The only delay I faced was rain which is outside of his control and he was here the next day working. 4. His pricing was reasonable and did not make me wait weeks to start this project. From the day he came to give the quote, he was here the following week already working. I am so appreciative for how quickly he began the project and finished it. Starting now with ROC complaint, BBB complaint, then will seek legal advice from an attorney. We paid $12,741 for this project! I have dozens of pictures of the decaying tiles. He said he was pursuing warranty from the supplier but it has now been two weeks. The supplier should verify this within one day. We are not happy.
