From the moment I pulled in, everyone was incredibly friendly. I've been to another Oil Changers location nearby, but it definitely doesn't run as tight of a ship as this one. Here, they're constantly calling out to each other about what step they're on, it's clear these guys take their work seriously. My car was in desperate need of a wash, but that didn't stop them from making sure my windshield was cleaned and my tires had the right amount of air. They somehow made what's usually a chore feel quick, easy, and even enjoyable. Everyone I interacted with was hospitable and respectful. My Subaru manual recommended an oil change. This location had 6 mechanics on a Sunday morning. One mechanic told me that the Carfax report on my vehicle says my 2015 Outback never had its transmission and rear differential serviced. It also said the oil had not been changed in 28,200 miles. These facts are FALSE! Do Not believe what the Oil Changer mechanics are telling you. They will pressure to upsell you! read more

Quick and honest. Have a Fiat 500L and it's not a common car to get serviced but they were able to. Also this wasn't my main car until recently so it's been a while since it's had work done. Need transmission fluid worked on, which they couldn't do, unfortunately but they worked on everything else. read more

Absolutely a great value for what you're getting and the amazing service from Daniel and Ramin and the underground worker! The more services you get the bigger discounts. These guys were honest and not pushy about anything, which I've experienced before at other places. They give feedback and let you see the fluids before and after which helps visually see what you're getting. I went for an oil change only and inquired about transmission service and they gave me a price which was on par with other quotes I got at other places. Ramin was also able to help me prioritize the most important services to get fixed and even through in a little discount once he saw the look on my face for the price, which ultimately saved me money. Do not go to this place. I've only had my car a month I came here to get my oil changed the gentleman states I have the wrong oil in my car and recommend a different one. I don't know much about cars so obviously I trust them, they proceed to do the oil change and before I leave he warns me about my car over heating. After doing some research my car needs full synthetic oil and these gentleman but real oil in. That very day my car overheats 2 times on the freeway. Again, I've only had this car one month WITH NO PRIOR PROBLEMS and now I'm overheating twice in one day. It makes no sense and no i have to go spend even more money on the car to fix it.
