Now, not even a week after, his phone display has completely turned black. We took it to the apple store and they said unfortunately it had been FRIED due to improper installation of the new screen. Now he has an iPhone that doesn't have a screen display and has to fork out more money for a replacement. We went back and explained this to the man and all he said was "no warranty". Lesson learned. If you have a damaged iPhone, you pay the premium to have Apple repair it. On Friday right before we left for our family trip, we had our iPhone screen replaced at this shop and paid $150. They said the original cost to replace the screen is $180, but with the Yelp discount, the final bill came in at $150. We thought we lucked out until the display screen suddenly stopped working after two days. The phone is unresponsive and black like the phone is dead. While we were away on the trip we took it to the nearest Apple store but was told that there is a problem with the screen we had replaced. Right after we came back from our trip we went to the same shop to get the screen checked but were completely blown away by the shop's responses i.e. i) The screen was working properly when replaced (true but) and that the reason the screen is not working is because we most likely dropped it (SO NOT TRUE), ii) there is no refund policy but they are happy to get the phone repaired again if we pay for the cost of the part (roughly $80) which they say is from China. We repeatedly told them that we never dropped the phone and showed how the phone is physically in a spotless condition without single scratch/crack. The way the shop placed a blame on us is utter nonsense. This place is nothing but a SCAM based on my experience. read more

Fast repair avg price but for $200 my phone should be like new. I was next to a pool and got it wet and it's far from water proof! Water looked at it and was able to get into the phone now my cameras are all wet. I called and they were assholes. Being that the kiosk is right in front of Target, I spent some short time in there. By the time I was done shopping, my phone was promptly ready. Customer service through Yelp message and in person was great! They also have a warranty of 90 days. The screen I think is a bit dim compared to the original glass, but for the price I paid I'm willing to overlook it. It doesn't seem to lag so hopefully I won't need to go back. We had an iphone 6 that wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge - just a black screen. We took it to 2 T-Mobile stores and they just told us obviously to upgrade. We took it to the Apple store in the same mall and they gave us a waiting time of 3 hours or an appointment 5 days away - we put ourselves on the waiting list waited for their text. While waiting for Apple to call, we passed by the IRepair kiosk and met Shaik L. who was fixing phone screens and was super nice, professional and seemed to have a lot of knowledge. He quoted a very reasonable price to diagnose the problem. Within short minutes he took our iphone apart, told us what the problem was and again gave us a great quote for the repair.
