We had an emergency in the middle of the night and needed new calipers for our sprinter van. Jordan came out faster than expected and was able to get all the necessary parts and get us back on the road within a few hours. He stuck around and bled the brakes twice to make sure we were going to be safe. It wasn't cheap, but he came out and was working until 4 am on a Saturday night on Labor Day weekend in a gas station parking lot...that's not something that most mechanics will do! Then it changed to upfront because it was labor. They were supposed to do catalyst converter on my truck, and intake gasket, but reading all of the reviews I read with none of them favorable I will not have them do anything to my vehicle. They did deliver the y-pipe cat for my truck with no charge for delivery, which is only right since the part cost $890.00 which is at least twice what you pay for part on internet. ZERO STARS!!! Terrible service. I was stranded in the highway in Arizona. They charged me $1,600 dollars to change spark plugs and coils in my car. The issue was not solved and they asked for another $600 for changing some sensors. Luckily, I decided not to do it. I towed back my car to California and took it to my trusted mechanic. Jordan did not install one of the coils correctly and that was what was causing the problem. I called to get a refund or a compensation and the person was rude and said that he would not do anything because they did not provide any warranty on the work. Clearly a negligence from them. I called to have my SUV looked at by this place, because the drivers seat motor was clicking and would't move the seat to an upright position but it worked to move it forward and backwards. when the repair guy got here; He didn't even really do anything but try the button which any 5 yr old can do; He said the motor was completely seized up without even checking anything else. My battery was only a couple months old but the battery had died because the motor of the seat somehow was stuck on and was clicking so it drained my battery. the repairman got lights to come on and power windows began to work but didn't keep the charger on long enough to start it so then he tells me the battery has to be replaced. He told me the seat motor and labor will be over 1000 and to just disconnect the motor would be 650.00 because he had to remove the whole seat. I asked him if he could just take the seat panel off the side of the seat where the switches were; and disconnect the motor so that it didn't keep draining my battery. He said Nope he said the whole seat has to come out. He was very rude from the beginning and I thought that to be odd also because he didn't have to be? I feel like he didn't come to fix my veh because he had a nylon shorts on and would have had to kneel down on the hot pavement, I was charged 150 to diagnose it INCORRECTLY! At first when I pulled out my card he said his card reader wasn't working, and all he could do was cash. I said I should have been told that on the phone then to have cash, but as soon as I said then I will have to call someone else ; then, of course, he said he'll try it, and guess what it worked. They have a one star yelp review and we found out why the hard way. After cancellubg what they were going to do we tried to get a refund on the engine computer that we bought. The guy that came out said he had years of experience and was VERY sure that changing the computer would fix it. We ended up bringing it to an auto electrical shop and it was how the after market radio was hooked up. HE WAS WWWRRROOONNNGGG! The computer would not have fixed it! After not getting the refund the two times they said they processed it I was calling them at.least once or twice per day. I was not getting calls back etc. because they blocked my number! Just like most everyone else on this site I got burned by these guys. Had trouble getting them to come out they said they were going to be late which turned into the next day. Then I got a song and dance about their card machine being broken so I would have to pay in cash upfront for them to even come out. We really needed the car fixed so I paid them in cash the 175 for the diagnostic. Guy says it is the fuel pump though how he could tell with the battery dead I am not sure. So the part is mega expensive like 600.00 and change plus the labor which was 580.00 so I get the cash and they guy works on the car and the minute we leave him alone he disappears and I have to call the office to find out what is going on. they said work is done fuel pump works fine but we need a new battery. Well once we put in the new battery and of course the car would not start and they did not want to come out again unless I paid another 175.00. Now I get that I am not very knowledgeable about cars but how can you test the fuel pump with a dead battery? Why would you leave when you are finished without making contact with the owner of the car.... unless you know it will not run and you do not know what is wrong you just wanted to charge someone up the rearend and burn them....which is exactly what they did to us. I am heartsick and angry. These guys have no scruples at all this was 2 weeks before XMas and they did not care that they were taking every dime I had. I told them so. So thanks to them we have no Xmas at all this year and we still have no car. I sure wish there was something that could be done about this guy. Disappointed in a few areas on the service I received today. Upon scheduling the service call, I inquired twice with the scheduler to confirm what the cost would be to install the nerf bars on my vehicle and was told it would be a $200 flat fee and no additional charges, and that yes you could use a debit card. There was no mention at any time of a service charge using a debit card. I reiterated with the scheduler to make sure it was $200 out the door and done and she confirmed. Although this was not a dealbreaker with the additional $10, the customer should be informed of this charge. More importantly, although they were very quick to install the nerf bars, the quality of the job done was less than satisfactory. Thoroughness of a job will always supersede how quickly it can be done. As they were wrapping up the installation, I noticed that the support brackets were still in the box at which time I asked if they would install those, since clearly that should be part of the installation process in putting the Nerf bars on. As we went out to look everything over, of course clearly they had already left, it was evident that the support brackets were NOT put on NOR were they in the box with the leftover pieces. If they had not wanted to put them on, I would have appreciated them sharing that with me versus leading me to believe that they were on. Since they were not in the box and they're not on the vehicle, my assumption is they took them assuming I would not notice a difference. Further inspection did show that the bars on one side were bent causing the Nerf bars to veer down more than the right side. Honesty should be number one priority when working for your customers, lack thereof diminishes a company's reputation. I did make a call to Jordan and mentioned that the support brackets were not on, nor were they in the box. He did have a helper and said that individual put them on and he would call me back, which he did and said the kid put them on and then shared " I don't know what to tell you". Given the times that we are in at the moment, money is very tight for everyone,. When we hire someone to do a job we expect them to do their very best, be honest, and resolve any issues so the end result is a happy customer. Bait & Switch! SCAM! Run! Zero Stars!!!!!!!!!! I called this place in a pinch, broken down 2 hours from home on a Sunday afternoon. We agreed on a price, which changed when Jordan the "mechanic" showed up. I told the office guy the problem was my starter. First of all - Jordan asked for the $175 diagnostic fee upfront. Informed me that if I pay cash or Zelle (which you gives you zero protection from fraud) then I wouldn't pay a 4% credit card fee and taxes - a total of 12% I'd be saving. This was not mentioned over the phone the 2 times I called. I guess these guys don't pay taxes?! I should have stopped right there, but desparate to get on my way and out of the strange parking lot I was stranded in, I paid the fee. He spent aporoximately 2 minutes looking and my car - told me it was the starter and the battery. A kind stranger who had a battery tester helped me to try to jump it, and test the battery prior to Jordan's arrival. I knew the battery was fine. He gave me some BS measurement of what the battery is/ and should be. Funny because he use any diagnostic tool to determine that... ok buddy. The price he wanted for a battery was outrageous. The starter, price also increased on that - he said he'd have to go get from the parts warehouse, but before doing so would need FULL payment... to LEAVE and supposedly come back and fix my car. I told him to take a hike. When I called the office to try to recoup the fee, and inquire about getting back on the list (agreeing to wait up to 4 hrs for Jordan to return) on the condition that I paid with a credit card. I knew these guys were crooks but I wanted to see how they'd play it. Low and behold the office guy called an hour later to tell me their credit card machine is down and they could only accept cash /Zelle. Surprise Surprise!!! This past Saturday my truck broke down and I reached out to AZ mobile to have them come out and work on my truck the kid Jordan came out around 5:30 that day to do a diagnostic check and all he did was open the door look at the park get back in his truck to pretend as he was calling someone tells me I need to give him $700 cash to get the parts and everything me needing my truck to be fixed gave him the money $600 of it he didn't told me it'd be Tuesday he'll be working on it come Tuesday I didn't get a call or text or anything or an invoice of the money that I gave him I called and they said they have to order the part and I understood that they didn't told me the health department by Wednesday and start work on Thursday I called Wednesday to confirm if they got the part and to confirm for Thursday morning at 6:30 as they have told me I didn't talk to a lady and said yes everything is confirmed come Thursday morning no Jordan no text no call no nothing when I did get a hold of them they then proceeded to tell me that they have got the wrong part and they need to send it back and get a new one so I start asking questions about what's going on then my ex-wife contacted me telling me she read the reviews on AZ mobile and all the clients they help would not satisfied with their performance and how they said that AZ mobile mechanic are rip off and scam I didn't proceed it to ask them can I get my refund back they didn't tell me that I'm only getting 40% of the $600 back and that they're charging me and restocking fee and I was like confused like how am I getting charged for something that you messed up on long story short I contacted a lawyer he sent a letter here to them through an email asking them and telling them that the restocking fee is ridiculous that me his client was willing to pay the diagnostic fee and will be going to small claims court please do not trust these people they are scammers and real people off my biggest regret I should have read the reviews before I jumped into getting their services I posted text messages and there's a picture of Jordan please note also I believe it's just Jordan and his girlfriend that running the whole operation and their thing is to come and get people money as for cash in hand and not give good services or don't even give services at all please beware read more

It was no problem setting up the repair and having the issue with my vehicle repaired, but apparently, the battery that was replaced was not a new battery and it died. I do not live in the state of Arizona, I was there working a travel contract but was assured that the warranty would be upheld. Initially, they said it had to go through their billing for my refund, after a month or so of more calls. After countless phone calls, they finally agreed to let me purchase the new battery under the agreement that I would be reimbursed for the battery payment. The guy came out in his truck and said it was the starter. After $175 just for the diagnosis, we said okay let's meet back here at 8:30AM to get it changed since they didn't have it in stock. I waited over 30 minutes for this guy to show up late the next morning at 9AM. He didn't even have the part and said he would have to go get it. Told us 1.5 hours and he'll be all done with the job. We gave him the keys so he could take the old starter out and lock the car like any normal person would. We stopped by when he was out getting the new starter and he left the doors unlocked in a busy Walmart parking lot! After a long 3 hours later, he was finally done. We had a family wedding to go to in a couple of hours so we were happy that the car would finally start. Gave this con artist $537 more on top of the $175 the night before. All just for a starter change. We drove the car down the road and guess what happens? The whole car stops working completely and we are back in the same position as before. AZ Mobile would only give 50% refund, although they did no work and had not needed to order the part. After I put a negative review online, they said they would give me 100% refund to take it off. He changed the oil & the oil filter on my truck. My truck still has the oil leak. I asked about a tune up, Jordon said that requires new spark plug wires, "I said please do it" they charged me $215.04... Get this... "he did not change the spark plug wires" they are the wires that I installed years ago! I spoke with Ms. Shantell, she said 'Jordon said they didn't need to be changed! AZ Mobile Auto came to my home to repair what we thought was a starter issue. The technican conducted an initial diagnosis and proceeded to repair two items and the car still didn't start. We were charged 650 dollars and told that the car needed a special order part. One month later, after multiple phone calls the "Special part" never showed up. I wouldn't have known this if I hadn't called them on a weekly basis to follow up. After the last phone call when I noted that I felt that they had scammed me out of 650 and left me in a worse situation than before the interim person answering the phone noted that she would follow up on Monday, it was a Friday. Monday came and went and needless to say no phone call. After the round and round finally had the car towed to the dealer to find out that a starter was not the issue at all! When I attempted to call AZ Mobile auto back to let them know that now I knew that I had a valid reason for concern. The phone consistantlywent straight to vm on the first ring. I scheduled an appointment to have my starter replaced on 10/18/2020. I rescheduled and made an appointment for 10/20/20. the technician was friendly and started to begin work. So then I call easy Mobile Auto the original person who installed the starter and all I got was an attitude from was supposedly the owner and another person they claim that they couldn't get to the car until Tuesday and wouldn't give me any warranty information on the starter so I can have the new mechanic replace it. This place is a scam. It was when I attempted to schedule an appointment that things got stupid. I contacted them again on Sunday November 21st, 2021 to set an appointment for installation of the part I had purchased. I was given Saturday, November 27th at 1pm. At 1:15 I contacted them to get an update on my appointment. I was told at that point that there was no appointment in the system and that I was not listed anywhere in their system. The employees was rude and offered no solutions or information except to say he could get me on the schedule for Monday at 3pm. I was also informed that a manager would be on site Monday at 8am to discuss my concerns. Mind you, I had scheduled work for Sunday that had to be canceled since I now had no truck. So I scheduled the appointment reluctantly feeling I had no alternatives. On Monday, I began to call the company in an attempt to address my concerns and to confirm my appointment for that day. Suffice to say, I was unable to reach anyone until well after 1030 at which time some of my patience had been tried. Now comes the fun part, I immediately received a call from the manager, who I had been informed was not available five minutes before and that she was "out" doing other things for the company. The manager who called me only wanted to focus on my lack of pleasentness to his staff and that I had told her that the explanations were insufficient. I did interrupt her and I was abrupt. At no time did I swear or yell. The manager then informed me that we noonger needed to do business with each other. So if you use this company, make sure you don't act disappointed, angry or upset that they screwed you. The only way to use them is if you are willing to step.and fetch it whenever they show their incompetence and belive me they will. There are at least 10 excellent mobile mechanics in and around the east valley and I strongly suggest you use anyone of them instead of dealing with this company. In short, they suck.
