Really great sandwiches! The unique menu combines Indian street food and some more typical dishes as well. The egg sandwich is amazing and truly a unique taste no haven't had anything like it before. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is very modern and decorated well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went early around 11 and no one was there yet. O had to ring a bell at the counter for someone to come and take my order. But it was only about a ten minute wait for my sandwich. I will definitely be back.

Casual spot serving good Indian street food and snacks! I personally loved the interior with all the word art in Hindi on the wall. There's ample space for many to sit down and eat. I had quick service as I went for lunch on a weekday. I saw many people order to-go. I loved hearing Bollywood and Punjabi songs playing as I enjoyed the food. The music wasn't overly loud and it was good vibes. I enjoyed golgappe or pani puri for nostalgia. It was great- the pani/water and tamarind chutney were nicely seasoned. No complaints about this. Satisfied the craving. I tried the Amdavadi Touch Sandwich which consists of spiced mashed potatoes and veggies along with tomatoes, mayo, cheese, and other tasty sauces. It was a delicious sandwich that surpassed my expectations. A good fusion of Indian flavors into the concept of a sandwich. Apparently, their sandwiches are popular options. Their Mango Mastani is popular. The only difference is that the Mastani is mango lassi with vanilla ice cream, cashews, and a green sweet sauce while the mango lassi is exactly what it is. The Mango Mastani was tasty, but I honestly would rather get the normal Mango Lassi as the cashews, ice cream, and green sauce I could do without. The Mango Lassi part had a good flavor and no complaints honestly. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I was worried I wouldn't enjoy as I am picky with Indian food. I am a harsh critic as I expect authentic flavors. Thankfully, Egg Holic tasted legit. I personally could have had spicier food, but it isn't lacking in spices regarding flavor! It's nice to have a quick, casual joint for Indian sandwiches and snacks. Keep in mind, this place doesn't serve home cooked Indian food or dishes as much, but it serves good CASUAL Indian sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. I would definitely come back again to try their other options!

First time seeing this brand new indian Restaurant in Catonsville and was really looking forward to trying it. It looked decently expensive but being that this place just opened, they had a huge banner in the front advertising 10 dollars off your first order if you used the app. However the store denied this coupon, telling me it is only for take out, and then the app does not even have the store listed so I can't even order and receive this coupon. Genuinely did not appreciate the service, advertising a discount for new costumers and denying it when I attempted to order. The menu was very odd and limiting, does not include many options for traditional Indian street food as compared to other indian restaurants in the nearby area. I ordered a mango mastani which looks very visually appealing, but was simply a scoop of ice cream mixed with mango pulp, and flooded with nuts, not a big fan and not worth the price in my opinion. Overall the ambiance is very casual with good Bollywood music playing in the background, and I generally enjoyed it. The service felt very stingy regarding the use of a coupon that they themselves promoted and the mango mastani didnt live up to its visual appeal.

This place wasn't great. The food lacked seasoning. The other items on the menu may be worth trying but the green eggs and maggi were not good. The noodles were soggy and bland. Eggs also lacked seasoning. Service was good and [[HIGHLIGHT]]its nicely decorated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Chicken Masala Sandwich

This is the definition of too many cooks (or people) in the kitchen. I came in to pick up an app order of a chicken masala sandwich, sweet lassi, and an egg wrap. The app told me 15 minutes and I figured by the time I got there, my order would be ready. Since I ended up waiting about 30 minutes there, I got a chance to observe what was going on. There were so many employees, hurrying back and forth between the counter and the kitchen, mostly looking clueless and lost. When one would go in the kitchen, others would follow. What about efficiency and accountability in their tasks? Why do they need that many cashiers or employees, I wonder. I've seen a one man show being far more efficient. When I went to the counter, I encountered several angry Indian customers. One was yelling up a storm in Hindi. Something I have noticed a lot is customers showing off just how angry they are. "Look at me, I'm having a tantrum and I'm gonna put on a good show!" People on survival mode, with little to no compassion or kindness for each other. Felt a little sympathy for the people working there because they seemed unable to satisfy any single customer, and were constantly delayed, with a line of screaming Indian customers. I asked the angry customer what she had ordered and she said chicken and it was taking over half an hour... one of the ladies at the counter gave her a sweet lassi to compensate her for her loss, but the angry customer wasn't having it. She stormed off without the lassi (I wonder if they gave that sweet lassi to me..?). The place has a chaotic vibe at the counter. Too many people working there, chaos and confusion. Then another Indian man started cursing at the cashier about how he didn't receive his order. Meanwhile, I told 3 different employees about my order and each of them went looking for it. It was just a wrap and a sandwich. At Kati Roll Co in NYC, they would crank this stuff out in 2 minutes. Efficiency, discipline... is what they are missing. And you can tell that none of the employees want to be there. They've just opened and already they look burned out. The food was actually pretty good. Sandwich and wrap were tasty... Rajwadi lassi was okay but had way too many cashews. I would definitely come back for the food, and considering the fact that this area around Ellicott city is a wasteland when it comes to good food, I do like to encourage businesses, especially Indian ones that have decent tasting food. But seriously they need to get their act together. The combination of slow food prep and impatient customers is a disaster waiting to happen. Something is going to blow up. Or maybe they will just lose customers by word of mouth due to the service. The energy in this place feels frazzled and... not peaceful. I just want to get my food and leave, and not linger long enough to watch people put on a drama. The place also smelled weird... somewhat like a toilet? I dunno but certainly not like yummy Indian food. Anyway I give it 3 stars for the food and giving them a chance to redeem themselves. Looking forward to trying more of their good food. Maybe I'll come back on a weekday morning instead of evening and give it at least half an hour before driving there.

I had the chicken masala sandwich...it was okay...I wish they would of put more chicken into the sandwich. It was more bread than chicken. I would of given it a 4 if it had more chicken. The place looks clean and nice. I also had the mango lassi and it was good. When I got there the front was empty but they have a bell that you can use to get the attention of the ppl in the back. Everything looks nice they have a section for containers, utensils and more. Overall it was a nice place. Would I come back here... maybe one day. This would not be my top choice but it's always nice to try new places!

Had the pleasure of dining here. Don't go by the name but this place has something for everyone. They have vegetarian options and also cater to Jains and Swaminarayans. The food is delicious and they give good quantities for the price. It's a place that I will definitely be coming back to regularly. I loved the Hum Tum and Chaat items. The service is also prompt. Also don't forget to appreciate the ambience. The posters are a must read. A lot of thought and effort has gone behind them.

We have been seeing on Social Media for quite some time this place so we finally was able to go…read more They have sooo many options, when we first arrived here we grabbed a menu and sat off to the side just to take a moment and read everything. They have a late night menu and they are open until 1 am. We ended up getting two bowls one salmon and the other was grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was seasoned to perfection. It wasn't hot it was room temperature. What lost me was the sauces that go on top. I ordered all 3 so that I could see which one I liked. White sauce taste like yogurt .... Ahhh no thank you I wasn't expecting that. The red sauce is like a spicy ketchup but it just didn't do it for me. The green sauce was mild somewhat but not good enough for me to spread across my bowl. That's the one sauce that is close to my liking but it's not quite there yet. The salmon bowl we ordered the purple rice and it taste like regular rice just colored in my opinion. Corn was cold .The salmon wasn't hot when I dug my fork into it no steam or anything came out so I'm not sure how long it sat before we received it. Mind you we ate inside of the restaurant so there was no gapped time in between preparation and delivery. We did order french fries and I must say they were really good. Again not hot but room temperature. We did try the signature lemonades, rose and mango flavored. The mango flavored was delicious the rose was okay. I did have something floating inside of my lemonade that was green mind you I didn't order anything green ( lettuce or guacamole) but once I told the guy at the register he quickly corrected it and gave me a newer one. I went on a Sunday evening and it wasn't busy. I'm on the fence about this place I may go back but if I do I may just get chicken wings and the loaded fries. They are open late so you never know.

This was a good experience, large portions, and very flavorful…read more For appetizers, we ordered butterfly shrimp, wings and burnt ends platter. Shrimp were good no wow factor, wings were good just plain but would have been better if they had a sauce and the burnt ends had more of a smoked bbq flavor which was different than usual but very tender and tasty. It was served with mixed vegetables and coleslaw. Veggies were ok and seasoned and coleslaw was to be desired. Not burnt ends is an entree on the menu. For entrees: crispy chicken sandwich with fries and chicken Mishkaki. Can I say, wow the portion required stretch pants! The sandwich; meat to bun is 20% more chicken than bread. It was seasoned and fried to perfection. The fries are in house cut and seasoned well too. The chicken Mishkaki is dish never tried before but reminds you of Nazan Halal's chicken with more of a rich tomato stew flavor with peppers, onions. It was about 8 to 10 skinless thin thighs seasoned and fork tenderness served in its own plate, then another plate with rice and the fixings. Think of a fajita sizzling plate and side plate of the fixings, same as this dish. I would definitely visit again! I almost didn't though, once you dig past social media, you'll see a mix of good and bad reviews, and for a split second that gave me pause. Glad I ignored that feeling. We came on a Saturday around noon for lunch with the family. Addy's sits on the edge of a larger shopping center, nothing flashy, but easy enough to find. When you walk in, the counter is right there and the dining area is pretty small, maybe 8-10 tables total. We were greeted right away by the woman at the register, let her know we were dining in, and she handed us menus to take to our table. I had seen reviews mentioning clutter or stacked plates inside, but that wasn't the case at all during our visit. Everything was clean and in order. They had some jazz playing over the speakers, which gave the place a chill, quiet-to-moderate vibe. Lighting was average, not dim, not bright. Seating is a mix of booths and tables with chairs. I started in a chair, then slid over to the booth side of the table for more leg room. I was never uncomfortable either way. There was one person waiting on food when we arrived. We ordered at the counter and had our food in about 8 minutes, which felt quick. The same woman who took our order also brought the food out, smiled, and checked on us after. No complaints at all on service. It wasn't busy while we were there, but on our way out there was a line of about six people, so it clearly picked up. What we ordered: * Brisket Quesadilla - Shredded brisket with melted cheese in a tortilla, served with sour cream and salsa. The brisket was tender, well-seasoned, and had a light smokiness that came through nicely. * Beef Ribs - Fall-off-the-bone, smoky, saucy beef ribs with fries and cornbread. The cornbread came drizzled with honey, which honestly threw me off at first. I was like, this is either about to be really bad or really good, and it was definitely the latter. Almost cake-like, moist, and flavorful. I usually skip cornbread at BBQ spots, but this one hit. I can see how someone might feel the rib portion is a little light for the price, but not enough to stop me from ordering it again. * Mixed Mishkaki (Beef & Shrimp) - This might've been the standout. East African-style kebabs in a sweet and spicy marinade, served with rice and salad. The beef was insanely tender, I could've cut it with a cheap plastic fork. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, mixed with peppers and onions. It came out sizzling on a hot plate, fajita-style, which surprised us in the best way. Best bang for your buck for sure. This plate could feed two regular people... or one big back. I'm big back...lol * Cajun Chicken Tenders - I usually expect cajun to be dry-rubbed, but these were saucy, and still really good. Definitely coming back to try other flavors. Price-wise, meals range roughly from $9.99 to $24.99, and overall I thought the value was solid for what you get. Maybe some room for debate on the beef ribs, but everything else made up for it easily. Honestly, there wasn't anything on the menu I didn't want to try, and I don't even feel like I've found my go-to item yet, which is a good problem to have. As for the negative reviews I saw beforehand? I don't know. Maybe wrong day, wrong time, or they caught the place during a rough moment. Our experience was smooth, the food was fire, and the restaurant was well kept. Out of a few spots I've tried because of social media hype, this one was probably the most accurate to the hype. It made a big impression on both my wife and me. I live about 40 minutes away, and I'll definitely be back to dine-in or takeout, though I'd probably dine in so the food's hot. Great spot for a lunch date or grabbing takeout. If you've been on the fence like I was, go check it out.
