The food here is pretty good, depending on what you get. We've ordered take-out several times. The nihari last time was not good at all. Super oily, meat was terrible quality and it tasted like crap. As a nihari lover, I was greatly disappointed. But their beef bihari kababs are amazing!! Sooo yummy! We also love their biryani and karahi. We have had issues a couple times with getting the wrong dish. But they are very willing to acknowledge and rectify any issues. That's why we keep coming back. They seem to care about their customers and have always made up for any issues we experienced. For example, one of the dishes I ordered last time was the mild Daal Makhani (for a toddler) and instead, we got spicy Chana Masala. I called them and the person I spoke to quickly apologized for the error and gave us credit for a free daal makhani next time. Also, to make up for the terrible nihari we got last time, they gave us a free chicken entree. That's amazing customer service in my opinion! read more

The food tasted pretty good, but wasn't what we were expecting. And the delivery was a half hour late. I got the Vegetarian platter which says it comes with Channa, palak panner, mixed veggie, cauliflower, white rice and naan. I got the channa, mixed veggies, and rice. They were all delicious. We did not get cauliflower our naan. Additionally, the item that should have been palak paneer was actually palak potatoes. My husband ordered the gyro platter, thinking it would be a gyro in bread with a side of salad and a side of fries rice. It was a platter with a rice base topped with a mix of gyro meat, lettuce, tomato, and sauce. The flavor was good, but not great. read more

Had an online order and when I went to go pick it up, the women at the front desk yelled "I don't have an online order" and proceeded to ignore me and help other guest. When I showed her my email confirmation, she again threw her hands up in the air shouting "I don't have an online order!" Clearly there was an issue with their ordering system because I placed an order there no problem a couple days prior. It was only after I admonished the women for her behavior that she very apathetically asked what I wanted. I left with nothing and will not be returning. Lunch buffet is terrible. $10 and the rice was old, dry and had burnt black onions all throughout. Chicken Tikka Masala wasnt very creamy. Kheer was room temp and probably a safety hazard for bacteria. Naan was pretty good. read more

We went and got keema , pakora , chicken kabobs , and some naan. We tried to order an eggplant dish as well they were out. Owners here looked like the ones from Al Madina and we've seen them there before. Food was pretty ok- the kabobs were great but everything else was mediocre. Service was pretty terrible - we got waited on by what I assume is the owner and he was just as rude as he has been in the past at Al Madina. The fact that I'm white often means I get mediocre service at Pakistani restaurants , but we always seem to get treated pretty badly by the same two or three people which is surprisingly because my husband is Pakistani and you'd think that' be enough to welcome me into the fold. My first time there today and wanted to try a few different things. Its a very mediocre place. Sorry to say their food quality is pretty bad. Seekh kabobs were over cooked and felt like chewing on rubber. Palak was not cooked properly and didn't taste good at all. I was expecting at least the haleem would be good but nope, it tasted old and made a day or two ago. My suggestion get it together or shut it down. read more

A new venture! Team from al Madina kabab opened this place. The food was good, not a lot to choose from but a good location, the biryani required some tweaking in spices and more meat, the salad was old ( please stop serving salad if you can't make it fresh every day ). The saag was amazing, chickpeas , karahi and Kababs were all amazing. Bathroom was disgusting and no paper towels. There is definitely a lot to improve on but we hope they do it soon before it's too late. The chaat and paan were very good. We'll come back to try ordering a la carte and see how they do. Several times Ive called in orders and I show up and its not ready and they give some lame excuse and done seem to care. I ordered through DoorDash and it took them over 2 hours to get the food ready, granted it was during their down time and shouldn't have taken more then an hour. The DoorDash driver went to pick up the food and it was not even ready. The driver waited 45 mins for them to get it ready. When I got the food it was a mess. Everything was just put together in a rush and half of the stuff was not even in the bag. I called the manager to let him know about the service and he said he can't do anything about it. This is the second time I have received horrible customer service. I will not go there again, and will not recommended this place to family and friends! Just horrible. My experience here ended up being nothing less that perfect. There was a miscommunication while ordering and I didn't realize the mistake til I had gotten home.
