on. I appreciated them looking out for me in that regard! They also live up to their name, as the oil change took no more than 15 minutes to complete. With tax, I paid about $81 for an oil change and tire check today, which I find to be reasonable for all the above reasons.
