I had two completely different experiences with Oil Changers today. My first stop was the Winton location, and unfortunately it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The employee who appeared to be the supervisor or second in charge was very unprofessional. I didn't have my service card with me, but my information was already in the system. Instead of simply looking it up, he refused to help. When I asked for the corporate phone number, he gave it to me, but then told me I needed to back up and move out of the way because other customers were coming in--even though there weren't any waiting at the time. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I called the corporate office and spoke with Mike, who completely turned my day around. He was patient, understanding, professional, and genuinely cared about my experience. He listened, reassured me that what happened was not acceptable, and made me feel confident that it would be addressed. I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation. He then transferred me to the regional manager, who was also courteous and helpful. Mike recommended that I visit the Oil Changers location at 4088 Thornton Avenue, Fremont, CA, and I'm so glad I did. The experience there was outstanding from start to finish. Every employee was friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Ramin, who checked me in. He took the time to explain everything my car needed, clearly broke down the pricing, and never pressured me into purchasing additional services. Instead, his knowledge, honesty, and professionalism made me feel comfortable choosing some of the recommended services because I trusted what he was telling me. Went to oil changers here in Fremont CA. Daniel was the associate I spoke with, had no "negative" vibe from the place or staff. They recommended certain services but never pushed after saying no. Did say yes to some extra services, no issues there. Explained what they were doing intermittently. As of writing this review, no issues. I would be a returning customer. From the moment I pulled in, everyone was incredibly friendly. I've been to another Oil Changers location nearby, but it definitely doesn't run as tight of a ship as this one. Here, they're constantly calling out to each other about what step they're on, it's clear these guys take their work seriously. My car was in desperate need of a wash, but that didn't stop them from making sure my windshield was cleaned and my tires had the right amount of air. They somehow made what's usually a chore feel quick, easy, and even enjoyable. Everyone I interacted with was hospitable and respectful. honestly one of the most professional group of people i've ever met. the are incredibly respectful, efficient, and hard working. i was there for less than 20 minutes and they: changed the oil and filter, checked my tire pressure, cleaned my front windshield, checked ALL relevant fluids, checked my lights, etc. They communicate very well with each other and triple check everything to ensure that everything is torqued properly, right oil, all caps in place, skid plate is on, pressure checking, etc. 100% worth the 150$ knowing that my truck is being professionally handled and serviced. read more

Went to oil changers for an oil change first thing in the morning Dan greeted me instantly was nice and pleasant. The other three guys were very nice. They were clean. They were respectful. Quick and honest. Have a Fiat 500L and it's not a common car to get serviced but they were able to. Also this wasn't my main car until recently so it's been a while since it's had work done. This is the slowest oil change in town because they do not know how to process payment using coupons. When I got ripped off because the clerk did not know how to use a coupon, the owner promised me they would "give me a certificate for an oil change to make things right." I have been waiting 8 months for this certificate. These guys were honest and not pushy about anything, which I've experienced before at other places. They give feedback and let you see the fluids before and after which helps visually see what you're getting. I went for an oil change only and inquired about transmission service and they gave me a price which was on par with other quotes I got at other places.
