I was unable to turn on my laptop. Because I had a project with a deadline due the following week and the data was stored on my laptop, I first took it to Greek Squat (Best Buy) on November 21, 2015 and they were unable to resolve the issue. I was able to contact you that same Saturday after 6:00 pm. You told me that I could bring the computer that night, and I decided to wait until Sunday morning. I truly appreciated that you backed my data from my laptop to an external hard drive that Sunday. Wow, that saved me so many worries and was able to complete my project before the deadline. After you diagnosed the issue to be a bad PCB card on the motherboard and ordered/replace the part, I'm happy to report that my Asus Q320LA is running like a new computer. After a move, my desktop computer totally crashed. A few other very competent people worked on it, but were unable to get the operating system to open. Kamran came in and took over the repair. Eventually, he took it away and worked on it offsite. Over a period of 4 days, he convinced the boot system of the computer to open. He worked diligently to save almost all of my files and folders. Only at that point was he willing to reinstall Windows. He brought the machine back to my house, and assisted me in reinstalling apps, files, folders, photos,, etc. I cannot say enough good things about his diligence, his patience and without a doubt, customer service. After running his diagnosis for free Faisal, suggested that there maybe something going on with a certain chip and it may need replacement. Faisal was very honest and suggested if the replacement did not work I wouldn't be charged for anything. Luckily for me his suggestion worked and I am now using my PC in writing this review. I had a capacity issue on my computer and wanted to add a hard drive to my Macbook Air. I took it to Apple, but they asked me to check with Best Buy or other vendors. Q computer was able to help me with my hard drive upgrade very quickly and to my satisfaction. Another time I contracted a Safari browser virus issue and it was freezing up my computer frequently.
