I moved my furniture from Arizona to Indiana and was delivered here on March 29th. Every single piece of furniture was scratched or broken not one piece made it through with issues with it and I have been getting the run around since then. I get different stories from different peoplefferent people but they always says it is going to be soon for the last 7 months. Luckily I have a cousin that is an attorney and that is my next stop. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! The delivery was scheduled at 3:00, well they show up at 6:00, they kept telling me in 1 hour will be there. I had many things broken, like a recliner, a cane chair full of holes, chairs with 3 legs or broken legs. They broke a granite counter that I had and the movers hide it from me. It was in a thousand pieces, cabinets, counters, etc. Little things were missing. The owner, Mike, ask me to write all the items, take pictures and model numbers to take to claims. He ketp giving me the run around, they don't have a claims dept. After 2 months of saying "how do you know that we broke it, maybe you broke at your house". I didn't have model numbers of all my stuff, so they could not do anything. Save yourself a headache! read more

Movers and vehicles were really hard to come by right now, but I was lucky enough to find AZ Mini Movers! We we're treated with courtesy and understanding from the very first phone call. The staff came to our home with a great disposition after having already worked several jobs that same day. AZ Mini Movers did an excellent job loading our uhual and packing the items we didn't have the energy to tackle. All three gentleman were kind, efficient, and treasured our items. Our vehicle was packed really well and when we unloaded after driving from Phoenix to Texas the crew commented on what a solid pack job it was! Nothing broken or scratched! I understand the desire to find potential leads that are relevant, but scraping data is invasive. Multiple company names and websites (including azminimovers.com) seems suspicious, with none listed with the BBB. read more

AZ Mini Movers are not good. Don't hire them. We hired them to move 4 fragile pieces of furniture. They damaged our Solid Mahoghany Dinning Room Table. This table was to be an heirloom for our daughters and grandchildren. When we hired them we even purchased extra insurance from them. We can't use the table, we got an estimate to repair the broken table leg and the estimate was $1,379.00. They won't answer our calls, they aren't responding to the BBB and they're not responding to the AZ State Attorney General's office. Let this fiasco be a lesson for you DO NOT HIRE THEM EVER. DO NOT HIRE!!! Go by "Arizona Movers" also. The owner should not be in business. If you disagree or are mistaken by what he says you are then called a "LIAR" by this horrible man. He absolutely refused to move my belongings the morning of the scheduled move. He repeatively called me a "LIAR" because I missunderstood the start time by an hour. He was just livid that I told him start time between 9am and 12N originally. He replied he never said that so I became " the liar". What would I accomplish by lying. I finally said "ok, I made a mistake, can we just continue on with the move" "No, your a liar", was all he could say. This guy is by far the worst and does not deserve to be in business. I was referred to this company by a close friend of mine. If i could give 6 stars, i would! I had to move out before the 1st of this month as I found out last minute that my roommate (owner of house) needed his house back and AZ Mini Movers came the next day and got my room and storage packed up and moved out in less than 4 hours! I dont have much stuff but you know you realize you have more than you think when you have to move quickly! LOL They definitely came in handy! I was in search of a moving and company and decided to call AZ Mini Movers based on reviews that I read. I could not have been more happy with my choice. There rates/fees are straightforward. You pay a one time flat fee for the truck and then an hourly fee for two drivers. There is no fuel charge or mileage charge which is nice. My two Movers, Ed and Josh were so polite, respectful and efficient. The move was completed in slightly less than 3 hours. I was able to pay through Zelle which was really convenient. My review of AZ Mini Movers mirrors similar negative reviews of this outfit. Michael, came across in a very friendly fashion. Details of what was promised and agreed to were on point. But, on scheduled time/date to move me, they never showed up. From mid-morning till 6:30 he claimed they would be there. Ultimately, I was told one the driver/movers got sick. I had a legal obligation to move that day. If you are a masochist and enjoy the run arounds, and ultimate no-show, I would recommend this outfit. Michael, likable coordinator, but it was all "smooze." I hate having to write this negative review-however, they AZ movers needs to do an internal review of this negligence. read more

I needed to move from my 1 bedroom apt in downtown Phoenix AZ to Queen Creek AZ, AZ mini movers moved all my stuff from the 14th floor down into their truck (utilizing the loading elevator). Their truck was very large, they can easily load a whole house in their truck. The movers were very professional, they showed up on time and worked efficiently. They stayed moving quickly , utilizing their own dolly's/equipment helped speed up their move out/move in time. The staff at AZ Mini Movers truly go above and beyond for their customers. My wife and I moved from Seattle to Phoenix during peak moving season and we needed help unloading our PODS container. PODS changed the delivery time of our container last minute and AZ Mini Movers remained very accommodating. Michael at AZ Mini Movers was incredibly supportive and very flexible given the nature of the situation. He did whatever he could to ensure that his team was ready to assist at a moment's notice and assured that they would be ready to show up as soon as we needed them. He was also very thoughtful and resourceful by suggesting that the movers offload the PODS at the holding facility instead of relying on them to deliver our container. It put us in control of the situation and left us with one less thing to worry about. He didn't have to do that but he ensured the job was done on time. For the record 2 men from AZ Mini Movers finished the job in half the time that it took 3 men from another company in my last move. I'd highly recommend AZ Mini Movers to anyone moving to the area no matter how big or small your move. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR POSSESSIONS ! - the 2 movers that showed up did not know what they were doing and didn't care. My china hutch was damaged as well as my desk. My walls have scrapes on them and my wood floors have scratches in my new house. This is just a few of the problems that I had. When I called Michael to tell him of the damage he asked for us to send pictures (we sent 15) and that he would forward them to the "Restoration Dept" and have them come out and repair my furniture. All of that was a lie ! We had called over 7 times in the weeks following just to be ignored. Recently used this company and after finishing I found the cables and controls for TVs were missing. contacted company and was told they would contact driver. 1 week later I called again and am now told the crew is on vacation. Nice guys but not very professional. At one point threw carpets rather than carry them 10 feet. I asked that TVs be wrapped in my blankets so they could stay covered but he insisted on using moving pads which then had to be unwrapped at storage. probably how controls were lost. read more

Very happy with AZ mini movers! We hired three workers to move our 1700 square-foot townhouse in Tempe over an hour away to San Tan Valley! Not only did the guys work extremely hard, we're very strong and careful, but the owner kept checking in on us to make sure we were okay/happy! Would definitely use them again! read more

I spoke to Michael to set up my move. I explained in detail the amount of boxes and furniture that needed to be moved (an entire household 2600sf). Despite my skepticism, he assured me that everything would fit in ONE truck and that they've done this a million times. The day of the move, the gentlemen who came to move immediately said they would need another truck. I originally had explained to Michael that we would need to store the truck overnight as our new home wouldn't record until the following day . So now our great price just doubled by needing another truck. That was the first upset with this company, we ended up paying around 3k to this company! All of our boxes and furniture needed to be moved into the garage at our new house as we were going to be renovating and not bringing anything into the house, again this was something explained to Michael and the movers. A few days after the move I happened to be in the garage and noticed the top of my refrigerator (which was new) had been dented. This is a kitchenaid fridge and quite expensive. I reached out to Michael who sounded like he was going to help me out but then said his "claims department" said there's no way they could've dented the fridge due to the dent location and the fact that I reported it so late means I probably dented it myself. I highly suspect this company doesn't even have a claims department. They also don't seem to understand that the furniture wasn't even in my house so how would I have seen the damage right away. I still have boxes that I'm hoping don't have damaged items as we still have not unboxed everything. Bottom line, they were unwilling to give any sort of compensation even after we paid them tons of money. I highly would suggest using another moving company! read more
