I used this business twice within a month this summer. Separate moves, separate moving containers, separate addresses. One of the guys called me day of the first move to let me know they were running about 2 hours behind. Excellent communication, notice way in advance. Great, no problem. The guys came, provided excellent customer service during loading, and left. Second move- get a call from Trish letting me know the guys had some moving debacle (again) from one of their two earlier jobs and would either be way behind or need to reschedule. I already left the state so I had family at the apartment I left behind ready and waiting for the guys to show up. I let trish know 1) they were late for the first job I had with them earlier in the month 2) they were overbooking themselves or just poorly managed 3) this was not ok again. Somehow that extreme issue cleared itself up and the guys made it on time for our schedule appointment. I was not a fan of the way trish handled our phone calls regarding the second occasion. And the fact that the guys were able to show up on time despite her effort to reschedule tells me something was not entirely truthful about her initial request to reschedule or delay our appointment. Would I recommend? Pricing was good, actual moving service was good. Maybe. Would I use again? No. read more

These guys saved our butts from an extra day in Tucson on a very hot day. We rented a 26' truck to move out of state and hired AZ Eagle Movers to load up the truck. We had everything from our three-bedroom house boxed up as best we could ahead of time. Two men arrived between 7 and 7:30am and they had the whole house loaded by about 10am. They were attentive and courteous. The truck was loaded safely and we were confident that our things would make the trip safely. It's worth noting that another review on this site states that they were on the phone texting often. This would seems odd, except that the owner and most of the employees are deaf. Texting is a powerful form of communication for them and didn't slow them down as far as I could tell. Anyhow, the U-haul had a big problem with the brakes and we had to pull over. After a long and drawn out process with the U-haul customer service representatives (while sitting in the desert in 100+ degree weather), we arranged for AZ Eagle to move our belongings from one truck to another one with properly functioning brakes. U-haul guessed that it would take at least 4 to 6 hours for the whole switch over... but AZ Eagle arrived in less than one hour and had everything shifted from one truck to the other in about 2 hours. Thanks to AZ Eagle Movers, we still made it to another state with our things the same day. When we arrived at our destination we also discovered that NOT A SINGLE ITEM WAS DAMAGED! In short: a three bedroom house loaded quickly, then switched to another truck with absolutely no damage done whatsoever. Would highly recommend to others! read more

These guys were extremely hard workers. I kept trying to get them to take a break (it was extremely hot at the time of the move) and they just kept right on working. Got a large u-haul unloaded very quickly twice for us. Highly recommended. read more

I've used Sunrise Saguaro for my in town moves and every time it's been a breeze. Since the management moved out of state, I was told by them to use AZ eagle movers as it's the same crew. The crew is kind, professional, and incredibly efficient!! They communicated very well and it's so reasonably priced. They are obviously professionals in their field and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I wish they were nation-wide!! When we didn't have enough room in our truck for all our belongings, one of the crew members uses his own truck to help us! I will probably never experience a more courteous and pleasant staff and moving experience. Trisha made sure everything was ready for my move in day so things could go as smoothly as possible. I have never given a negative review, but I feel as if I have no other recourse in this situation. DO NOT use this company. When I originally posted, I had spoken to Tim (the owner) and Trisha (the secretary) about the brand new drainage pan the guys broke when they placed my washer in the laundry room. I spoke to them right after the guys left and both Tim and Trisha said they'd be happy to take care of it. I was delighted!However, when the time came to replace it, I had reached out to both of them repeatedly. This is over a month and a half ago. Trisha never responded to any of my texts or emails, which I sent repeatedly. Tim had only picked up two of my calls. The first was his telling me he'd get back to me in a couple of days to resolve the issue. The second (which happened about a month after the first because I couldn't get him on the phone), he said his insurance company is working on the issue and that they'd (Trisha) sent me an email explaining that. I never received an email. After not hearing from either of them for another two weeks (in which I tried repeatedly to get a hold of them), I finally chose to leave a message for Tim stating that I will amend my original review, contact the BBB, and the state's attorney general's office to file a complaint. I do hope that they will be the professionals they claim to be and pay the $300.00 which they owe for the repair. I will post again as needed. read more

I would not recommend this moving business to anyone. I had a couple of movers from this company help me move some bedroom furniture from my apartment to a new house on July 25th and the movers were very unprofessional and dropped multiple pieces of my bed frame and they also knocked off a 6 inch piece of wood from my headboard. The company contacted me the next day and asked if they could come out and check out what happened, which I agreed to and they followed through. I thought they were very genuine and professional and they agreed to pay back half of the moving cost, which amounted to $70. It has been almost 4 weeks and I have had to contact them on two different occasions now asking for a refund and still nothing. I could have asked them to replace my furniture completely, which would have been hundreds of dollars, but I was very understanding. I will never hire them for moving help again and do not recommend them to anyone else. read more
