I came to find out from Vince that the phone number that Yelp listed was incorrect. However, since I did connect and start working with Vince and my serviceman, Dylan, the service has been great. Dylan has provided maintenance and updates for 2 weeks now. Vince has been on top of the communication and making sure my concerns were addressed. I have not been reviewing in awhile, because I feel like it needs to be completely worth it what I'm going to review. AZ pools has to be one of the most honest and affordable pool maintenance company I'd have the honor to deal with. Due to an accident I was not able to keep my pool clean, it was getting worse every day, and as I was looking at it getting green, I was thinking to myself that it was going to cost me a lot of money to get it to the way it needed to be. I wasn't able to walk due to an ankle surgery, unable to work I was really worried about the amount of money it was going to cost me to clean my pool. I send 4 quotes on Yelp, since I had great experience doing it that way. I had all 4 quotes coming in and when I look at them my heart started raising. Most companies were charging me between $450-$695 to clean my pool. They're recommendation was to empty my pool and pretty much start all over again from zero. I couldn't afford that. Vince from AZ pool send me a quote of $295. Yes, $295, to clean my pool without empty it. I know the different in prices is huge. I will definitely recommend them, and will keep their business for maintenance, without a doubt.
